We have an exciting opportunity in the Energy Division for a?Performance Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team in Lund, Sweden. We are focused on driving energy efficiency in numerous areas, industries ranging from data centers to green hydrogen production. This is a key role in our marketing transformation reporting to the Business Unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (BU GPHE) Head of Marketing.
About the job
In your role as Performance Marketing Specialist, you will plan, coordinate, and execute Alfa Laval's paid marketing activities across channels to reach business goals and improve the customer experience in both our owned channels and paid channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase lead generation, conversion, marketing ROI, and profitability. By developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, channel performance and focusing on improving the customer experience supported by marketing tech. You will also support us in updating our?websites to synch with marketing activations.
Own, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize learnings and reach business goals on channels such as Facebook, Google (Search, YouTube, Display), LinkedIn & TikTok. Strong plus if you understand local platforms such as WeChat, Baidu, Line
Own and execute media strategies against Alfa Laval’s advertising goals and objectives. Act as our in-house paid media strategic partner
Act as a partner to sales companies and help to drive successful performance marketing campaigns
Ensure Alfa Laval stays at the forefront of growth marketing by staying up to date with new trends and independently learning new tools and tactics
Participate in sales processes and identify opportunities to continuously add business value
Collaborate within the marketing community to experiment and learn from data-driven creatives
Collaborate with our analytics team to deliver meaningful insights
Report on campaign performance, opportunities to scale up marketing efforts, increase ROI, and general actionable insights to business owners
Website management where you will create and?adapt available content to enrich our customer experience. Benefiting the customer experience across digital channels
Securing an always-on approach?for website updates to secure the latest?information and continuous performance
Act as a partner to sales companies and help to drive through website localization
Manage the process of creating and analyzing Adobe Analytics and SEO content/keywords to?drive traffic.
Analyze user behavior and platform performance to identify trending or engaging topics to increase visibility and engagement further
Who you are
You have 3 years of experience from a digital agency or in-house marketing department along with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Communications or related degree
Additional relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
You have a proven track record of driving measurable ROI through strategic planning, optimization, and analysis
You are adept at utilizing various digital channels, tools, and technologies to maximize conversions and revenue. Strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated on industry trends
A Customer-Centric Mindset is always top of mind for you, and you understand the importance of customer satisfaction
English language fluency both written and orally. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
What you know
Digital Advertising Platforms: Proficient in using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others for campaign setup, optimization, and management
Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing large datasets, extracting actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies
A/B Testing: Experienced in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and user experiences
SEO and SEM: Knowledgeable in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to enhance organic and paid search visibility
Marketing Analytics Tools: Familiar with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms for tracking, reporting, and performance measurement
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Proficient in CRO techniques to improve website and landing page performance, increase conversion rates, and reduce bounce rates
Content Strategy: Understanding of content marketing principles and its role in performance marketing campaigns
Budget Management: Skilled in managing advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI
Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement
Familiarity with CRM software: Customer feedback tools, and analytics platforms
Copywriting and Ad Creative (strong plus): Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences
