Tetra Pak is seeking a senior Process Leader to help build, implement and maintain the next generation of Global Trade & Tax processes and solutions.
The GT&T Process Lead will work with our business organisations to understand their requirements to be successful, and to come up with innovative ways to automate and digitise our business processes, according to design principles, securing harmonization and standard IT solutions. The successful candidate will thrive on solving difficult problems and adapting emerging technology to meet Tetra Pak’s business challenges.
This demanding role will require strong communication skills and can reduce complex challenges to their essential details. It will also require good people skills, and a proven track record of getting things done with both formal and informal authority.
The responsibility is to lead and manage the “Global Trade & Tax” (GT&T) processes and corresponding solutions. Act as the “guardian of standard”, by applying the Design Principles in every solution offered.
Interact with all relevant Value Stream teams to understand the business needs and to be able to design solutions to meet their needs.
Design, implement and refine the following processes:
• Export Control processes and corresponding solutions, such as SAP GTS etc
• Customs Management processes and corresponding solutions
• Manage Trade Flows processes and corresponding solutions
• Manage Tax processes and corresponding solutions
Develop solutions to business execution challenges through the application of design principles and with heavy focus on process harmonization across all Tetra Pak’s businesses
Drive process improvements by leveraging vendor-led innovation.
The Process Lead will report to the End-to-End Process Lead for Governance & Projects processes, within the Process Office organisation.
The position requires a flexibility up to 20% international travel and can be based in any Tetra Pak's locations within EMEA.
What you will do
Own and refine the process to which you are assigned.
Develop new process designs to improve standardization, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Act as the “guardians of standard” by applying the Design Authority principles in every solution offered.
Collaborate with the other process leaders and the value streams.
Develop, manage, and update all supporting documentation required for your assigned process.
Work with the BPM Manager (Business Process Manager) to ensure that processes are modelled correctly and are meeting the required standards.
Keep up to date with all relevant IT vendor development pipelines to ensure that we leverage vendor-led innovation.
Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement & operational excellence.
Constantly assess externally the trends for your assigned process area.

Job Summary
Processes are the foundation to the operations and services we deliver. As the Process Lead for ESM and OHS, you will be responsible for the effective design and optimization of Enterprise Service Management processes that are client service focused, as well as Occupational Health & Safety processes that drive a safe workplace.
We are looking for a Process Lead to join the end-to-end Process Team for Recruit to Retire (R2R) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) in Tetra Pak’s new Process Office. In this role, you will report to the End-to-End Process Lead for R2R & ESM, and you can be based at any of Tetra Pak’s locations worldwide.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working remotely across different time zones.
What you will do
Design processes that apply core design principles, with a strong focus on standardization, harmonization, and cross-process integration.
Ensure your processes are defined with the appropriate data inputs and outputs, roles and permissions, as well as process KPIs and controls to support effective process management.
Stay connected to latest industry process trends and benchmarks, to identify opportunities for innovation and be able to provide solid recommendations to the Value Streams on optimal process design.
Work with Value Stream and Global IM stakeholders, as well as other Process team members to understand new business requirements, potential issues with existing processes, and impacts from changes to our core systems, and translate them into new processes or improvements to existing processes.
Ensure supportive elements are in place to effectively execute the processes (e.g. process documentation, training, process mining, etc.).
Drive process improvements by leveraging vendor led innovation, including reviewing and adopting new/changed functionality.

We believe you have
Professional Qualifications:
To be a successful candidate, you should be educated with a University Degree and have at least 3 or more years of experience in Process design
Ideally, you also possess experience in the design or management of processes related to services management, such as effective services operations, timely resolution of service requests/incidents, etc.
You have knowledge and experience with tools and methods for assessing client experience and leveraging that insight to drive improvements.
You have knowledge of the principles and practices for managing workplace health and safety.
You will use your English language skills on a daily basis therefore we need you to be fluent both in written and spoken English.

The Value Stream PSE, Projects and Tools team that is fully involved in the value stream work for the NCSP Programme. Thus, continue to support and maintain the OFCE process while working with the End-to-End process teams to maximise business value for the PS&E organisations.
We are looking for a Line Manager, who will take on these challenges together with a highly skilled and motivated team of Value Stream Leads, Coaches and Experts.
This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
You will lead and ensure process and tools usability and performance with purpose to increase value to our customers in alignment with function owners impacted by the value stream segment. This includes an end-to-end value stream process segment design, a secured implementation and a proper launch, develop and introduction of process and tools improvements (CI and/or new BT Projects).
You will focus on
As Manager Value Stream Project, Sales and Order Management, you will take the line management responsibility of a team of professional Value Stream Leads, Coaches and Experts with global experience from executing the Value Stream PSE processes in the value segment. You will lead by setting the strategy and networking with stakeholders to determine priorities.
· Drive collaboration with key stakeholders relevant for the Value Stream segments. Ensure that relevant KPI's are in place and are meeting business goals and are aligned with other Value Stream segments
· Ensure a systematic alignment on improvements by aligning with GIM, Process Office and other Value Streams. Ensure a systematic communication of best practices, tools, and methodologies and align with other Value Stream segments
· Ensure that appropriate tools are chosen to support the Value Stream segments and are in alignment with other segments. Ensure that chosen tools are supporting the strategies and are integrated into existing processes and systems. Ensure monitoring and evaluation is in place for tools relevant for the Value Stream segments. Ensure a systematic way to provide training and support for effective tool utilization.
· Ensure a structure for community building is in place, aligned with other Value Stream segments. Organize regular meetings and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for continuous improvement best practices and resources, within Value Stream segments.
· Ensure coordination of SOP's cross Value Stream segments. Plan and coordinate for regular audits and assessments. Ensure training programs are in place for relevant. Value Stream segments and aligned with other Value Streams segments and Value Streams. Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation is in place to support compliance efforts and facilitate audits
· Support project execution and prioritization of timelines and resources. Support in engaging key stakeholders when required. Ensure collaboration on change in all aspects with key stakeholders relevant for the Value Stream segments. Make sure relevant CI methods are used to drive process improvements to ensure sustainable change.
· Drive maintenance of the OFCE process and process elements such as documents, process controls, CSA, skills, learnings, BEX profiles and GBRs.
· Coordinate the team’s participation in the NCSP program according to the Value Stream role.
· Support the development of WCM Autonomous Team.
We believe you have
· Extensive operational experience working in any of the OFCE or other global processes.
· At least 10 years of experience as Global Process Coach or Global Primary Process Driver
· An experienced line manager or interest in the Line Management role.
· Proven success in Stakeholder Management and Change Management.
· Good understanding of the end-to-end OFCE process and PSE business
· A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.

You will join a diverse team consisting of different engineers. The Printing team within D&T Industrial Base Engineering at Tetra Pak has the responsibility to develop, maintain and improve global specifications within PrePress & Printing. We are the global owner of various equipment and process specifications and drive optimization and standardization of our end-to-end graphics operations.

Biotech Heights is a pioneering initiative established in 2023 through a strategic collaboration between Tetra Pak and Lund University, that aims to address the urgent challenges of building sustainable food systems through advancing bioprocessing technology. What you will do

8-10 years Proven leadership experience in food processing, sustainability, or related industries.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholder landscapes, teams and complex projects.
Proven track record of collaboration between academia and industry – reflecting different types of research projects, agreements and innovation IPR management.
Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans and managing organisational budgets.
Strong knowledge of bioprocess technologies, scaling challenges, and sustainable food systems and understanding the ecosystem of stakeholders across industry, academia and public institutions required for the transformation
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to biotech for food, including novel foods and GMOs.
Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Swedish) are a plus.

We are looking for a professional Regional Customs Manager, who will lead the workforce management and development, be an expert in optimizating customs operations by the usage of Free Trade Agreements, special regimes like IPR and any other available benefits. Knowledge on PBE operations, trade flows and tolling are differentials highly appreciated.
Additionally the professional should be able to monitor regional risks and regulatory developments, drive customs brokers performance management. Regional Customs Manager will be the escalation point and support on problem solving for Customs Operations for Imports, Exports and the above mentioned Special Regimes and Benefits.
In this role you will be managing Eastern Europe region and possibly supporting other markets on spot basis.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden. You may be required to travel 25% of your time regionally / globally.
What you will do
Drive regional customs team and manage people development.
Guarantee trade-flows optimization and the accurate application of special regimes, FTAs, IPRs and other opportunities to improve the duty under management.
Manage regulatory developments and all risks for customs operations – import and export.

Collaboration & conflict management (internally and externally with logistics providers/ customs brokers)
Build and keep communication with local and regional key stakeholders.
Manage and support problem solving in the customs operation, and also support business needs.

Lead the implementation of cross functional procedures with customs brokers and Logistics to standardize and align data declared in customs declarations.
Perform the origin qualification of all goods exported to countries that have signed Trade Agreements with European countries.
Be responsible for customs tariff classification and approval.
Responsible to close open gaps related to the Internal and external Audits.

We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs regulations, special regimes and intercompany trade flows operations as well as other relevant regulations with the countries Tetra Pak has customs operations with
Fluent English language knowledge is a must - Swedish language knowledge is an advantage
Significant experience in handling audits conducted by government and customs authorities is essential
