"Project Office" is a part of "Operations development", with a focus on footprint and transformation projects connected to the operations of Alfa Laval. The footprint projects are the major change projects that are gradually adapting the factory footprint to make Alfa Laval more competitive and sustainable. As a Thermal Specialist, you will work with development of heat exchangers and other thermal components for the electrolyzer and fuel cell systems in an international context.
You will work mainly with thermal clean technologies in project form in very close cooperation with our Development engineers, Application Specialists and Laboratory Technicians. In addition, you will interact with other Thermal Specialists as well as key customers.
Your main responsibility area will be the Thermal simulation (CFD) and thermal design of the heat exchanger and other thermal components for the electrolyzer and fuel cell systems where thermal prognosis, calculation, simulation and validation of the product towards the application and thermal requirements are important activities.
Key tasks:
Participate in development projects as part of a cross-functional project team where the thermal aspects will be your responsibility area.
Thermal prognosis, calculations and analysis, CFD simulations, thermal test specification, evaluations and problem solving are typical tasks and will be part of your everyday activities.

About the job
We are a team of Master Data Specialist and Production Planners. Plan is one of main support functions in the GCC Supply Chain. We work closely with other teams such as the Source, Deliver, Make and Warehouse departments. Briefly, Deliver gets orders from customers, Source purchases the raw materials, Plan makes the magic to deliver customer orders in the best possible date, meanwhile Make executes the plan and Warehouse helps with internal and external logistics. All functions in the supply chain focuses on customer needs and Plan is the key to make it more efficient, productive, cost conscious and environmentally friendly. MDM (Master Data Management) is a vital role in the organization to maintain data lean, structured and well defined.
Key Responsibilities
The main task for this role is to ensure the data quality as the master data responsible in our ERP system
Upload and create new articles both NPD (New Product Development) and existing range as well as maintaining of existing and LECC (Local Engineering Change Coordinator) responsibilities handling factory scope and DN
Maintaining good quality of our system parameters and the overall basic data. An important part of the work is to be responsible for standardizing our two GCC databases. Standardized data, basic data and system parameters are the backbone that sets the conditions for well-functioning physical and administrative processes as well as value flows that are fully or partly
Extracting data from the ERP system and assisting with the analysis (using Jeeves and moving to Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Based on given existing basic data KPIs, the GCC's data quality is maintained, but it is also expected that these are revised to set relevant indicators that secure our existing and future processes
GCC MDM is the factory's ERP support and the link to System Support. The role also includes an informative responsibility, for example, updates and system changes. When needed the role also includes support and training of colleagues
Ultimately become a super user of our ERP and train and support teams in the business system

Strong interpersonal and networking skills and the ability to drive and support internally and cross-functionally

About the job
To carry out mechanical engineering activities on standardization and customer projects professionally and to the customers' expectations. About the department

About the role
As part of the Quality department, you will work closely with most functions in the production process.

In the role as Group Data Privacy Responsible, you will be driving and maintaining Data Privacy compliance for the Alfa Laval group, our employees, and to facilitate business with our partners and customers.
As the Group Data Privacy Responsible, you will focus on setting the standard for how Alfa Laval companies must work and improve compliance to data privacy legislations worldwide. Group Legal & Compliance consists of lawyers, specialists, and paralegals with a central and local presence in the various parts of the organization. We provide legal support related to sales, product safety and liability, intellectual property rights, R&D, on-line and digitalization initiatives, operations and procurement, and claims and litigations. We also support with corporate legal matters and the group's mergers and acquisitions. As business partners, we facilitate and manage the business risk from a legal and compliance perspective to ensure corporate governance, legal compliance and high ethical standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Keep abreast of the Data Privacy compliance laws and regulations in countries where Alfa Laval is represented.
Together with the Data Protection Board set out the strategical and tactical direction for working with Data Privacy from the Alfa Laval Group perspective.
Create and maintain Group policies and documentation related to data privacy compliance.
Driving the global Alfa Laval Data Privacy network, ensuring compliance with relevant Group policies and local laws and regulations.
Established as a second line of defense, ensuring compliance.
Drive and regularly complement awareness and eLearning solutions.
Train and support the various business areas of Alfa Laval on best practices within data privacy compliance, including stakeholders in the business areas and support functions such as Information Security, IT and HR.



What we are looking for:
You have a Swedish LL.M. degree, or equivalent European qualification, followed by at least seven years of experience from working as in-house legal counsel or at a reputable law firm with substantial experience of working with Data Privacy. To be successful in this role, you have a CIPP/E credential or equivalent professional experience showing you have the comprehensive GDPR knowledge, perspective and understanding to ensure compliance and data protection successfully. Operational knowledge of IT security and Cyber Security is a merit. You have excellent communication skills in English, verbally and in writing.
You have a strong commercial understanding and pro-actively take initiatives to contribute with your expertise to impact the business. We are looking for a GCC Master Planner for our GCC factory in Lund where we are manufacturing and securing core components for gasketed heat exchangers.
About the job
Responsible for the Supply Plan and to set one common standard for GCC. The ongoing work as Master planner consists of performing analyses of the factory's delivery capacity in 3-18 months ahead based on forecasted needs. At the same time, you balance the supply and demand at a master planning level (1-3 months) and adjust the plan if needed to fulfill the customer needs. You propose actions needed in the supply chain to ensure that expected volumes can be produced within agreed lead times. At the same time, you analyze the cost-wise consequences of the proposed measures. The master planner is also responsible for the inventory planning parameters found in our ERP system.
You analyze and follow up Supplychain performance and evaluate selected KPIs. As a GCC master planner you also consolidate supply plans of other GCC factories China and India and drive global GCC S&OP; process.
In your work, you will work closely with colleagues both within the department but also with other functions within Alfa Laval. Some of the work also includes participation in projects, as well as continuous improvements according to Alfa Laval's methodology.
