Job Summary
To support the development and roll-out of warehousing strategies and future-proof technologies, we are now looking for a Warehouse & Packing Development Specialist to join our Global Warehouse Team within Processing & Equipment.
In the Global Warehouse Team, we are responsible for standardizing processes and procedures within warehouse management, working with best practices, synergies and minimizing duplication.
As Warehouse & Packing Development Specialist you will be driving various development initiatives and identifying new opportunities for improving warehouse management. A key element will be to manage and participate in warehouse related initiatives and cross-organisation projects from start to finish.
Preferred location for this role is Lund, Sweden. But we would consider also a European or Asian location where there is a Tetra Pak office.
What you will do
Participate in the process development projects and provide global expertise in the logistics process area
Drive and participate in development projects with the stakeholders across the organisation
Deploy and analyse statistical data to improve process and KPI performance
Drive and resolve system issues
Conduct process reviews and follow up on the agreed actions, identify and prioritise improvement opportunities
Maintain process documentation and master data

We believe you have
At least 5 years operational Project Management skills and experience.
Experience working with warehouse and transportation processes (inbound, outbound, de-installation, production and I-tP).
Experience from building a warehouse (know and be able to execute the full process from necessary IT systems, warehousing flows and inventories.)
Experience working with SAP R/3 and MDM (Master Data Management).
Experience working with root cause analysis, real time control and supply chain improvement principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Arbetsbeskrivning
Teamets mål är att plocka och packa reservdelar, i rätt antal, till rätt kvalité och i rätt tid. Du kommer att få jobba med alla lagermoment. I ditt arbete ingår även att vara en del av det förbättringsarbete som hela tiden pågår i verksamheten.
Du kommer jobba i ett team där alla i teamet är viktiga lagspelare för att nå de uppsatta målen.
Arbetstiden gäller 2-skift, första veckan mån-fre (06-14) och andra veckan (13.50-21.30)
Din bakgrund
Du bör ha minst gymnasial utbildning.Tidigare erfarenhet från arbete med material försörjning och/eller lager inom verkstadsindustri är meriterande.
Du behöver vara en van datoranvändare samt ha goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska språket. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara engagerad, initiativrik och ha lätt för att samarbeta.
Du är kreativ och har god förmåga att lösa problem och att tänka i nya banor. Vidare är du noggrann och systematisk.

What you will do

Preferably you have been in a Logistics/Process Expert role, with a minimum three years of work experience. The ideal candidate has a track record of finding and implementing improvement opportunities within the logistics area.

Working as Programme Scrum Master, you will belong to the Tetra Top® & Tetra Rex® programme. This is a permanent position and you will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As a Programme Scrum Master you will work closely with several development teams, coaching and supporting their work. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our development framework and way of working across the programme organisation. Job Summary
As a part of the central Services Supply Network (SSN) in Lund, you will be working in our global Digitalization team to implement our productivity and capability agenda and roadmap.
Your main responsibility will be to work on custom application and automation developments for tactical and operational tools. You will be the bridge between our IT department (GIM) and SSN, to ensure compliance and alignment. You will also be the centre of digital supply network excellence within SSN, making sure to spread knowledge, educate and promote citizen development.
This position is located in Lund. You will report to the Manager Digitalization SSN.
What you will do
Develop and/or help colleagues develop tools and automations
Work with GIM to ensure that our technology landscape is adhering to the overall IT strategy
Work with GIM to make our current portfolio as future proof and sustainable as possible
Work with GIM to ensure that we are in the forefront of new technologies.
Maintain and develop SSN technology road map
Ensure that we are early adopters of new technologies
Make sure that we have the necessary competence to adopt new technologies.

We believe you have
We believe you have the following experiences and abilities:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Science/Information Systems
Knowledge in , Python, C#, Excel and/or VBA is essential
Experience in SAP and/or Power BI is a plus
Experience with digital automation in fast paced environments is a plus
A high proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential

You have strong communication skills. You love to work closely in a team, learn from your team members and share your knowledge. You have the ability to work both independently and in groups.
You are someone who loves to learn new things combined with a very strong ability to drive initiatives through collaboration and stakeholder management.

Job Summary
Är du intresserad av att arbeta praktiskt med högteknologisk utrustning? Vi söker en Testare till våra nyckelkomponenter som Homogenisatorer och seperatorer som vill vara med och skapa värde för våra kunder.
Tetra Pak Processing Production Center Lund bygger och testar nyckelkomponenter och moduler för livsmedelsindustrin. Detta sker i 15 fabriker runt om i världen. Vi prioriterar säkerheten först och jobbar hela tiden med ständiga förbättringar inom hela verksamheten i enlighet med WCM – World Class Management.
Vi söker nu en testare, även benämnd som slutprovare, som ska vara ansvarig för testning av våra nyckelkomponenter som Homogenisatorer och Separatorer.
Detta är en tillsvidareanställning och du kommer att vara baserad i Lund, men arbeta i en global organisation.
Vad du kommer att göra
Utföra högspänningstester på maskiner
Säkerställa att en säker in- och urkoppling av maskiner efterlevs
Programmera testutrustningen för specifika maskiner
Planering av dagliga och veckovisa aktiviteter som testunderhåll samt stöttning till tekniksidan och löpande avstämning med gruppledare kring status
Leda och fördela arbetet för de personer som jobbar inom testhallen HP
Övervaka och dokumentera testförloppet utifrån framtagen mall och orderunika specifikationer, för att vid leverans säkerställa att maskinen uppfyller uppsatta krav så som funktion, montage, flöde, tryck mm.
Verka för att följa och se till att uppdatera framtagna rutiner och arbetssätt inom områden som säkerhet, kvalité och maskinunika specifikationer
Verka för att tester och resurser följs och utnyttjas effektivt, samt att fel eller förluster lyfts och loggas
Säkerställa att arbetet utförs i en säker arbetsmiljö och att de säkerhetsrutiner som finns efterlevs i det dagliga arbetet.
Involverad i det förbättringsarbete som hela tiden pågår i verksamheten

När du inte testar så kommer du att supporta andra delar av verksamheten med bl a: montagearbete, kabeldragning och andra typer av tester.
Teamet är ett självgående och sammansvetsat team, där alla bidrar med sina styrkor för att nå de uppsatta målen och förbättra den redan höga nivån på levererat arbete.
Vem du är
Vi söker dig som har en el-utbildning. elektriker utbildnings i grunden ses som en klar fördel , erfarenhet från högspännings test (HS-test) är meriterande. En ångutbildning är inget krav men ses som en fördel, precis som att kunna prata och förstå engelska. Du är väl insatt i vilka risker det medför att arbeta i labb/testmiljö med starkström, och även vilka regler och säkerhetsåtgärder som skall efterlevas utifrån gällande lagstiftning.
Som person är du noggrann och och systematisk, då du tillsammans med teamet ansvarar för kvalitén på det arbete som utförs. Du är kreativ och har en god förmåga att lösa problem och att tänka i nya banor, vilket syns i din vilja att jobba med ständiga förbättringar. Eftersom vi utför arbete i team är det viktigt att du är kommunikativ, inlyssnande samt har god samarbetsförmåga och kan stötta andra för att uppnå våra mål. Du har en förmåga att styra de dagliga aktiviteterna i samråd med gruppledare och ansvariga personer för de utecklingsprojekt som drivs, och du kan anpassa dig efter förändrade prioriteringar och beslut.

Job Summary
Are you a professional with an excellent business mindset, solid product management background, customer understanding and interest in partnering with markets and suppliers to develop a fast growing category within the services business?
We are looking for a Product Manager for Consumables team within Packaging Services Solution organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product strategy, product roadmaps, product life cycle, product sales growth and profitability and portfolio deployment of a large and/or highly complex service product portfolio as well as leading complex developments with the sales support regions. Your main stakeholders will be internal team of product and portfolio operations, suppliers, and sales support regional teams.
This is a one-year temporary position where you will report directly to the Director of Packaging Consumables Product Management. The preferred location for this role is Lund, Sweden, with an alternative option in Modena, Italy.
What you will do
Leading the assortment potential analysis, understanding the service opportunity for the different components of the portfolio
Leading the service/product development needs process for the assigned product portfolio responsibility. Provide relevant commercial and business inputs to the product roadmap.
Leading product lifecycle management by gathering and prioritizing product and market requirements and analyzing the business performance
Supporting the product deployment in close collaboration with the sales support region organisation. Agree on targets and priorities through the market business plan. Support the sales support region in complex local deployment
Leading definition of and drive product business plans including product segmentation, product positioning and business and value proposition.
Participating in providing continuous support for sales support regions/ market companies regarding commercial aspects and transactional sales (where relevant) and deployment
Leading the definition of clear commercial guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements etc.
Supporting sales support regions/Market Companies in building capabilities to sell (deliver and manage where applicable) the respective service category assortment/offering
Participating in securing a good customer understanding and translate the customer voice into the product value proposition

We believe you have
A solid customer understanding of minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience within Marketing/Product Management/Business Development and/or Sales management, preferably with customer facing experience
Good knowledge of Tetra Pak Processing and packaging business product portfolio is a merit
A proven record of leading projects within product development and project deployment is highly valued
A degree in Business Administration/engineering or equivalent

You are driven, structured and have an ability to inspire and create commitment across functions. You are a good listener and can motivate and inspire others and create understanding from audiences on various levels in different cultures.
You are also open minded, able to listen to your stakeholders, and show a high level of customer orientation, while being able to effectively drive for results. You are an effective team player, and you have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
