We are looking for a skilled Production Planner with a specialization in capacity planning and analytics. The Order & Planning team within Processing Solutions and Equipment (PSE) leads a sustainable supply chain, by sourcing, producing, and delivering competitive and industry-leading processing solutions and equipment to the food & beverage industry.
The position is permanent, and you will be located in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Production Planner, you will focus on:
Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning process for the production center and convert supply plan into capacity for the factories. Set capacity requirements and follow the capacity adaptation.
Support and drive data quality, as well as creating and maintaining reports in Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production specifications and align production plans with overall business objectives.
Proactively identify and address capacity constraints, recommending solutions to optimize production efficiency.

We believe you have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field
Basic knowledge in Power BI and data visualisation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
You are fluent in English, Swedish is a merit

As a Design for Production Engineer at Axis Communications, you will ensure that our latest innovations are producible at high volumes by playing a key role in the development of both assembly-conscious products and time efficient, high yielding production processes. Your future team?
You will be a part of a diverse team of Test engineers and Design for Production engineers cooperating to bring Axis products to market. The role gives a broad range of creative interfaces and an opportunity to cooperate with and learn from them i.e., mechanics, electronics production, software, supply chain and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS's).

What will you do?
Our work is largely project based. Each product follows a five-phase development process that typically runs from one to two years. Within each project, you will:

* Initiate workshops and discussions centered around 'design for assembly'
* Define the product's assembly process and co-create its full production process with one of our manufacturing partners (located in North America, Asia, or Europe)
* Set design requirements for complex assembly and test fixtures, verify that they are manufactured to this specification, and secure their timely delivery to one of our manufacturing partners
* Visit the product's manufacturing site during at least one pre-production build to verify the production process (up to 30 days of travel per year is expected)

This role depends heavily on effective collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams. We often refer to ourselves as the 'spider-in-the-web' since we influence many different areas within our projects and interact with so many stakeholders.

Based in Lund, Sweden, you'll be part of the Planning & Inventory Optimization team within Services Supply Network (SSN). Our mission in SSN is to optimize stock management of spare parts for Tetra Pak machines and 3-party equipment to ensure the best customer experience worldwide. We achieve this by maintaining optimal availability of spare parts, consumables, and upgrades through our global network of distribution centers located in Lund, Shanghai, Dubai, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, and Chakan.
As a Supply Network Specialist, you'll take the lead in driving supplier performance and ensuring on-time delivery of spare parts. Working closely with our suppliers and internal colleagues, including supplier management and operational purchasing specialists, you'll leverage your logistics and planning expertise to develop our suppliers and implement effective countermeasures. Ultimately, your goal is to secure the best availability for our customers.
This is a permanent position and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
