What you'll do here as a Mechanical Engineer
In your role, you will have daily collaboration with other mechanical designers, electronics designers, industrial designers, product owners and more. The daily work as a Mechanical Engineer can be anything from creating new concepts, designing mechanical solutions, testing, building prototypes and discussing use cases with people from different disciplines within the company.

As you will have great responsibility for the development of new products, often from the early idea stage to a finished product, it also means a great deal of cooperation with the implementation of the product in volume production. Here we work together with quality engineers, production technicians, suppliers, and more.

Who are you?
You have at least 2 years' experience from product development. You are driven and positive in your daily work. Experience from injection molding, die casting and sheet metal design is highly valued and will be used in your daily work. Experience with 3D CAD (preferably Creo) is an advantage.

What does an Electronics designer do at the New Business Access Control Solutions department?
As an electronics designer, you are involved from the first product idea to global launch. You have a broad role, and in addition to being responsible for the electronics design, you work with schematic design, component selection, testing & verification, production support but also certifications.

Product development is conducted in cross-functional project teams. Disciplines you will have close contact with are product managers, project managers, PCB CAD, software, mechanics, UX, sourcing, quality, tech writers, etc.

Examples of technologies you will get in contact with are, analog and digital electronics, audio & video design, power and PoE, high speed interfaces (Ethernet, USB, LVDS etc.), RF/antennas, displays etc. To ensure the quality of our products, you will also design and test for EMC and electrical safety.

As many of the products we are developing, are new to us or the market, you will be able to make good use of your creative side. Who are you?

This new position will be part of the End-to-End Solutions team, but its scope is broader, focusing on the complete customer experience with Axis solutions and products, spanning awareness, demonstration, design, purchase, operation, and maintenance through all phases of the devices and solutions.

What will you do?
In this unique role, you will empower Axis' product management and R&D teams with valuable insights into the customer experience across the entire products and solution lifecycle. Your primary objective is to structure and document knowledge about customer personas, use cases, customer journeys, and user environments, enabling informed decision-making and innovative solution development. Your role will be key in the UX structure within the company and through your anchoring within Solution and Product Management you can ensure an aligned objective and outcome.

Examples of key tasks and responsibilities in this role include:

We think you have your starting point in technology and understand how technology can impact the growth of Axis. You may have a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related experience. You may have a background in different platforms with a solid understanding of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and cloud-based platforms. A plus is if you are familiar with containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) as this is part of the team's responsibility.

Your future team

What will you do here?

As this is a new role within the department you will be able to influence the agenda, which means that you need to drive and promote these technologies within the team and with relevant business stakeholders.

Part of the role is to lead the technical development together with your fellow network specialists, which means you need to put strategies into tangible plans where you will be leading and guiding your colleagues. You will need to drive change both within our organization as well as towards your stakeholders.

Who are you?
We see you having several years of experience in a similar role where you have previous knowledge and experience in some or all the different areas. You will be involved in all phases of development - from innovation/first ideas and all the way through design, test and implementation until the final release.

Your future team

Your role as a Contract Manager
As Contract Manager in Operations, you will take on a dynamic and multifaceted role. At times, you will be hands-on, reviewing contracts and assessing risks. In other instances, you will act as an advisor to the organization, providing guidance on contractual matters. In some cases, you will manage the entire process from drafting new agreements to overseeing their execution. You will work closely with the line organization and collaborate frequently with our Legal Department and IT Governance.

Key responsibilities

* Provide support in contract analysis, take on a project-leading role for strategic contracts, negotiating commercial parts and communicating contract changes.
* Maintain and manage our standard framework agreements and policies, such as General Purchase Agreements and Code of Conduct.
* Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance contract knowledge and ensure compliance.
* Manage the Operations' agreement repository, including administrative tasks.

Who are you?
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative individual who enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders while driving the contract process forward. You have strong self-leadership skills and the ability to work independently, as you will be the sole Contract Manager within Operations. You are structured and take a pragmatic, risk-based approach. You quickly learn to distinguish between "good enough" and what requires further refinement.

Who is your future team?
The recruiting team, FT Platform Security, is a functional team within Technologies - one of the departments in Axis R&D. The team currently consists of five highly skilled engineers and is now looking for a new colleague to join them.

The Platform Security team designs and implements core software blocks for Axis boot, firmware handling, and cyber security. The deliverables of the team are a crucial part of the Axis Product Platform and are used across the Axis product portfolio. The team applies "security first" approach in their daily work including methods like e.g. threat modelling, memory safe languages and test-driven development. The team is also the first one to get hold of the very first chip samples that arrive to Axis with the task to get them up and running (activity called bring-up) and enabling other teams to start their work.

What you'll do here as an Embedded Software Engineer?
The position is hands-on and in a very skilled team where you will be involved in e.g. the following activities:

* Write code for security use-cases throughout the software stack, from the TEE to REST APIs

The mechanics of our products are a very important part of the customer experience. To streamline and facilitate the development of world-leading mechanics, we work with simulation throughout the product development cycle. At present, it is mainly a matter of simulation of impact strength and thermal analyses regarding thermal management of embedded electronics using CFD.

calculations. The group helps each other in developing different solutions and discussing problems, but the work on the projects is usually carried out with a calculation engineer in a team. We are now looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join the Electronics team within the Production Systems Hardware group in Lund.

Who Is your future team?
In the production system hardware group we develop the hardware for new unique Axis production machines from concept to verified product. By each new generation of Axis network cameras new challenges occurs for our production systems. For example more advance optics and audio as well as new features such as radar and thermal technologies that are built into the cameras.

The Electronics team contains of four dedicated electronics engineers specialized in developing electronics and electrical systems for production systems.

What you will do here as an Electronics Engineer
You will actively be involved in development projects with a focus on simplicity, scalability, repeatability, and quality for optimal production setup. You will be part of cross functional project teams with other competence categories like software and mechanics. You will develop the electrical design and you will verify and validate the solution. Additionally, you will collaborate and have a close communication with Axis R&D department, suppliers, and our contracts manufacturers.

The role includes:

* Electrical design of machines for the production of Axis products
* Building and ordering prototypes for evaluation purposes
* PCBA Electronics schematic design for circuit boards for some of our machines
* Soldering and other practical work tasks on our prototypes
* The role may include travelling, mainly to our contract manufacturers, for approximately 10-20 days a year.

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Lund and contribute to a wide range of exciting projects.

Who is your future team?
You will be joining a team of highly skilled engineers focusing on BI and Analytics. This role is new to us at Operations so there is opportunity for you to shape the future development of the area. You will have plenty of stakeholders outside your closest team, internal customers from the business such as Supply Chain and Manufacturing, as well as other ML and Gen AI Engineers mainly at IT.

What will you do here at Operations as a Machine Learning Engineer
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models and solutions that address key operational challenges. Your work will span a variety of areas, covering needs from across functions such as Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Industrialization and Environment & Sustainability. You will also be responsible for developing Gen AI applications and build custom solutions on our current platform where we host our internal Gen AI model.

Key Responsibilities:

* Machine learning solution development: Develop, deploy and maintain ML solutions in line with our business' needs.

* Use case mining: Find relevant use cases for Machine Learning and Generative AI. Balance what solutions shall be developed in-house and what should be powered by our system's applications.

* Generative AI Learning and Enablement

* Train and educate the organization on the effective use of current available Gen AI tools, demonstrating their value and driving adoption.
* Build and develop custom Generative AI applications to solve specific business problems and improve operational efficiency.

Who are we looking for?
You are a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong passion for machine learning and its practical applications. Collaboration is key for success in this position; you are great at creating an understanding for our business' needs and building ML and Gen AI solutions where they bring most value. You are eager to share knowledge and inspire your colleagues on how to benefit from your solutions.

We'd love for you to have:

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
* Experience in implementing Gen AI services.
* Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with relevant machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
* Proven experience in holding workshops and trainings.
* Excellent proficiency in English both spoken and written.


Additional Skills that are valuable:

* Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
