Your future team
Production Systems Software & Framework consists of 2 teams with 11 people together. You will be joining one of the teams, the System-team. The System-team consist of 4 people who works with creating software solutions in and around production machines. With our systems operating 24/7, we serve as the central hub for all production data in Lund.

What you will do as a Software Engineer
You will be an important part of our team as a Software Engineer. You will use your expertise to work in projects developing new production machines as well as developing existing machines with new requirements. You will collaborate closely with your own team of 4 people, but also with other teams, focusing on implementing and integrating components from various teams to create comprehensive systems. Your responsibilities will include developing software for machines, taking ownership of projects, and fostering collaboration across departments as well as being part of developing the team and helping team members with your experience.

Who are you?

Who is your future team?
Axis Manufacturing Capacity and Cost team is a great contributor to our company's success by developing our base of manufacturing partners and specifically secure cost competitiveness and constant improvements to our purchase costs. Your responsibility will be to ensure right costs on Axis products through finding opportunities for, and driving cost reductions from our contract manufacturers, in close collaboration with your colleagues.

What you'll do here as Product Cost Specialist
* Be responsible for negotiating and approving product cost quotations from Axis contract manufacturers throughout whole product life-cycle.
* Be responsible for identifying and driving cost reduction activities towards our contract manufacturers by analyzing quotation data and having good understanding of all relevant cost drivers.
* Work in close cooperation with our contract manufacturers to achieve timely implementation of Axis negotiated component prices in product quotations.

* Analyze and maintain product and component database from internal and external sources and create a benchmark to be used in price reduction activities with contract manufacturers.
* Support RFQ process for new products and provide input to our product development organization regarding product cost structure and different cost drivers
* Follow-up and optimize different parameters affecting purchase cost of components at our contract manufacturers, such as order quantities, demand changes and delivery terms.
* Identify, define, drive and lead process- and IT- tools improvements within area of responsibility, independently or in collaboration with other relevant functions.

Your duties will include:

We are looking for a strong developer with Linux experience for our internally developed CI/CD orchestrator, the Reactor.

In this role, you will:

* Work as a developer in a large Python code base.
* Work closely with our users.
* Deploy and operate the services in production.
* Support our users in their daily use of our services.

The Reactor helps our embedded Linux developers to keep track of all the submit requirements needed for their code changes to be merged into the main line. The Reactor is where they can decide what changes that need to be integrated together, trigger the automatic tests, track the status of the code reviews, and get their changes automatically merged once all the requirements and dependencies are met. Our users are other developers at Axis, which gives us a short feedback loop and cooperative mind-set.

The entire tool chain is Linux based, from your own computer to

Who are you?

Our code is written in C and Rust but we also use other languages such as Python. We use on REST, JSON, MQTT and many other technologies so if you happen to know any of these that's a great start. Your future team
As a Radar Algorithm Developer, you will be a part of a small, product-oriented team, where we both develop new radar products from concept to volume production, but also develop new functionality for existing products. Recent functionality released by us includes novel radar analytics, accurate speed measurement capabilities and self-learning algorithms for a better user experience. We collaborate closely with many other disciplines such as electronics and mechanics. We develop both standalone radar products as well as combined radar and camera products, where we use sensor fusion to create the best possible surveillance product.



What you will do as a Radar Algorithm Developer
You will work cross-functionally and further develop our radar and fusion products. This includes:

* Innovation for the next generation of radar and fusion products.
* Improving and inventing algorithms for tracking and classifying objects in radar data, using both classical methods and deep learning-based methods.
* Exploring new methods for combining detections from radar and camera.
* Designing, planning, and conducting field tests of prototypes.
* Developing radar and fusion software for our products.
* Serving as the contact person in product projects for all matters related to radar and fusion performance.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with analytical skills who enjoys new technology, applied mathematics and statistics, and programming. You don't mind stepping outside your comfort zone and are eager to learn new techniques. You may be a recent graduate or with a few years of experience, and you probably have a degree in mathematics, physics, or software engineering. This position requires a team player who works easily with new people. We also believe you are result-oriented and can handle multiple ongoing tasks. For this role, we are looking for a person with an interest and preferably experience in computer vision and sensor fusion.

What will you do as a Social Sustainability Specialist?
We are looking for a new colleague having the role as our first Social Sustainability Specialist. You will, together with colleagues, develop and implement our long-term social sustainability plans to strengthen our ambitions to increase positive impact and minimize negative impact on people through our business operations. In our collaborative and team-oriented organization you will be the driver and engager of social sustainability practices throughout our organization and work in close collaboration with the teams focused on our supply chain, customer relations, environment, and governance.

Your responsibilities will include supporting and advancing our work with human rights, develop how we work with our indirect suppliers from a human rights perspective, and engage our global teams and subsidiaries to align with best practices in Health & Safety and Working Conditions across Axis Group. You will be our social sustainability data and reporting guru and be the expert that represents these important areas both internally and when needed externally.

* Raise social sustainability awareness, share knowledge and drive engagement within the organization.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address human rights and social sustainability risks.
* Identify gaps and improvement needs, support the implementation of related actions and assist with relevant processes and tools.
* Collect and analyze data for sustainability reporting, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards (e.g., UNGC, GRI, EcoVadis, CSRD).
* Conduct research and analysis on social sustainability best practices and support strategy development as well as updating our policies.
* Review and respond to social sustainability questions from various stakeholders.
* Coordinate and drive the work of our global social council.
* Participate in selected and prioritized sustainability related projects.

Who are we looking for?
We believe you have a passion for people, HR and business practices with a sound social sustainability perspective. A person who has a clear drive, an open-mind and is a flexible team player.

* A university degree with relevant focus in e.g. engineering, human resources, business administration and/or sustainability or similar.

You will be part of a team of 15 dedicated and talented RMA Supply and Reverse logistics professionals. The purpose of the team is to provide excellent customer service by timely delivering products in the aftermarket from our 16 external partners around the world. We work close together within the team and cross functionally in the whole Axis supply chain, delivering and optimizing product availability at the right time and place. Our overall vision within Reverse Supply Chain is to maintain a smarter, safer, and more sustainable world.

What you'll do here
In this position you will play a vital role in delivering on Axis' service offerings to our customers. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding set-up and execution of the reverse supply chain in a rather complex environment. Your future team
You will be part of our ITQA team, which is responsible for quality assurance of the software deliveries of several of Axis most critical and complex IT systems and solutions. In our daily business our test engineers within ITQA work in one of the many development teams which are responsible for developing and maintaining the different products and services. What you will do here as a QA/Test Engineer
As a QA/Test Engineer within ITQA you will drive the quality assurance and test work forward, both together with your colleagues within the ITQA team but primarily within the test area and development team which you will be part of. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the QA and test strategies for the specific product(s) of the development team, and on daily basis you are responsible for the planning, communication, coordination, and execution of test related activities.

As a QA/Test Engineer you will also:

* Be working with quality assurance and test activities within the whole software development lifecycle, from analysis of new needs and requirements until production and continuous maintenance and improvement of the product.
* Be guiding and supporting the other engineers in how to build in quality as part of the software development process and the delivery process.
