Job Summary
Tetra Pak is on a mission to lead the sustainability transformation within the food processing technology and packaging solutions industry. Our ambitious goal is to contribute to achieving a 70% recycling rate for our carton packages across the European Union by 2030. We are looking for a Sustainability Programme Manager, who will be designing and rolling out innovative recycling models, including incentive-based take back systems like deposit refund schemes (DRS). You will report to the Sustainability Director, North Europe and East Europe.
The position is permanent and can be based at Various Tetra Pak Offices in Europe (e.g., London, Frankfurt, Paris, Brussels, Lund, Modena, Warsaw, Madrid). You will travel p to 30% of your time.
What you will do
As the Sustainability Programme Manager, you'll be at the forefront of designing and rolling out innovative recycling models, including incentive-based take back systems like deposit refund schemes (DRS). Your work will span across Europe, building commercial partnerships and representing Tetra Pak in key industry events. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on project management, offering a unique opportunity to drive sustainability in action.
Main Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive programmes to implement DRS for used beverage cartons in selected European markets.
Lead Tetra Pak’s internal DRS task force, streamlining existing initiatives into a cohesive operational strategy.
Shape and communicate Tetra Pak’s stance on DRS in Europe and guide strategic actions in critical EU countries.
Evaluate and manage partnerships with technology providers and collection system operators, ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals.
Act as the go-to expert on deposit refund schemes and related recycling initiatives within Tetra Pak.

We believe you have
A seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry, market development, or as a management consultant in these sectors.
A strong commercial and business development background, ideally with established networks in the waste management and recycling industry.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across diverse geographies.
A degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in English is a must; additional European languages are a plus.

What you will do

Job Summary
Processes are the foundation to the operations and services we deliver. The Process Lead has deep and detailed knowledge in a specific part of the P2F (Plan-to-Fulfill) process and/or business area. We are looking for a Line Manager, who will take on these challenges together with a highly skilled and motivated team of Value Stream Leads, Coaches and Experts.

What you will do
You will lead and ensure process and tools usability and performance with purpose to increase value to our customers in alignment with function owners impacted by the value stream segment. This includes an end-to-end value stream process segment design, a secured implementation and a proper launch, develop and introduction of process and tools improvements (CI and/or new BT Projects).
You will focus on
As Manager Value Stream Project, Sales and Order Management, you will take the line management responsibility of a team of professional Value Stream Leads, Coaches and Experts with global experience from executing the Value Stream PSE processes in the value segment. You will lead by setting the strategy and networking with stakeholders to determine priorities.
· Drive collaboration with key stakeholders relevant for the Value Stream segments. Ensure that relevant KPI's are in place and are meeting business goals and are aligned with other Value Stream segments
· Ensure a systematic alignment on improvements by aligning with GIM, Process Office and other Value Streams. Ensure a systematic communication of best practices, tools, and methodologies and align with other Value Stream segments
· Ensure that appropriate tools are chosen to support the Value Stream segments and are in alignment with other segments. Ensure that chosen tools are supporting the strategies and are integrated into existing processes and systems. Ensure monitoring and evaluation is in place for tools relevant for the Value Stream segments. Ensure a systematic way to provide training and support for effective tool utilization.
· Ensure a structure for community building is in place, aligned with other Value Stream segments. Organize regular meetings and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for continuous improvement best practices and resources, within Value Stream segments.
· Ensure coordination of SOP's cross Value Stream segments. Plan and coordinate for regular audits and assessments. Ensure training programs are in place for relevant. Value Stream segments and aligned with other Value Streams segments and Value Streams. Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation is in place to support compliance efforts and facilitate audits
· Support project execution and prioritization of timelines and resources. Support in engaging key stakeholders when required. Ensure collaboration on change in all aspects with key stakeholders relevant for the Value Stream segments. Make sure relevant CI methods are used to drive process improvements to ensure sustainable change.
· Drive maintenance of the OFCE process and process elements such as documents, process controls, CSA, skills, learnings, BEX profiles and GBRs.
· Coordinate the team’s participation in the NCSP program according to the Value Stream role.
· Support the development of WCM Autonomous Team.
We believe you have
· Extensive operational experience working in any of the OFCE or other global processes.
· At least 10 years of experience as Global Process Coach or Global Primary Process Driver
· An experienced line manager or interest in the Line Management role.
· Proven success in Stakeholder Management and Change Management.

Job Summary
The Technical Support Excellence team is part of the Tetra Pak Services organisation, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join our team. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance.
As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will be responsible to execute troubleshooting, perform maintenance, and improve machine performance on Tetra Pak equipment as well as be supporting installation, commissioning, and performance validation of new equipment.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden but our customers are located all over the world and as such the position requires high frequent travelling worldwide.
What you will do
You will work in the operations of Technical Support Excellence on Filling machines for aseptic solutions or Downstream equipment. The majority of your work tasks will be executed at our customers’ plants, following Tetra Pak processes and procedures, which also gives you the opportunity to be an ambassador for the company.
Main responsibilities:
Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical, electrical and automation issues. Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent solutions
Perform maintenance activities on our equipment in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures to restore basic conditions and restore equipment into production
Document your findings in technical reports
Take an active role in developing and implementing improvement solutions for machine equipment, analyse machine performance and drive performance improvement
Perform installation of rebuilding kits/upgrades, ensuring agreed performance of Tetra Pak lines
Participate in building good relationships with customer staff and colleagues in our Market Companies
Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have
At least a secondary school education with technical orientation and understanding of mechatronics, that includes electrical, mechanical and automation interaction within the equipment
A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
Driving license

Biotech Heights is a pioneering initiative established in 2023 through a strategic collaboration between Tetra Pak and Lund University, that aims to address the urgent challenges of building sustainable food systems through advancing bioprocessing technology. Biotech Heights will serve as a hub for interdisciplinary research and innovation, bringing together academia, industry, and the public sectors to unlock the potential of biotechnology for food production.
Biotech Heights will be operated through an operational team led by a Managing Director. Tetra Pak is hosting the Manager Biotech Heights who will serve as deputy to the Managing Director. This role aligns Tetra Pak's expertise in scalable food processing and packaging with Biotech Heights' mission.
We are now looking for a Manager Biotech Heights who will work closely with the Managing Director to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement of this innovation hub to accelerate innovation and collaboration.

What you will do
As the Manager Biotech Heights, you will support and drive strategic and operational activities alongside the Managing Director. Your focus will be fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence to advance Biotech Heights' mission of developing sustainable bioprocess solutions and transforming food systems.
In this role, you will:
Implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Biotech Heights' objectives and vision.

We believe you have
Master's degree or higher in food technology, biotechnology, process engineering, business administration, or related fields.
8-10 years Proven leadership experience in food processing, sustainability, or related industries.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholder landscapes, teams and complex projects.
Proven track record of collaboration between academia and industry – reflecting different types of research projects, agreements and innovation IPR management.
Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans and managing organisational budgets.
Strong knowledge of bioprocess technologies, scaling challenges, and sustainable food systems and understanding the ecosystem of stakeholders across industry, academia and public institutions required for the transformation
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to biotech for food, including novel foods and GMOs.
Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Swedish) are a plus.

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Regional Customs Manager, who will lead the workforce management and development, be an expert in optimizating customs operations by the usage of Free Trade Agreements, special regimes like IPR and any other available benefits. Knowledge on PBE operations, trade flows and tolling are differentials highly appreciated.
Additionally the professional should be able to monitor regional risks and regulatory developments, drive customs brokers performance management. Regional Customs Manager will be the escalation point and support on problem solving for Customs Operations for Imports, Exports and the above mentioned Special Regimes and Benefits.
In this role you will be managing Eastern Europe region and possibly supporting other markets on spot basis.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden. You may be required to travel 25% of your time regionally / globally.
What you will do
Drive regional customs team and manage people development.
Guarantee trade-flows optimization and the accurate application of special regimes, FTAs, IPRs and other opportunities to improve the duty under management.
Manage regulatory developments and all risks for customs operations – import and export.
Resilience, ability to handle ambiguity & dynamic environments.
Collaboration & conflict management (internally and externally with logistics providers/ customs brokers)
Build and keep communication with local and regional key stakeholders.
Manage and support problem solving in the customs operation, and also support business needs.
Ensure compliance of Free Trade Agreements, IPR, Drawback and all benefits Tetra Pak can apply for, as well as guarantee full compliance with local regulations.
Lead the implementation of cross functional procedures with customs brokers and Logistics to standardize and align data declared in customs declarations.
Perform the origin qualification of all goods exported to countries that have signed Trade Agreements with European countries.
Be responsible for customs tariff classification and approval.
Responsible to close open gaps related to the Internal and external Audits.

We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs regulations, special regimes and intercompany trade flows operations as well as other relevant regulations with the countries Tetra Pak has customs operations with
Fluent English language knowledge is a must - Swedish language knowledge is an advantage
Significant experience in handling audits conducted by government and customs authorities is essential
