We are looking for a Quality Manager projects who will lead the quality mindset and approach in large projects, from presale to handover. This is a global position and location can be anywhere depending on candidate.
In this role you will minimize risk globally by working on preventive quality initiatives. Ensure continuous improvement and learning is supported by actively assist and follow up on any findings and suggestions for improvement. You will strive to secure well tested products and line delivers to costumers enabling increase customer satisfaction and repat sale. You will be involved in the whole project, from start to end.
What you will do
As Quality Manager Projects you will:
Support ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 certifications for I&C process
Suggest areas of improvement
Lead capability development understanding hygienic and safety design requirements in projects
Support capability development within robust solutions design – reducing no of issues commissioning trough feedback of real case examples and ensure customer voice feedback to design
Secure line and product are tested, and data collected according to:
Contract Scope
Contract Functionality
End-user Legal demand
Tetra Pak Standard
Strive to fulfil or improve the annual agreed Individual objectives
Feedback to other dept. to ensure continuous learning.

The work responsibilities above will be done in close collaboration with the Director, Portfolio, Quality & Safety.
Who you are

Been working at least 5 years with Dairy/Food processing and products either Ice Cream, Cheese, Powder or related food production.
Experience from Project Management of large scale international B2B projects
ISO 9001,14001,45001
Your English is fluent, verbal as in writing.
Good skills in SAP and preferable MiniTab, Power BI and other relevant systems
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean or TPM toolset
Education in Bsc. Food engineering / Dairy Specialist. Six Sigma Blackbelt or similar.

Within the Development and Technology organization, Package Analysis is a global internal service provider responsible for verification, validation, and development tests on behalf of various packaging development projects. As a Package Laboratory Engineer, you will be involved in technical activities directly related to the different D&T programs and projects.

In this role you will:
Plan, organize and execute standard as well as non-standard methods in order to collect and analyze various measurements in a reporting system through:

The role
As Quality Engineer at BONESUPPORT you are responsible for implementation of new products, components and processes, or changes of the same in the Operations organization. This includes for example to ensure adequate manufacturing documents and specifications in the design documentation (Design History File). You will represent Operations in project teams and change order teams to ensure smooth transfer/design transfer from R&D to Operations, including relevant documents in the DMR (Device Master Record). You will also be responsible for putting together the DHR (Device History Record) and handle the day-to-day batch production release flow. All work is documented in the Quality Management System (MasterControl) and in the ERP system (Navision).

Besides the above mentioned documentation tasks, you will also work with our suppliers, to help implement and organize changes of material, processes or components. Other tasks like root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and to solve deviations and non-conformances are also within the role. Additionally, other tasks are within release procedure and quality control. The position involves daily cooperation internally, for example with your colleagues in Operations, QA/RA and R&D, and externally, with our suppliers. You will report to the Director of Operations and will be based in our HQ in Lund.



The profile
We believe you have a university degree within Engineering or as Pharmacist. You have at least 3 years experience from a similar position, preferably from the medical device industry. Most likely, you are today working with quality in close cooperation with R&D and production. It is a strong merit if you are familiar with Design Control and have experience from transferring products from R&D to production. You understand what it means and enjoy working in an international environment and you are process-oriented and you love documentation. High level of English is required, both written and spoken.

An exciting opportunity opens within Base Materials. Our primary area of responsibility is to develop an ecosystem of suppliers that have the capability to secure sustainable, competitive and qualified base materials that are delivered to our factories with consistent customer-focused quality level, - and to support the Tetra Pak material innovation agenda.


We are looking for a Senior Material Engineer in aluminium foil that will have a key role in developing suppliers’ capability to support Tetra Pak’s ambitions in quality and sustainability.


The position is permanent, based in Lund and will include some travelling.

What you will do


You will be a part of a central competence center available for the Tetra Pak organization which handle base material supplier management and development of base material specifications. You will drive and support issue resolution activities and suppliers sourcing and grade approval projects. You will also initiate and drive technology improvements together with suppliers.


This role will put you in contact with key internal and external stakeholders across different functional and international borders. You will be reporting to the Technology Manager Foil.


You will focus on
In collaboration with suppliers, develop specification portfolio towards evolving customer quality, supply and cost demands
Assure suppliers’ compliance to specifications and push for quality improvement
Support Base Material procurement
Drive process improvements to ensure collaboration and sourcing approach stays agile, while making best use of external analysis providers

We believe you have

What you will do
You will drive development and continuous improvement that enables our business to connect to thousands of equipment in a secure, scalable and flexible way
Contribute to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve hardware (i.e. vibration sensors…) and software solutions (i.e. data logging) for predictive maintenance data
Ensure that the solution grows with Service and Product teams needs and ever-evolving customer requirements
You’ll contribute to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve algorithms using AI and equipment knowledge for predictive maintenance, condition monitoring and machine health monitoring

We believe you have
A Bachelor's degree, MSc, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or equivalent, along with strong applied data analytic skills (it is important to have an understanding of both the mechanical and data science aspects of industrial machinery).
At least 5 years of work experience in this area with demonstrated achievements.
A strong technical foundation and the ability to bridge the gap between hardware and data effectively.
Hands-on experience with maintenance/service technology and/or industrial automation, including sensors, IoT, and connectivity.
Knowledge of next-generation sensor technology (i.e., IO Link standard) and digitalization.
Understanding of the link between design features and serviceability to deliver customer value in this segment.
Experience with dashboards and data visualization (e.g., advanced Power BI or similar).
Preference for experience with Food & Beverage Processing equipment such as Separators, Homogenizers, Mixers, Freezers, UHT, and Packaging Machinery.
Familiarity with vibration analytics and signal processing will be a strong plus, including experience in ML/AI.
Previous experience in an Agile working environment is highly valued (e.g., Jira).
A digital skillset including competence in Python, DevOps, Git, Docker, which will help drive the right development priorities.

Job Summary
The Technical Support Excellence team is part of the Tetra Pak Services organisation, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join our team. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance.
As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will be responsible to execute troubleshooting, perform maintenance, and improve machine performance on Tetra Pak equipment as well as be supporting installation, commissioning, and performance validation of new equipment.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden but our customers are located all over the world and as such the position requires high frequent travelling worldwide
What you will do
You will work in the operations of Technical Support Excellence on Filling machines for aseptic solutions or Downstream equipment. The majority of your work tasks will be executed at our customers’ plants, following Tetra Pak processes and procedures, which also gives you the opportunity to be an ambassador for the company.
Main responsibilities:
Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical, electrical and automation issues. Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent solutions
Perform maintenance activities on our equipment in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures to restore basic conditions and restore equipment into production
Document your findings in technical reports
Take an active role in developing and implementing improvement solutions for machine equipment, analyse machine performance and drive performance improvement
Perform installation of rebuilding kits/upgrades, ensuring agreed performance of Tetra Pak lines
Participate in building good relationships with customer staff and colleagues in our Market Companies
Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have
At least a secondary school education with technical orientation and understanding of mechatronics, that includes electrical, mechanical and automation interaction within the equipment
A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
Driving license

To be successful in this position we believe you are a curious, self-motivated person with a high degree of initiative. You will work autonomously in complex situations, having the ability to make your own fast decisions and to solve problems under time and customer pressure.
You shall be prepared travel approximately 150 days/year. Therefore, it is important you enjoy contact with different cultures worldwide.

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven person with a passion for project management, processes and ways of working, to be part of our dynamic central team responsible for ensuring compliance with Export Control laws and regulations. The focus of this team of 8 persons, is to understand applicable laws and regulations and transform them into actionable processes, tools and competencies across the company. Export Control in our business context regulates trade with sanctioned and embargoed countries, restrictive and sensitive products, and denied persons and companies. Controls and sanctions influence and impact different parts of Tetra Pak and must be integrated into business processes to ensure effective control and adherence.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden and you will report to the Export Control Director.
What you will do
Drive projects related to the subject area
Drive creation, maintenance and implementation of processes and supporting documents
Drive continuous improvement and updates of supporting system tools
Drive monitoring of statistics from system tools related to the subject area
Have ownership of team document repository structure and of subject area “How we Work”- intranet web pages

Your ability to structure and organise your work is essential in this position, as well as your ability to easily interact across borders and connect to different stakeholders and build your network. You are an open-minded person with an analytical and methodical approach. Furthermore, you have a process-oriented mindset and enjoy working as a team towards a common goal.
You have a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent area. It is required that you have experience from project or/and process related work as well as project management skills and experience. To succeed you will need to have excellent skills in formal written communication and of course, good communication and presentations skills. Also, you have good Office knowledge and are a frequent IT user. If you have experience from regulatory/trade/standards areas or/and SAP environment, it is seen as an advantage.
Since you will be working in a global environment, you have an excellent command in English, both written and spoken.

Job Summary
We are looking for a senior transformation manager, who will take a pivotal role to transform Tetra Pak Services and build our future service management model and field workforce structure. This person will drive business transformation projects and activities related to implementing new tools, new work processes, and new ways of working. The position offers a wide internal and external network in a global organization.
The position is permanent and will be based in any of our Market locations in the Americas (Brazil, Mexico or US) or Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
Lead and drive the global strategy, projects, and direction of transformation of service management and workforce transformation, including coordination throughout the cross-regional network of service operation.
Lead and drive Assessments, opportunity brainstorming, and continuous improvement related to service management projects of People, Processes & Technology related to service management transformation projects.
Drive productivity initiatives, strategic goals, and transformation initiatives for service management operations globally and across regional organizations.
Drive and coordinate the deployment and maintenance of the framework, processes, tools, systems, and standards to secure high-quality delivery through outsourcing service partnerships and service management operations.

We believe you have
At least 5+years of experience with business transformation projects.
Leading big transformation projects on a global scale
Strong business acumen and experience building strong business cases to support strategic decisions.
Procurement and supply management transformation experience is a plus.
Project management skills and experience are a plus.
Proven experience on effective transformational change through effective communication and user training and organizational support
A university degree in Engineering or administration.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

What you will do
In this team we are responsible to develop and globally drive a sustainable and profitable business for Factory Sustainable Solutions. By offering optimized solutions on factory level we enable our customers to reduce their environmental foot print while also reducing their utility costs.
Since this team is new you will have to establish a competitive portfolio by identifying technologies and solutions that will bring value to our customers.
In collaboration with suppliers manage and promote a competitive portfolio, including upgrades
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers
Lead the commercial launch of new solutions or products
Drive Product deployment
Secure responsiveness and high-quality technical support to internal stakeholders
Proactively drive activities such as campaigns and webinars to make the portfolio visible and create awareness around it
Continuously improve and manage the portfolio based on business performance and voice of the customer

In this position you will be responsible for a newly established portfolio of heat pumps and solar thermal solutions. You work in collaboration with suppliers and through strategic partnerships to identify new solutions to the portfolio.
You will work closely with suppliers as well as with many internal stakeholders such as the Project organization, the business streams and Services.
We believe you have
University degree or equivalent in engineering or similar work experience
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
You need to be good at stakeholder management
Preferably you have technical knowledge in energy optimisation and food processing
Experience in commercial or technical product management is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer literacy.
Fluent English language knowledge
