Alfa Laval continuously delivers solutions to secure the #1 experience for all customers. We want to take the next step now and are looking for a Senior (NEXT) Project Manager to secure customer satisfaction from advanced gasketed heat exchangers (GPHE).

Your main responsibilities will be to:
* Deliver projects on time, on spec, on budget using existing processes and tools through all steps of project execution from hand-over till project closure
* Lead cross-functional international project teams 
* Contribute to process development
* Deliver on key indicators including CGM improvement among others

The position is based in Lund (Sweden) with possibility to act as PM from distance. Travels are part of the job. You report directly to the manager of Project order team Product Group GPHE and is part of Project management office. Furthermore, you will work closely with NEXT PMs and project teams located in different parts of the world, factory execution teams and regional sales organizations as well as R&D and Product management when required.

About the job

Securing the pricing logic is a strategic focus area and a key factor to enable profitable growth in our service business. As pricing manager for BU GPHE Service you are responsible for the development and implementation of our pricing logic. You will work closely with a network of pricing colleagues both in central Business Unit and in the sales companies.

You will be the expert in the pricing logic for the service ranges of products, and work closely with other pricing roles within the Alfa Laval organization.

About the job

This role will be critical to accelerate the newly founded People Analytics function at Alfal Laval and work close with the Head of People Analytics and the rest of the organization to build our People Analytics function and HR capabilities in the Analytics area. You will also partner practically with senior stakeholders in HR and other functions to provide analysis as basis for more fact based decision making

Key tasks

* Perform analysis of our HR data to identify risks, opportunities and trends and where possible provide diagnosis and facilitate interventions
* Collaborate to define and realize our People Analytics Service Offering
* Co-develop data strategy and framework to enable we capture information needed to provide insights on prioritized topics
* Consult & support the organization on design and status of KPI´s and metrics and highlight progress and challenges
* Partner closely with Value stream (IT) and Business Owners to ensure the data perspective of digital HR solutions in order to drive value and trust in analytics
* Train and inspire the HR community about analytics and fact based decisions as well as actual people analytics solutions
* Align with Data privacy representatives to ensure continuous compliance

Qualifications

You are a strong collaborator who easily connects with stakeholders across different functions and levels, and you can make the complex simple and accessible.  You are very curious and are at all times ready to challenge your own assumptions and biases. You have an eye for details without losing the view of the whole, you are skilled and visualizing and presenting HR-data in a compelling and easy to understand way that leads to action focused dialogues over discussing data details. In addition, you have a good understanding of HR processes and ways of working. Applied a global mindset on all you do is critical, and you likely already have had jobs with global reach.

An absolute minimum of 5 years of work experience within data & analytics, preferably within the HR domain.

* Experience from HRIS, People Analytics, HR Digitalization, data manipulation & data visualization

Avdelningen för kvalitetskontroll är en del av Quality som består av dedikerade medarbetare och är supportfunktion till produktionen av plattvärmeväxlare vid fabriken i Lund.

Vår uppgift är att säkerställa att produktionen av värmeväxlare sker enligt gällande krav såsom Alfa Lavals interna standarder, kundstandarder, krav från kärnkraftsmyndigheter och krav avseende tillverkning av tryckkärl med mera.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
* Säkerställa att tillverkade produkter överensstämmer med lagstiftningen avseende CE-märkning.
* Utföra alla typer av certifikats- och dokumentationskontroller kopplade till CE inspektioner.

In the role as Legal Counsel Operations you will be supporting our global operations with legal advice. Your main task will be to support the business with a variety of legal matters that may arise in connection with manufacturing, sourcing and operations development, and work closely with the key stakeholders of Global Sourcing, Operations Development and Risk Management. What we are looking for
You have a Swedish or foreign LL.M. degree followed by at least five years of experience from working as in-house legal counsel or at a reputable law firm. To be successful in this role, you have experience from working with legal aspects of procurement, manufacturing development and IoT. Experience from working with legal aspects of additive manufacturing and crisis management is a merit.
You have a strong commercial understanding and pro-actively take initiatives to contribute with your expertise to impact the business. You have a high level of integrity and are confident in your competence and the value you bring as a business partner, but you also possess a curiosity to learn and take on new challenges in this dynamic role. You have an ability to work independently and find legally adequate solutions to various situations. Om jobbet
Det löpande arbetet som Master planner består av att utföra analyser kring fabrikens leveransförmåga på 3-18 månaders sikt baserat på prognosticerat behov. Du föreslår åtgärder som behövs i försörjningskedjan för att säkerställa att förväntade volymer kan produceras inom överenskomna ledtider. Du analyserar samtidigt konsekvenserna kostnadsmässigt av de föreslagna åtgärderna. Master planner har också ansvar för de planeringssparametrarna som finns i vårt ERP system. Du analyserar och följer upp prognossäkerhet samt utvärderar utvalda KPIer.

I arbetet har du nära samarbete med kollegor både inom avdelningen men även med andra funktioner inom Alfa Laval. Viss del av arbetet innefattar även deltagande i projekt, samt ständiga förbättringar enligt Alfa Lavals metodik.

In our assembly factory in Lund, we produce and deliver heat exchangers around the world. About the job
As a Business Process Manager, you will have an important role in defining the future WMS solution for Parts Distribution & Logistics. About the job

In our assembly factory in Lund, we produce and deliver heat exchangers around the world. As a member of our sourcing team, you will be part of our supply chain and ensure that we deliver products according to our customers' expectations and requirements. Our products are sold through all our divisions; Energy, Food & Water and Marine. You will play an important role in ensuring competitiveness and time to market of our products.

Your main tasks include, but not secluded, to:

Tjänsten innebär personalansvar för lokala produktionstekniker och även de centrala produktionsteknikerna, i dagsläget totalt 11 personer inom GCC Make Lund. Du kommer rapportera till UM GCC Make, och ingå i GCC Make ledningsgrupp.

Vem är du?

Du tycker om att ta ansvar, har lätt för att samarbeta och driva arbete framåt. Du har förmåga att lösa tekniska frågeställningar inom produktionsområdet och sätta nya standarder. Du drivs av utveckling och har förmågan att på ett strukturerat sätt omsätta idéer och utvecklingsmöjligheter i konkreta förbättringar.

Som person är du en lagspelare med god kommunikationsförmåga som driver förändringsarbetet tillsammans med gruppen. Du ger medarbetarna utrymme och frihet att agera samtidigt som du stödjer både individens och teamets utveckling för att nå individuella mål och verksamhetsmål.

Vad du kan

Vi tror att du har en utbildningsbakgrund som högskoleingenjör eller motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet av produktionstekniskt arbete från tillverkningsindustrin, där kunskap i laserteknik, pressning och automation är meriterande.

Du bör ha goda kunskaper i ALPS/LEAN produktion.

Flera års erfarenhet av personalledning.

Du har goda kunskaper i Svenska och Engelska

What you know

The Alfa Laval Information Security team is currently seeking a talented, innovative and passionate GRC Lead to support our growing operations on a group-wide basis. About the job

Key tasks:
* Oversee the development, issue and updating of policy and standards for Information Security.

* Own and maintain the Group’s Information Security Risk Management Framework, including risk register.

What you know
It essential that the GRC Lead have proven experience at delivering Information Security governance, risk and compliance programmes in large corporates and across international boundaries working in senior roles and - ideally - with director-level/C-suite colleagues.

You have demonstrable experience in managing successful teams in matrix-managed organisations. Good communications skill and fluent English is key. A strong background across Information Security as a discipline, as well as programme management skills and experience of delivering. You are familiarised with current risk management methodologies and tools.

Is a plus if: You have security certification like CISSP, CISM, ISO 27000 Lead implementer or similar, and knowledge with OT and IoT and their business processes.

We are looking for a person that would like to make a difference, a person that is looking for a challenging job and who would like to drive customer loyalty by optimizing performance of our compact welded heat exchanger through out the product life cycle by combining process- and heat exchanger knowledge. The position will be located in Lund, Sweden. Are you the ONE joining us in this journey?

Business Unit Welded Heat Exchangers are improving sustainability by increasing reliability and performance of our compact welded heat exchangers in our customers processes.

Responsibilities of the Process Engineer

Support our customers and service organization in the performance evaluation of our installed base of compact welded heat exchangers.

Participate in our service offering of performing installation and start-up services.  

Suggest actions on how to sustain or improve performance over time.

Participate in the generation of new opportunities using process and heat transfer knowledge.

Ensure high quality heat exchanger designs in the quotation process.

Deliver training/learning activities to secure knowledge and inspire effective work.

Who are you?

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical understanding of hydrocarbon process industries.

You have the ability to understand our customers processes, evaluate heat exchanger performance, make proposals to improve or sustain heat exchanger and process performance over time.

You like technical challenges and finding optimum solutions both from techncial and commercial aspects.

You should have a high capacity for networking and a social capability to establish an excellent internal and external network.

If you have the right qualifications we offer you an international job in a challenging and interesting segment geared up for growth. International travel is estimated to 30 days per year.

You have a university degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum three years of relevant work experience from the refinery or chemical industry is a plus.

About the Position

In this role, you will drive and support the channel business for Pharma-line range, in close cooperation with our colleagues in the sales companies and their channels around the world. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

Key responsibilities
* Support and coach Sales Companies around the world in their work with established and new channels
* Support and coach new and established Channels with their sales activities in pharma market, making sure they have a complete Alfa Laval portfolio to offer.
* Together with pharma specialists from other Business Units within Food & Water division, continue the development of channel programs.
* Secure commitment from internal and external stakeholders to help executing the plans

We believe that you have
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and its water systems.
* Strong communication skills and being able to engage different levels of people from internal/external customers as well as suppliers.
* Experience from an international business environment.
* Experience in channel business development within technical B2B sales is a big advantage.

Vi söker en Master planner till vår Assembly fabrik i Lund där vi monterar värmeväxlare samt tillverkar detaljer till dem.

Om jobbet
Det löpande arbetet som Master planner består av att utföra analyser kring fabrikens leveransförmåga på 3-18 månaders sikt baserat på prognosticerat behov. Du föreslår åtgärder som behövs i försörjningskedjan för att säkerställa att förväntade volymer kan produceras inom överenskomna ledtider. Du analyserar samtidigt konsekvenserna kostnadsmässigt av de föreslagna åtgärderna. Master planner har också ansvar för de planeringssparametrarna som finns i vårt ERP system. Du analyserar och följer upp prognossäkerhet samt utvärderar utvalda KPIer.

I arbetet har du nära samarbete med kollegor både inom avdelningen men även med andra funktioner inom Alfa Laval. Viss del av arbetet innefattar även deltagande i projekt, samt ständiga förbättringar enligt Alfa Lavals metodik.

Rollen är placerad i Lund du kommer att ingå i ledningsgruppen för Supply chain.

Vad du kan
Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av arbete inom supply chain såsom masterplanning, produktionsplanering, lagerstyrning och inköp.

Du har arbetat i eller har förståelse för hur ett ERP system används för att verkställa supply chain direktiv.

Du har också lätt för att arbeta i excel och använder det som ett verktyg för att sammanställa data.

Du har erfarenhet av att delta i projekt samt haft eget ansvar för delar eller ett helt projekt. Goda kunskaper i LEAN är meriterande.

Du har en högskoleutbildning inom supply chain.
