Job Summary
We are looking for a new Development Engineer who wants to develop and improve our Prepress & Printing technology and equipment.
You will join a diverse team consisting of different engineers. The Printing team within D&T Industrial Base Engineering at Tetra Pak has the responsibility to develop, maintain and improve global specifications within PrePress & Printing. We are the global owner of various equipment and process specifications and drive optimization and standardization of our end-to-end graphics operations.
Work includes problem-solving, support within technology know-how, setting requirements, implementing solutions and supporting installations in production. You will be leading or participating in development activities and collaborating both internally and with external partners.
What you will do
As a Development Engineer, you will:
Define, develop, and deploy innovative prepress and/or printing technology solutions.
Translate market needs, cost, and technical requirements into technical specifications.
Improve existing and develop new solutions through value-driven innovation.
Test and validate solutions with analytical analysis methodology and document results.
Advise organization on specific technical subjects, current solutions, and project timelines.
Support D&T org, our programmes and implementation projects with know-how.
Build, drive and maintain continuous internal and external competence development.


This is a permanent position and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
Some travel is expected, a maximum of up to 25 % of your time.
We believe you have

Experience in developing and improving the Platemaking Process (including plate optimization) & related technologies

Good knowledge about Flexographic Printing
Relevant engineering degree and a graphical Prepress/Plate making education
3-5 years of work experience within Platemaking area
Knowledge in TPM, WCM, Six Sigma (GB) and Agile methods are meritorious
Fluent in English, written as well as spoken

Job Summary
The Technical Support Excellence team is part of the Tetra Pak Services organisation, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join our team. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance.
As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will be responsible to execute troubleshooting, perform maintenance, and improve machine performance on Tetra Pak equipment as well as be supporting installation, commissioning, and performance validation of new equipment.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden but our customers are located all over the world and as such the position requires high frequent travelling worldwide.
What you will do
You will work in the operations of Technical Support Excellence on Filling machines for aseptic solutions or Downstream equipment. The majority of your work tasks will be executed at our customers’ plants, following Tetra Pak processes and procedures, which also gives you the opportunity to be an ambassador for the company.
Main responsibilities:
Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical, electrical and automation issues. Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent solutions
Perform maintenance activities on our equipment in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures to restore basic conditions and restore equipment into production
Document your findings in technical reports
Take an active role in developing and implementing improvement solutions for machine equipment, analyse machine performance and drive performance improvement
Perform installation of rebuilding kits/upgrades, ensuring agreed performance of Tetra Pak lines
Participate in building good relationships with customer staff and colleagues in our Market Companies
Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have
At least a secondary school education with technical orientation and understanding of mechatronics, that includes electrical, mechanical and automation interaction within the equipment
A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
Driving license

Biotech Heights is a pioneering initiative established in 2023 through a strategic collaboration between Tetra Pak and Lund University, that aims to address the urgent challenges of building sustainable food systems through advancing bioprocessing technology. Biotech Heights will serve as a hub for interdisciplinary research and innovation, bringing together academia, industry, and the public sectors to unlock the potential of biotechnology for food production.
Biotech Heights will be operated through an operational team led by a Managing Director. Tetra Pak is hosting the Manager Biotech Heights who will serve as deputy to the Managing Director. This role aligns Tetra Pak's expertise in scalable food processing and packaging with Biotech Heights' mission.
We are now looking for a Manager Biotech Heights who will work closely with the Managing Director to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement of this innovation hub to accelerate innovation and collaboration.

What you will do
As the Manager Biotech Heights, you will support and drive strategic and operational activities alongside the Managing Director. In this role, you will:

We believe you have
Master's degree or higher in food technology, biotechnology, process engineering, business administration, or related fields.
8-10 years Proven leadership experience in food processing, sustainability, or related industries.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholder landscapes, teams and complex projects.
Proven track record of collaboration between academia and industry – reflecting different types of research projects, agreements and innovation IPR management.
Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans and managing organisational budgets.
Strong knowledge of bioprocess technologies, scaling challenges, and sustainable food systems and understanding the ecosystem of stakeholders across industry, academia and public institutions required for the transformation
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to biotech for food, including novel foods and GMOs.
Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Swedish) are a plus.

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Regional Customs Manager, who will lead the workforce management and development, be an expert in optimizating customs operations by the usage of Free Trade Agreements, special regimes like IPR and any other available benefits. Knowledge on PBE operations, trade flows and tolling are differentials highly appreciated.
Additionally the professional should be able to monitor regional risks and regulatory developments, drive customs brokers performance management. Regional Customs Manager will be the escalation point and support on problem solving for Customs Operations for Imports, Exports and the above mentioned Special Regimes and Benefits.
In this role you will be managing Eastern Europe region and possibly supporting other markets on spot basis.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden. You may be required to travel 25% of your time regionally / globally.
What you will do
Drive regional customs team and manage people development.
Guarantee trade-flows optimization and the accurate application of special regimes, FTAs, IPRs and other opportunities to improve the duty under management.
Manage regulatory developments and all risks for customs operations – import and export.
Resilience, ability to handle ambiguity & dynamic environments.
Collaboration & conflict management (internally and externally with logistics providers/ customs brokers)
Build and keep communication with local and regional key stakeholders.
Manage and support problem solving in the customs operation, and also support business needs.

Lead the implementation of cross functional procedures with customs brokers and Logistics to standardize and align data declared in customs declarations.
Perform the origin qualification of all goods exported to countries that have signed Trade Agreements with European countries.
Be responsible for customs tariff classification and approval.
Responsible to close open gaps related to the Internal and external Audits.

We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs regulations, special regimes and intercompany trade flows operations as well as other relevant regulations with the countries Tetra Pak has customs operations with
Fluent English language knowledge is a must - Swedish language knowledge is an advantage
Significant experience in handling audits conducted by government and customs authorities is essential

What you will do
The team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as pumps, valves and electrical components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers and intended to be used across all three businesses; Packaging, Processing and Services.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will:

Create and implement your portfolio strategy in close collaboration with Supplier management and other key stakeholders
Drive standardization of your portfolio
Drive product deployment
Lead the technical dialogue with suppliers on, e.g. specifications

We believe you have

Technical subject matter expert knowledge and experience in Instruments and Sensors is a pre-requisite. Familiarity with automation, digitalization, control systems and IoT is an advantage
Food processing/manufacturing industry experience is an advantage

Tetra Pak is seeking an Idea to Market (I2M) Process Expert to help build, implement and maintain the next generation of Develop to Release processes and solutions for Capital Equipment- and Automation and Digital Products.
The Process Expert will work with our business organisations to understand their requirements to be successful, and to come up with innovative ways to automate and digitise our business processes, according to design principles, securing harmonization and standard IT solutions. The successful candidate will thrive on solving difficult problems and adapting emerging technology to meet Tetra Pak's business challenges.
This demanding role will require strong communication skills and can reduce complex challenges to their essential details. It will also require good people skills, and a proven track record of getting things done with both formal and informal authority.
The role is responsible to lead and manage the I2M processes related to development and release of capital equipment- and automation and digital products, including interfaces between the Engineering (PDM solution) and downstream functions like sales and production (ERP solution). Driving harmonization cross Packaging and Processing is especially important in this role. Act as the "guardian of standard", by applying the Design Principles in every solution offered.
Interact with all relevant Value Stream teams to understand the business needs and develop solutions to meet business execution challenges through the application of design principles and with heavy focus on process standardization and harmonization across all Tetra Pak's businesses
Drive process improvements by leveraging vendor led innovation.
The Process Expert will report to the Idea to Market End-to-End Process Lead, within the Process Office organisation.

Job Summary
The European Sales Administration Centre, a department within Tetra Pak Technical Service, handles spare part order administration for all Tetra Pak customers in Europe. The department, based in Lund service ~3900 customer sites in Europe, TIRCCA, Maghreb in thirteen different languages. This department includes the Sales Administration Officers who directly handle our customer satisfaction. We are now looking for a talented Finnish-speaking Sales Administrator to join our Nordics & Baltics Team.
As our Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team’s success to handle all the administrative tasks for the spare part orders, from initial contact with the customer, to co-ordination and follow-up of transportation to the customer’s destination. What you will do
Act as our main contact for customers & market companies for parts orders and inquiries.
Respond to incoming orders and aid queries by phone and e-mail.
Execute order administration tasks in SAP’s ECC and Sales Force CRM and other internal tools & systems.
Follow-up on orders, service level agreements and other key measurements.
Assure that transport to each customer is done at the right time, and at the lowest cost.
Work in close cooperation with the European market companies & other internal departments.
Continuously build and use your network of Tetra Pak colleagues & external partners for support.

We are seeking skilled Project Coordinators to join our dynamic team in our NCSP Journey. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of our NCSP journey through requirements gathering, design, test, data migration, cutover & hyper care. As a project coordinator, you will play a crucial role in 2 major areas in NCSP: Testing and Satellite Systems.
In the Testing area, you will act as Test Phase coordinator, supporting our Systems Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). In the Sattellite systems, your focus is on Cutover and service transitioning.

What you will do
Test Phase Coordination:
Coordinate all testing activities throughout the project lifecycle, including test planning, test execution, and test reporting.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and timelines.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and technical specifications.
Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools.

The Technical Support Excellence team is part of the Tetra Pak Services organisation, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will be responsible to execute troubleshooting, perform maintenance, and improve machine performance on Tetra Pak equipment as well as be supporting installation, commissioning, and performance validation of new equipment.

What you will do
You will work in the operations of Technical Support Excellence on Filling machines for aseptic solutions or Downstream equipment. The majority of your work tasks will be executed at our customers’ plants, following Tetra Pak processes and procedures, which also gives you the opportunity to be an ambassador for the company.
Main responsibilities:
Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical, electrical and automation issues. Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent solutions
Perform maintenance activities on our equipment in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures to restore basic conditions and restore equipment into production
Document your findings in technical reports
Take an active role in developing and implementing improvement solutions for machine equipment, analyse machine performance and drive performance improvement
Perform installation of rebuilding kits/upgrades, ensuring agreed performance of Tetra Pak lines
Participate in building good relationships with customer staff and colleagues in our Market Companies
Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have
At least a secondary school education with technical orientation and understanding of mechatronics, that includes electrical, mechanical and automation interaction within the equipment
A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
Driving license

The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Components team at Processing Equipment AB is recruiting a Technical Product Manager to own and develop the product portfolios within Instruments and Sensors. This is a permanent position and the location is Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
The team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as pumps, valves and electrical components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers and intended to be used across all three businesses; Packaging, Processing and Services.

Job Summary
The Center of Expertise Separation team at Tetra Pak is now recruiting a Technical Product Owner. In this role you will be responsible for the technical specification for our products. We are looking for a Package Development Engineer who will together with a scrum team drive the development of tomorrows sustainable packages. The position is within the Primary and Secondary Package team, based in Lund.
We work in cross-functional, agile teams within D&T Materials & Package, developing new packages, packaging material and openings & closures. As a package development engineer you are responsible as the technical competence for primary and secondary package within programmes.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden.
Travel occurs as part of the job but is limited.
What you will do
As our Package Development Engineer, you will:
Act as team member in SCRUM Teams, supporting projects with technical package competence
Support the definition of technical requirements within the package area
Coordinate and perform package design and package verification and validation
Recommend and develop changes in procedures and test methods
Share competence and best practices regarding package
Support in scouting of new technology and technical know-how activities
Analyze package performance and functionality
Participate in root case investigations and risk assessments
Write test specifications, analyze and document results using reports

We believe you have
Master’s degree within Materials, Chemical or Nanoengineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in the product development area
Well acquainted and self-sufficient in requirement management procedure, physical testing and problem solving
Able to provide full engineering support with independent responsibility for the package area
Experience of working in SCRUM-teams and agile methods is considered a plus
Fluent in English, written as well as spoken

What you will do
Establish processes and guidelines for Secure Software Development Lifecycle together with AppSec Lead and Security Architects.
Be a Subject Matter Expert and body of knowledge in Application Security within the software development area.

We believe you have

What you will do
Design processes that apply core design principles, with a strong focus on standardization, harmonization, and cross-process integration.
Ensure your processes are defined with the appropriate data inputs and outputs, roles and permissions, as well as process KPIs and controls to support effective process management.
Stay connected to latest industry process trends and benchmarks, to identify opportunities for innovation and be able to provide solid recommendations to the Value Streams on optimal process design.

Job summary
Development & Technology IBE (Industrial Base Engineering) is developing and implementing standardized manufacturing equipment and processes for our converting factories, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive and sustainable packaging solutions now and for the future. Our CAPEX implementation team supports converting factories all over the world with installation projects aiming for increased output, quality and efficiency.
We are now looking for a Site Coordinator, who will plan and lead installation and commissioning of our industrial base.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden. The position may involve up to 80% international travel to our converting factories and suppliers.
What you will do
As Site Coordinator, you will make sure that new machines or equipment are installed and commissioned safely and with minimal production stop. You are typically involved already during pre-studies, to evaluate conditions of existing equipment, utilities and buildings impacting the installation plan. You create the detailed installation and commissioning plan, including specifying the required resources and tools to perform the work.
You will be required to travel extensively globally, to be on site to lead installation and commissioning of new or upgraded equipment in Tetra Pak converting factories. You lead the people, making sure everything is set up smoothly and safely, secure efficient collaboration between all involved suppliers, experts from IBE, the factory team and local contractors. You work proactively to identify and remove any hinders, leveraging the expertise of the team to find solutions to enable production start on time.
When considered possible in terms of risks etc. you lead installations remotely from Lund.
You will focus on:
· Plan and lead installation & commissioning. Manage the integration of all activities
· Monitor the progress towards milestones and keep stakeholders updated about changes
· Lead identification of and act on installation deviations
· Manage OHS site activities in scope of the project; heavy lifting, working at height etc.
· Initiate and lead continuous improvement activities, issue resolution, OHS compliance
· Drive capability development of tools, process and people for installation work

We believe you have

TESTINGENJÖR
Är du intresserad av att arbeta praktiskt med högteknologisk utrustning?
Vi söker Testingenjör av fyllningsmaskiner, som vill vara med och skapa värde för våra kunder.
PSE Production tillverkar, monterar och testar process- och fyllmaskinsutrustningar för hantering av livsmedel inom 15 fabriker runt om i världen.
Vi tillhandahåller, genom våra produktionscentra, högkvalitativa produkter snabbt och effektivt till våra kunder. Den främsta möjliggöraren för vår kontinuerliga förbättring och eleminering av förluster är World Class Management-systemet baserat på Lean-principer.
I rollen som testingenjör är du ansvarig för inkoppling, uppstart och testning av fyllningsmaskiner.
Vad kommer du att arbeta med
Starta upp, testköra och validera utrustning enligt vår kvalitetsstandard och produkt specifikationer innan leverans till kund.
Vid eventuella kvalitetsbrister behöver du felsöka, logga och lösa komplexa problem inom el, automation och mekanik. Avancerad felsökning sker tillsammans med våra produktionstekniker.
Driva kontinerliga produktionsförbättringar gällande säkerhet, kvalitet och produktivtet i test processen enligt World Class Manufacturing-metoden i samarbete med interna och externa stakeholders.

Du kommer att vara baserad och arbeta i Lund inom en global organisation.
Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har en praktisk bakgrund inom testning, felsökning, erfarenhet av el och automation samt erfarenhet av avancerat mekaniskt montage och minst 3 års erfarenhet.
Du kan också ha en bakgrund som testare/servicetekniker med minst 3 års arbetserfarenhet av praktiskt arbete inom alla typer av avancerade fyllningssystem.
Som person är du noggrann och kreativ vid problemlösning med förmågan att anpassa dig efter förändrade prioriteringar och beslut. Eftersom vi utför arbete i team är det viktigt att du är kommunikativ, har god samarbetsförmåga och kan stötta andra för att uppnå våra mål.
Goda kunskaper i engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt är ett krav.
