We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager, who will be part of a team within Business Stream Key Components, responsible for supporting global homogenizer sales in close collaboration with Tetra Pak Markets. You will be in the driving seat having great opportunities to influence the role yourself according to specific expertise and experience. In this role you will have ample possibilities to grow your network and great career development opportunities.
The position is permanent and you will report to the Manager of the homogenizer team. You will be based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena. This role requires travelling about 10% of the time.
What you will do
As Business Development Manager – Homogenizers, you will:
Be responsible for supporting global homogenizer sales in close collaboration with Tetra Pak Markets
Follow up on opportunity management and sales performance
Be the liaison between the central Business Stream and regional/local counter parts offering support with configuration optimization, order clarification and product knowledge as well as training and marketing
Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and capturing customer needs and requirements
Be responsible for developing our sales tools improving sales opportunity management, forecasting and pricing tools

We believe you have
A University degree in engineering, marketing or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in a Sales, Sales Support or Business Development role
A commercial profile with a strong technical understanding
While not mandatory, experience in dairy or liquid food processing and/or Homogenizers are considered advantageous
Digital transformation skills are considered valuable
A very good command of English, both written and spoken
Other language skills are considered as a merit

What you will do

Who you are

The position is permanent and can be based at Various Tetra Pak Offices in Europe (e.g., London, Frankfurt, Paris, Brussels, Lund, Modena, Warsaw, Madrid). You will travel p to 30% of your time.
What you will do
As the Sustainability Programme Manager, you'll be at the forefront of designing and rolling out innovative recycling models, including incentive-based take back systems like deposit refund schemes (DRS). Your work will span across Europe, building commercial partnerships and representing Tetra Pak in key industry events. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on project management, offering a unique opportunity to drive sustainability in action.
Main Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive programmes to implement DRS for used beverage cartons in selected European markets.
Lead Tetra Pak’s internal DRS task force, streamlining existing initiatives into a cohesive operational strategy.
Shape and communicate Tetra Pak’s stance on DRS in Europe and guide strategic actions in critical EU countries.
Evaluate and manage partnerships with technology providers and collection system operators, ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals.
Act as the go-to expert on deposit refund schemes and related recycling initiatives within Tetra Pak.

We believe you have
A seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry, market development, or as a management consultant in these sectors.
A strong commercial and business development background, ideally with established networks in the waste management and recycling industry.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across diverse geographies.
A degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in English is a must; additional European languages are a plus.

Experience from mechanical equipment and/or processing technologies is a requirement
A background within food industry, processing technologies, or similar will be seen as a merit
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.

What you will do
You will drive development and continuous improvement that enables our business to connect to thousands of equipment in a secure, scalable and flexible way
Contribute to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve hardware (i.e. vibration sensors…) and software solutions (i.e. data logging) for predictive maintenance data
Ensure that the solution grows with Service and Product teams needs and ever-evolving customer requirements
You’ll contribute to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve algorithms using AI and equipment knowledge for predictive maintenance, condition monitoring and machine health monitoring

We believe you have
A Bachelor's degree, MSc, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or equivalent, along with strong applied data analytic skills (it is important to have an understanding of both the mechanical and data science aspects of industrial machinery).
At least 5 years of work experience in this area with demonstrated achievements.
A strong technical foundation and the ability to bridge the gap between hardware and data effectively.
Hands-on experience with maintenance/service technology and/or industrial automation, including sensors, IoT, and connectivity.
Knowledge of next-generation sensor technology (i.e., IO Link standard) and digitalization.
Understanding of the link between design features and serviceability to deliver customer value in this segment.
Experience with dashboards and data visualization (e.g., advanced Power BI or similar).
Preference for experience with Food & Beverage Processing equipment such as Separators, Homogenizers, Mixers, Freezers, UHT, and Packaging Machinery.
Familiarity with vibration analytics and signal processing will be a strong plus, including experience in ML/AI.
Previous experience in an Agile working environment is highly valued (e.g., Jira).
A digital skillset including competence in Python, DevOps, Git, Docker, which will help drive the right development priorities.

You are a natural team player with the ability to work in a multi-organizational environment. You are excited by complex problems, love to learn, and have a hands-on mentality. You are self-motivated with strong result orientation and understand the link between technical activities and business implications. This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden but our customers are located all over the world and as such the position requires high frequent travelling worldwide
What you will do
You will work in the operations of Technical Support Excellence on Filling machines for aseptic solutions or Downstream equipment. The majority of your work tasks will be executed at our customers’ plants, following Tetra Pak processes and procedures, which also gives you the opportunity to be an ambassador for the company.
Main responsibilities:
Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical, electrical and automation issues. Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent solutions
Perform maintenance activities on our equipment in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures to restore basic conditions and restore equipment into production
Document your findings in technical reports
Take an active role in developing and implementing improvement solutions for machine equipment, analyse machine performance and drive performance improvement
Perform installation of rebuilding kits/upgrades, ensuring agreed performance of Tetra Pak lines
Participate in building good relationships with customer staff and colleagues in our Market Companies
Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have
At least a secondary school education with technical orientation and understanding of mechatronics, that includes electrical, mechanical and automation interaction within the equipment
A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
Driving license

To be successful in this position we believe you are a curious, self-motivated person with a high degree of initiative. You will work autonomously in complex situations, having the ability to make your own fast decisions and to solve problems under time and customer pressure.
You shall be prepared travel approximately 150 days/year. Therefore, it is important you enjoy contact with different cultures worldwide.
Furthermore, you are structured and enjoy to coach others and solve problems with the best solution for all parts in mind, both in a collaborative way but also on your own. You have strong interest in technology and are happy to take on operational roles and technical hands-on activities.

Tetra Pak North Europe, Customer service operations, söker nu en serviceingenjör med fokus på drifttagning och felsökning av processutrustning. I den här rollen får du chansen att bli en del av ett mycket expansivt, dynamiskt och kunnigt team!
Tjänsten är en tillsvidare anställning och du kommer att utgå från hemmet.
Arbetet kommer huvudsakligen att utföras på våra kunders anläggningar runt om i Norden varför du kan förvänta dig många resdagar. I rollen kommer du att rapportera till Service Delivery Manager baserad i Sverige.
Arbetsuppgifter
Arbetet kräver stor teknisk bred då maskinerna har olika automationssystem, HMI och instrumentering. Detta kräver ett ständigt lärande och en förmåga att använda tidigare erfarenheter till att lösa nya problem.
Fokusområden
Utföra installation och drifttagning av ny processutrustning.
Arbeta med felsökning och systematisk rotorsaksanalys.
Optimering och uppgradering av befintliga processanläggningar.
Dokumentera och rapportera arbete enligt etablerade protokoll och rutiner.
Leverera träning till kunders operatörer och tekniker.
Lära av dina kollegor och dela med av dina kunskaper för att vi som team ska kunna utvecklas och bli ännu bättre.

Din bakgrund
Du har en teknisk utbildning på gymnasienivå och/eller en KY- eller YH-utbildning.
Goda kunskaper inom automation och IT och en förmåga att hantera tekniken både i teori och praktik.
Du har B-körkort och goda kunskaper i engelska, såväl muntligt som skriftligt.
För att på bästa sätt kunna samarbeta med våra kunder i Norden behöver du behärska svenska, danska eller norska flytande.
Erfarenhet av process och automation inom mejeri och dryckesproduktion är meriterande

Du har ett stort tekniskt intresse, är nyfiken och gillar att lära dig saker. Du är en självgående person som är uppmärksam och sätter kundens behov i fokus. För att lyckas i rollen är det viktigt att du flexibel, har ett systematiskt arbetssätt och att du har en god förmåga att kommunicera med olika människor. Det är också viktigt att kunna prioritera och hålla deadlines.

Production Centre Lund inom Tetra Pak Processing Equipment AB tillverkar, monterar och testar process- och fyllningmaskinsutrustningar för hantering av livsmedel. Vi tillhandahåller, genom våra produktionscentra, högkvalitativa produkter snabbt och effektivt till våra kunder. I vår verksamhet har vi har ett mycket högt fokus på både säkerhet och kvalitet i arbetet. En viktig grund för detta är vårt arbete med ständiga förbättringar inom hela verksamheten i enlighet med WCM – World Class Manufacturing.
Till avdelningen Fabrication Weld söker vi nu tre Svetsare för tillsvidareanställning i Lund.
Vad kommer du att göra?
Svetsning av rör till olika typer av processanläggningar för livsmedelsindustrin.
Svetsning och montering av rör och rördetaljer i syrafast rostfritt stål med TIG-svetsning, manuell och mekaniserad. Svetsning och efterföljande montage sker utifrån ritning i 2- och 3D miljö. På avdelningen förekommer även att vi mäter och mekaniskt bearbetar rör innan svets.
Vara involverad i det förbättringsarbete som hela tiden pågår i verksamheten.

Huvudsaklig dimension på rör som vi svetsar är 10 mm till 104 mm. Tjocklek 1,0 mm till 3.0 mm.
Du kommer att jobba i ett erfaret och självgående team där alla bidrar med sina styrkor för att nå de uppsatta målen och förbättra den redan höga nivån på levererat arbete. Vissa delmoment i arbetsuppgifterna kan vara fysiskt krävande.
Vem är du?
Du bör ha en god grundutbildning såsom svetsutbildning och någon form av erfarenhet inom TIG- svetsning av rör och rördetaljer i rostfritt stål. Verkstadsskola eller annan teknisk utbildning. Du behöver vara en van datoranvändare samt ha goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av WCM, Lean och 5S.
Vi ser det som meriterande om du har någon tidigare erfarenhet av att leda och inspirera andra i det dagliga arbetet.
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du även vara noggrann och systematisk, då du tillsammans med teamet ansvarar för kvalitén på det arbete som utförs. Vidare är du kreativ och har en god förmåga att lösa problem och att tänka i nya banor, vilket syns i din vilja att jobba med ständiga förbättringar. Du är engagerad, initiativrik och har lätt för att samarbeta. Vi värdesätter flexibilitet och nyfikenhet inför att lära och arbeta med olika arbetsuppgifter inom avdelningen.

Job Summary
Are you prepared to contribute and deliver knowledge and enthusiasm within a prioritised focus field in our business?
We are seeking a driven person with a passion for project management, processes and ways of working, to be part of our dynamic central team responsible for ensuring compliance with Export Control laws and regulations. The focus of this team of 8 persons, is to understand applicable laws and regulations and transform them into actionable processes, tools and competencies across the company. Export Control in our business context regulates trade with sanctioned and embargoed countries, restrictive and sensitive products, and denied persons and companies. Controls and sanctions influence and impact different parts of Tetra Pak and must be integrated into business processes to ensure effective control and adherence.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden and you will report to the Export Control Director.
What you will do
Drive projects related to the subject area
Drive creation, maintenance and implementation of processes and supporting documents
Drive continuous improvement and updates of supporting system tools
Drive monitoring of statistics from system tools related to the subject area
Have ownership of team document repository structure and of subject area “How we Work”- intranet web pages

We believe you have
We believe that you are a person with very good communication skills, both verbally and written. Your ability to structure and organise your work is essential in this position, as well as your ability to easily interact across borders and connect to different stakeholders and build your network. You are an open-minded person with an analytical and methodical approach. Furthermore, you have a process-oriented mindset and enjoy working as a team towards a common goal.
You have a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent area. It is required that you have experience from project or/and process related work as well as project management skills and experience. To succeed you will need to have excellent skills in formal written communication and of course, good communication and presentations skills. Also, you have good Office knowledge and are a frequent IT user. If you have experience from regulatory/trade/standards areas or/and SAP environment, it is seen as an advantage.
Since you will be working in a global environment, you have an excellent command in English, both written and spoken.
