WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
The Legal Team consists of experienced legal advisors with a deep understanding of Axis' business. We work as an integral part of the daily business - with great impact and in close collaboration with our stakeholders. We support the Axis Group globally in cooperation with external legal advisors. Currently the Team includes legal counsels, senior legal counsels, trade compliance specialists and para legal. Our common goal is to support Axis' sustainable and successful growth through tailor-made, smart legal and strategical advice. The Axis Legal Team currently consists of 12 positive, driven, professional and including team members, all looking forward to meeting you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE AS LEGAL COUNSEL
As Legal Counsel you will work both independently and in close collaboration with your team members, contract managers as well as other colleagues within the Axis Group. The job will offer you a wide and global contact net and a variety of challenging work tasks on a cross-functional basis. This position requires a high degree of accountability, professional motivation and drive, and the ability to develop relationships of trust and confidence both within and outside of Axis. Your main responsibility will be to support the business with legal advice within a wide range of legal matters related to international sales, distribution, IT law focusing on license agreements, but also compliance matters such as competition law and corporate governance. You will mainly support the Sales and Finance department, but will also provide legal advice to other departments such as IT. You will report to the Senior Legal Manager - Sales and Finance at HQ in Lund. Your work tasks will include to:

* Work proactively to assess and manage legal risks, and provide advice to business stakeholders on such risks;
* Draft, review, negotiate and provide advice on various legal agreements and documents, such as distribution agreements, NDA's, licensing agreement, intra-group agreements and collaboration agreements;
* Manage, coordinate, and oversee the work of outside counsel, consultants, and other advisors to facilitate the delivery of appropriate and cost efficient local legal advice to the Axis Group;
* Be part of the creation and communication of internal awareness education and trainings;
* Draft, implement and actively engage in the work with continuous improvements of template agreements, policies and other legal documents promoted by Axis Legal.

WHO ARE YOU?

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

* A law degree (LL.M) from a Swedish University or equivalent
* At least 3 years' experience from working as in-house legal counsel or at a law firm.
* Good knowledge of and experience from working with corporate commercial law related matters, including but not limited to sales and distribution;
* Good knowledge of IT-agreement, specifically licensing agreements;
* Strong verbal and analytics skills; exceptional interpersonal skills; highly team-oriented; and
* Great communications skills and fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Ditt framtida team
Som receptionist kommer du att tillhöra avdelningen Facilities Services, som inkluderar bland annat; servicedesk, reception, event, konferensservice och matsalsfunktioner. Funktioner som post och gods, vaktmästeri, flyttar, säkerhet m.m. ingår även i Facilities Premises och Security. What you'll do here as Commodity Manager

* Play an important role in proactive risk management process and have responsibility for driving activities together with your colleagues to ensure that our product design and component choices give us best prerequisites for a resilient and responsible supply chain.

Furthermore, you will
By analyzing and understanding component/product life cycles, component and supplier risks, cost drivers and technology trends, that affect Axis product development to ensure best design from a producibility perspective with quality, availability and cost in mind. Be responsible for conducting and executing 2nd source and 2nd design strategy on mechanical components. Be an escalation point for Axis purchasing department and contract manufacturers in case of challenges with supplier´s performance. Stay on top of market trends concerning availability, cost development, macro-economic factors etc. in order to be able to take important business decisions. The position requires approximately 20-25 days of travelling a year.

Your future team
The team develops Axis Cloud Connect, that enables secure and robust managed services, such as system and device management, flexibile and efficient video and data delivery, etc.

Your role
As SW Engineer, you will work in an agile team which is responsible for the edge platform, the device to cloud agent. Your main tasks will be:

* Understand use cases and capabilities Axis Cloud Connect provides, and design and develop the edge platform to support Axis Cloud Connect use cases.
* Go will be the main programming language.
* The role has the possibility, at times, to go to conferences and customer meetings.

Experience with various SW Technologies and tools such as ite, GraphQL, GIT as well as working in Linux development environment .

Bonus points for experience with Cyber Security and cloud SW development such as AWS or Azure platform.

Now you have the chance to take on a position as Contract Manager within an innovative and cooperative Research & Development organization. You will work closely with managers and engineers to understand their needs for various agreements and manage the whole agreement life cycle. Depending on your profile you will be able to independently handle some or most of the agreements but you will always have a close relationship with internal Legal Counsels at Axis Legal Department who are there to assist you in the more complex cases.

The Contract Manager job location is at our headquarters in Lund.

Who is your future team?
Depending on how you view your team it can be everyone that you assist with agreements to other contract managers within Axis to the legal team that you work closely with. From an organizational perspective you will report to R&D Director, Base Video Products. The culture is open and supportive as within all parts of Axis.

What you'll do here as Contract Manager?
The Contract Manager assists in the intake of technology, tools or services for R&D in each step of the way through collaboration with other Axis stakeholders, including the Legal department, IPR, IT, Finance, and Operations. You will support R&D managers and engineers with their needs when entering into agreements of various kinds.

In this role you will:

* Facilitate and coordinate the agreement process from start to finish as "agreement project manager"
* Understand the need for the agreement that is often on a deep technical level
* Interact with third parties and negotiate terms
* Review terms and highlight risks for decision makers
* Coordinate basic data protection-related matters
* Work with the Legal Department for deeper agreement and risk analysis
* Handle agreement administration in our systems

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We are looking for a person that enjoys cooperating with a wide range of colleagues while driving the agreement process and other general matters involving tech, data protection and legal material forward. You are structured, have an eye for details and can take pleasure in reading and summarizing the risks and issues you can see in agreement proposals from third parties.
