Be part of the S&CM; team that interacts & supports markets with the execution of Sales & Customer Management processes.
Leading ad hoc tasks to support the 3 main Sales & Customer Management processes implementation and continuous improvement across the organization
Support and participate in ad hoc projects for S&CM; processes or Centre of Excellence
Support a network of Business Experts in the markets.
Support the team to address the needs and requirements of the markets to continuously drive and improve common ways of working across Markets and processes.
Support the S&CM; team with the implementation of new projects & improved ways of working and tools.

Job Summary
The Technical Support Excellence team is part of the Tetra Pak Service organisation. We are ambassadors of Tetra Pak to help maintain the company’s reputation and commitment for services and quality worldwide.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Commissioning Specialist focus on Processing Liquid Food Solutions Branded Processing Units (BPU) to join our team. We can offer you a very interesting position and an opportunity to grow and become professional in one of our core technologies for food processing.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden and will include up to 150 traveling days as our customers are located all over the world.
What you will do
In the role as a Commissioning Specialist, most of your work tasks will be executed at our customers’ plants, following Tetra Pak processes and procedures. This makes you to an ambassador for the company. Your main task will be to commission and perform troubleshooting on our solutions, both our branded processing units and complete process lines at end-customer’s factories all over the world.
Main responsibilities:
Commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting of branded processing units and process lines at our customer’s sites
Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve automation and electrical issues.
Document your findings in technical reports
Participate in building good relationships with customer staff and colleagues in our Market Companies
Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have
At least a secondary school education with technical orientation, high knowledgeable in automation including PLC knowledge and understanding of mechatronics, which includes electrical and mechanical interaction within the application
A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
Knowledge on processing equipment in the food industry will be considered as an advantage
Driving license

To be successful in this position we believe you are a curious, self-motivated person with a high degree of initiative. You will work autonomously in complex situations, having the ability to make your own fast decisions and to solve problems under time and customer pressure. Furthermore, you are structured and enjoy to coach others and solve problems with the best solution for all parts in mind. In this role you will be part of the Simulation, Modelling and Measurement Team in Preparation & Forming Solutions department. The team supports development projects and technical know-how activities by developing mathematical models and running simulations to enable informed decision-making. We provide advanced simulations and measurements to co-develop (support, drive, validate, and confirm) the designs for the sub-systems within Preparation & Forming Solutions, working in a fully integrated way with stakeholders across different projects and competence areas.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
Work in project teams to develop simulation models and perform technical calculations using commercial finite element tools, providing insights and relevant information to enable technical decision-making.
Maintain and develop knowledge in computational mechanics, finite element methods, and material calibration, with a special focus on modelling packaging materials, forming processes, and machine-material interaction.
Define test specifications, collect data, and analyze results from experimental activities to validate virtual simulations.

We believe you have
A Master’s degree in engineering
At least 1-2 years of working experience in similar position
Expertise in solid mechanics and finite element methods at a student level
Previous experience in finite element modelling and simulation of mechanical systems using commercial software tools (e.g., Dassault Systèmes Abaqus) is preferred
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

As a person you have a strong personal drive and structured approach when required to drive activities autonomously, including a very high interest in technical solutions and innovation. You have a flexible, driven, proactive personality with high ability to collaborate and communicate working in groups.

Job Summary
Within the Center of Expertize Maintenance Packaging in the SRVCS Next Generation Service Operations-, we are looking for a Maintenance Reliability Specialist, who will take responsibility of the Global Maintenance Recommendations of our equipment. In this position, you will participate in the consistent application of RCM (Reliability Center Methodology) to secure that we develop, improve, and implement accurate and effective maintenance recommendations to maintain Core Tetra Pak equipment, as well as Extended equipment at our customer plants. You will lead the maintenance life cycle ownership of our equipment by complying with the RCM methos and our continuous improvement feedback loop.
You will be travelling up to 20 – 30 % of your time.
This position can be based in Modena, Italy or in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
Lead the development of maintenance tasks based on the optimum maintenance tactical mix to target equipment mechanical performance and acceptable maintenance cost, in collaboration with Equipment product owner and other relevant experts
Participate during the life cycle updates and development project of equipment in the control and review of the maintenance cost
Lead the maintenance strategy of our equipment base on the maintenance analyses and in compliance with service business requirements
Lead the evaluation and analysis of feedback on our maintenance recommendations in collaboration with the Regions organization and Equipment Product Owners, to update the maintenance recommendations and suggest equipment design improvement
Participate in supporting the Development and Technology organisation in our equipment development and life cycle activities, through the submission and follow-up of operational & maintenance requirements during the design phase.
Participate as subject matter expert to initiatives/projects within Tetra Pak Services and Development and Engineering, and deliver according to agreed outcomes
Participate in the definition and improvement of our maintenance program to secure it is fit for Tetra Pak future business strategy
Maintain an optimum level of technical expertise to deliver high quality maintenance recommendations
Maintain equipment structure (BOM) in the Enterprise Asset Management tool, based on Engineering change or Task update requirements
Drive the corrections, improvements, and modifications of the Global Maintenance Recommendations base on the request of the end users and feedback

We believe you have
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
Master’s degree a plus
Certificate as a Reliability Engineer is an advantage
At least 3 years of technical, hands-on experience, being a Field Service, Test Engineer, Maintenance Specialist or Reliability Engineer with the attitude to develop, improve and maintain equipment maintenance recommendations
Any Customer Service Operation and Service Solutions experience is higly welcome
Tetra Pak Equipment knowledge, any relevant equipment knowledge (food packaging or processing) is a plus

Job Summary
D&T Industrial Base Engineering is responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing world class packaging material and converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions with a clear performance focus.
The Material Treatment, Finishing & Blank fed department within IBE is responsible for Process, Equipment and Competence of our converting process. We deliver results in the forefront of development within the area of expertise.

This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. Some travels are required, mainly in Europe.

We believe you have

What you will do

Main responsibilities:
Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical, electrical and automation issues. Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent solutions

Document your findings in technical reports
Take an active role in developing and implementing improvement solutions for machine equipment, analyse machine performance and drive performance improvement

Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team


We believe you have
At least a secondary school education with technical orientation and understanding of mechatronics, that includes electrical, mechanical and automation interaction within the equipment
A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
Driving license

An exciting opportunity opens within Base Materials Paperboard Technology. We are looking for a Material Engineer, that will have a key role in developing Paperboard specification portfolio and suppliers’ related capabilities, to support Tetra Pak’s ambitions.

What you will do

Focus areas:

We are looking for a new Development Engineer who wants to develop and improve our Prepress & Printing technology and equipment.
You will join a diverse team consisting of different engineers. The Printing team within D&T Industrial Base Engineering at Tetra Pak has the responsibility to develop, maintain and improve global specifications within PrePress, Printing & Digital Printing. What you will do
As Customs Management Business Partner, you will:
Work close under regular basis with our legal entities and other Tetra Pak entities responsible for trade flows
Key speaking partner for the business in terms of tactical and strategic customs topics
Early involvement in any project that could change flow of goods, trade flow etc. Any activity that could impact customs (opportunities, challenges, change in duty cost etc)
Regular performance updates in regard to customs (clearance time, delays etc)
Keep the management team updated with customs regulatory changes and specific KPIs
Represent each business specific needs in the customs organization
Being an expert in knowing how specific customs related actions can be implemented for businesses
Interacting with key businesses stakeholders to increase awareness of customs
Representing each business specific needs during the implementation and design of the organization
Responsible to monitoring regional risk & regulatory developments

Quality is key element driving new packaging innovations strengthening our Tetra Pak brand. The Packaging Material Top Quality programme in the Development and Technology Programme Management (D&T) organisation is empowered to lead and drive the development and product lifecycle activities according to Tetra Pak´s roadmap. Working as Scrum Master, you will belong to the Packaging Material Top Quality programme. This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As a Scrum Master you will work closely with several Scrum teams, coaching and supporting their work. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our scrum framework and way of working across the programme organisation. You will work closely with the Line Managers, Product Owners, Programme Managers and Scrum Masters leading the evolution of our Scrum set up.
Act as a Scrum Master in two Scrum development teams
Coach the teams to collaborate in their work, such as communicate openly about risks, opportunities and progress during Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, sprint Retrospective and Programme Increment (PI) planning events
Facilitate the use of relevant tools and metrics to create ownership and commitment

Drive programme & scrum team preparations for PI planning events and facilitate team trough planning events

Vad du kommer att göra

Verka för att följa och se till att uppdatera framtagna rutiner och arbetssätt inom områden som säkerhet, kvalité och maskinunika specifikationer.
Verka för att tester och resurser följs och utnyttjas effektivt, samt att fel eller förluster lyfts och loggas.
Säkerställa att arbetet utförs i en säker arbetsmiljö och att de säkerhetsrutiner som finns efterlevs i det dagliga arbetet.
Involverad i det förbättringsarbete som hela tiden pågår i verksamheten.

Vem du är

What you will do

What you will do
As a Project Manager or program manager you will lead and manage complex service development or business transformation projects, with high financial risk and impact. You are accountable for quality, cost, time to market of developed solutions as well as securing management of full product life-cycle.
In the Scrum set-up you will work with Scrum teams, coaching and supporting their work. You will also engage with other Tetra Pak organisations depending on the type of development activity.

We believe you have

What you will do

We believe you have
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, chemical engineering
At least 2 years’ experience from tank manufacturing and pressure vessel directives
Basic knowledge in Mechanical design tools
Very good command of written and spoken English language.
It is beneficial if you have knowledge in pressure vessel calculations
Process knowledge within Liquid Food is beneficial

What you will do

What you will do
As a Supplier Manager you will be responsible to develop and drive a number of global supply categories and interact directly with our main suppliers within those categories.
You will drive spend and market analysis, manage and execute strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery as well as manage strategically important and preferred supplier partnerships, contracts and performance, all to support our journey towards a world class procurement organization.

We believe you have

The department Test Factory & Modelling belongs to the Systems Engineering & Quality (SE&Q) organization that lead End-to-End technical planning and system solution integration to ensure quality and deliverables in-line with the Innovation Strategy. Within the Test Factory & Modelling organization we have four Test Factories and one System Verification & Validation Capability and Modelling team that share the same objective.

Technical reference for a Tetra Recart filling machine (TPR2)
Responsible for the environment and equipment configuration where the test activities will take place
Conduct test, making sure that they are error-free and in line with the test specification

To be successful in this role we believe you have
You have a technical understanding combined with experience in this field of work or combined with a degree within engineering.
You have consolidated least 3-4 years of experience in test within production lines with mechatronics or similar position in test environment and field experience, preferably in food packaging.

We believe you have

Job Summary
Finance & Supplier Management (FSM) is an organisation responsible for all procurement within Tetra Pak. Within FSM, Supplier Management (SuM) is responsible for procuring all materials including packaging material, straws, closures and equipment parts. Amongst the SuM procurement assortment there are materials, articles and parts used in either direct or indirect contact with food used. All food contact materials/parts are procured under strict control to meet regulatory Food Safety laws.
FSM Supplier Quality & Food Safety is looking for a person who will be responsible for the collection and management of Declaration of Compliance (DoC) for a portion of the assortment. This person should preferably have knowledge in food contact regulations.


The position is permanent and located in Lund, Sweden. The position reports to Food Safety Manager and you will be part of a team with other Food Safety experts.
What you will do
As a Food Safety Compliance Specialist, you will develop Tetra Pak’s way of working with compliance documentation for materials and parts in food contact. A substantial part of your job will also be to request, collect and review the declaration documents from our suppliers.
You will focus on:
Work with suppliers as well as other external and internal stakeholders to secure food safety compliance documentation (certificates etc.).
Certificate collection, evaluation and identification of potential gaps towards EU, US and CN food contact legislations
Work in internal certificate handling tool
Supporting the Supplier Managers in their effort to procure and strategize around the procurement of materials and parts having food contact
Drive food safety continual improvement through Base Material ISO 22000 management system
Build and share knowledge within food safety globally within Tetra Pak

We believe you have
To be successful in this position you need to be self-motivated with a high level of personal drive. Furthermore, you are well organised with exceptional collaborative skills. You are strong communicator in different hierarchical settings and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. You have an ability to explain and articulate complex topics in a way that everybody understands.
You hold a University Degree (BSc or MSc) in Chemistry, materials science or similar. Alternatively, you have acquired such competence through work experience. We believe you have at least 3 years of working experience within food safety regulatory area. Vem du är

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to join our successful team. The chosen candidate will work in our Project Centre CE&D (Cheese, Evaporators and Dryers). You will be responsible to manage the integration of all site-based activities during the Installation of our commercial customer projects, leading a professional and dedicated team, overseeing the entire installation process, ensuring project completion within time, budget and quality, while also maintaining a strong customer relationship. You will work in a dynamic project environment delivering large and complex commercial projects to customers with cross-functional engineering teams.

What you will do
As a Site Manager, you will:
Provide Site leadership to deliver project results with responsibility for site activities, including planning and follow-up of daily activities at the installation site, working with a cross-functional team of highly committed colleagues from Tetra Pak as well as from customer and third-party suppliers.
Manage and take responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety site activities covered by the scope of the project; mental well-being, heavy lifting, working at height, hot works, etc.

Job Summary
Business Stream New Food, formed in January 2024, is now looking for a Manager for its Centre of Expertise. The Business Stream New Food is responsible for globally deploying our processing solutions and portfolio in this emerging field of food production based on fermentation technologies such as biomass and precision fermentation.
The organization belongs to our business sector, Food Solutions, which is located within Processing Solutions & Equipment. The position is located in Lund, Sweden, but you will be working in a global arena.


What you will do
As the Manager of the Centre of Expertise, you will coordinate and build application knowledge in this innovative field of food production based on fermentation technologies. Your role will focus on portfolio development and adaptations, solution lifecycle management, customer line solutions, and driving technology learning.
You will play a key role in building the infrastructure required for the Business Stream New Food, including developing training materials, creating application presentations, and integrating new technological advancements into our offerings. Additionally, you will work closely with market operations and pre-projects to ensure sustainable plant designs align with customer needs and industry trends.
As a key member of this newly formed team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and establishing the working processes that will shape the success of this business stream. Your collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders will be instrumental in driving Tetra Pak's journey into bioprocesses and fermentation technologies.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of highly skilled individuals eager to contribute to developing new application knowledge in fermentation technologies.

We are looking for a senior expert that can support our colleagues across the globe to deliver the right homogenization solution for our customer’s needs. We offer you a challenging position in a highly qualified team and close cooperation with sales and market companies all over the world.
The position is permanent and you will be based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena. This role requires travelling about 10%-20% of the time.
What you will do
We have an outstanding homogenizer portfolio with a unique value proposition leading the market for liquid food homogenization. Your challenge will be to ensure that we optimize our solution for every customer based on their individual needs. With a solid application know-how and good understanding of food production you will support your colleagues in sales, projects, and development with hands on advice and strong application knowledge. However, your most important task will be to work with the markets and central stakeholders to find the right homogenization solution for our customer’s liquid food production line solutions.
Main responsibilities:
Support the global and local sales team with your food application expertise and product knowledge to deliver optimized homogenizer solutions to food producers
Support customers with homogenization expertise, trouble shooting and audits of their production facilities providing them better products, improved productivity, and sustainability
Participate and drive development in new applications, products, and technologies
Work closely with the technical homogenizer team to innovate and improve performance of our homogenizers
Work with regional Portfolio Managers to drive the growth of our homogenizer business
Train and drive competence development for homogenizer applications

We believe you have
A University degree in food technology, food chemistry or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience from working in the food processing industry
While not mandatory, experience from working with Homogenizers are considered advantageous
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

We believe you are a person with a strong energy and drive with great networking skills, able to drive activities and projects on your own while finding it easy to collaborate cross borders. You enjoy being the expert, sharing your knowledge and inspiring people around you.
Furthermore, you can build trustful relationships and in an easy way explain technical and complex information and engage all levels of Tetra Pak with your food application know how. We believe you possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and that you have a customer centric mindset in everything you do.
