As part of our ambitious growth strategy within Tetra Pak Services, we have established a global team focused on the Sales and Delivery Support of Services Solutions.
As a business developer within the Service Solutions Methods & Tools team, you belong to a diversified and dynamic team with the responsibility to turn the growth strategies related to Service Solutions into reality.
Your main role is to drive capability development required to sell, deliver and govern Service Solutions. In this cross-functional role you will work in a global environment and across the company requiring close collaboration with market companies and customers in order to succeed.

Job Summary
Processing Solutions & Equipment in Tetra Pak provides complete solutions for processing and packaging equipment for food and beverage production to 10,000 customers all over the world. Our product offer ranges from valves to production lines and complete plants which includes both hardware and software. Our products cover areas of food processing such as heat treatment, blending, mixing and dosing, freezing, homogenization, filtration and food packaging with a complete range of Filling & Distribution Equipment, realizing the complete end-to-end solutions for our customers.

What you will do
As Strategic Deployment Program Coordinator, you will support various strategic deployment projects within Tetra Pak’s sustainability programs. You will assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards. Key stakeholders for this role include Development & Technology Project Management, Supplier Management (Global & Regional), Processing Solutions & Equipment (Global & Project Centres), and Packaging Solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
Assist in defining, communicating, and managing project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on stakeholders’ requirements.
Support the development, execution, and management of integrated project plans, coordinating resource sharing for your projects.
Help creating and maintaining a customer deployment plan.
Assist in planning and managing quality activities to meet project requirements using necessary processes, methods, and tools.
Supports and engages the diverse stakeholder groups, including risk management and mitigations.
Supports the Key Account Team in preparing Capital Equipment conversion decks, including financial and time implications.
Assist in creating and driving the procurement plan to ensure supplier selection and management meet project objectives, involving all relevant operations.

This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. You will travel around 20% of your time.

A very good command of English, both written and oral, is required.

Innoscentia – who are we?
We are a Swedish food-tech startup that aims to disrupt the way we measure and indicate the shelf life of food, and thereby eliminate avoidable food waste. Founded in the university town of Lund 2015, we have been devoting the last decade to develop what we are convinced will be the next paradigm shift in the food system – Dynamic Shelf Life Labels.
Our labels are equipped with simple and low-cost gas sensors, that reacts with the gases emitted by the spoilage bacteria in degrading food products. We are right now on the verge of finalizing our first generation of labels, developed for fresh meat application, and will start piloting our solutions in the very close future. To accomplish this, we need to expand our team with key roles in line with our upcoming challenges.
What you’ll do
Being a small team, you will have great impact on our journey ahead, and even more so since your focus area makes up our most crucial challenge of this phase – to take our groundbreaking technology to the market. As Head of business development, you will be responsible in driving progress in multiple areas, the key areas being:
· Establish new customer dialogues and propel the scale of our business
· Refine our collaborations with current customers
· Develop our market communication and sales material to pinpoint the markets pains and gains
· Build strategies for market deployment and large scale roll out of our products and services
· Collaborate with the rest of the development team to implement market requirement in our products and service offer
· Build and deploy a pricing strategy for our products and services
· Together with the CEO, formulate and execute a strategic business plan
Besides these key processes you will also be involved in the overall strategic planning of the company and work closely with both CEO Erik Månsson and the board to secure development in line with our company vision.
Who we think you are?

Qualifications
· Relevant academic degree with specialization in market and sales is an advantage
· 5+ years of working experience, probably in areas such the food or packaging industry

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden

Som innovationsutvecklare är du en viktig medspelare i innovationsarbetet vid Lunds universitet och kommer att möta forskare och studenter med idéer från flera olika ämnesområden och att hjälpa dem att hitta innovativ potential i sina projekt och guida dem framåt – från idé till bolagsbildning eller annan implementering för att skapa samhällsnytta. Fokus för denna tjänst är projekt inom LTH.

Genom ett coachande förhållningssätt kommer du ha en central roll för att säkerställa att de projekt vi arbetar med når sin fulla potential. I arbetet ingår att:

- identifiera och etablera kontakt med idébärare
- utvärdera idéers potential med hjälp av olika processer och verktyg
- planera och koordinera aktiviteter för projektens utveckling
- hjälpa till med sammansättning av team
- stötta projekten med exempelvis marknadsverifiering och ansökningsprocesser för innovationsfinansiering
- hjälpa forskare och studenter att förbereda för bolagisering, licensiering och kapitalanskaffning.

Kvalifikationer

Job Summary
We are looking for a new Development Engineer who wants to develop and improve our Prepress & Printing technology and equipment.
You will join a diverse team consisting of different engineers. The Printing team within D&T Industrial Base Engineering at Tetra Pak has the responsibility to develop, maintain and improve global specifications within PrePress & Printing. We are the global owner of various equipment and process specifications and drive optimization and standardization of our end-to-end graphics operations.
Work includes problem-solving, support within technology know-how, setting requirements, implementing solutions and supporting installations in production. You will be leading or participating in development activities and collaborating both internally and with external partners.
What you will do
As a Development Engineer, you will:
Define, develop, and deploy innovative prepress and/or printing technology solutions.
Translate market needs, cost, and technical requirements into technical specifications.
Improve existing and develop new solutions through value-driven innovation.
Test and validate solutions with analytical analysis methodology and document results.
Advise organization on specific technical subjects, current solutions, and project timelines.
Support D&T org, our programmes and implementation projects with know-how.
Build, drive and maintain continuous internal and external competence development.


This is a permanent position and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
Some travel is expected, a maximum of up to 25 % of your time.
We believe you have

3-5 years of work experience within Platemaking area

The Technical Support Excellence team is part of the Tetra Pak Services organisation, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join our team. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance.
As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will be responsible to execute troubleshooting, perform maintenance, and improve machine performance on Tetra Pak equipment as well as be supporting installation, commissioning, and performance validation of new equipment.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden but our customers are located all over the world and as such the position requires high frequent travelling worldwide.
What you will do
You will work in the operations of Technical Support Excellence on Filling machines for aseptic solutions or Downstream equipment. The majority of your work tasks will be executed at our customers’ plants, following Tetra Pak processes and procedures, which also gives you the opportunity to be an ambassador for the company.
Main responsibilities:
Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical, electrical and automation issues. Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent solutions
Perform maintenance activities on our equipment in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures to restore basic conditions and restore equipment into production
Document your findings in technical reports
Take an active role in developing and implementing improvement solutions for machine equipment, analyse machine performance and drive performance improvement
Perform installation of rebuilding kits/upgrades, ensuring agreed performance of Tetra Pak lines
Participate in building good relationships with customer staff and colleagues in our Market Companies
Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have
At least a secondary school education with technical orientation and understanding of mechatronics, that includes electrical, mechanical and automation interaction within the equipment
A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
Driving license

To be successful in this position we believe you are a curious, self-motivated person with a high degree of initiative. You will work autonomously in complex situations, having the ability to make your own fast decisions and to solve problems under time and customer pressure.
You shall be prepared travel approximately 150 days/year. Therefore, it is important you enjoy contact with different cultures worldwide.

Biotech Heights is a pioneering initiative established in 2023 through a strategic collaboration between Tetra Pak and Lund University, that aims to address the urgent challenges of building sustainable food systems through advancing bioprocessing technology. Biotech Heights will be operated through an operational team led by a Managing Director. Tetra Pak is hosting the Manager Biotech Heights who will serve as deputy to the Managing Director. This role aligns Tetra Pak's expertise in scalable food processing and packaging with Biotech Heights' mission.
We are now looking for a Manager Biotech Heights who will work closely with the Managing Director to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement of this innovation hub to accelerate innovation and collaboration.
The position is permanent and base in Lund. Some travelling will be required.
What you will do
As the Manager Biotech Heights, you will support and drive strategic and operational activities alongside the Managing Director. Your focus will be fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence to advance Biotech Heights' mission of developing sustainable bioprocess solutions and transforming food systems.
In this role, you will:
Implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Biotech Heights' objectives and vision.
Drive the operational execution of key initiatives and facilitate knowledge sharing among academia, industry, and public institutions.
Contribute to securing funding for research and innovation projects, collaborating with partners to identify and develop new opportunities.
Represent Biotech Heights in external engagements, promoting its mission and strengthening relationships with stakeholders globally.
Support the organisation of workshops, seminars, and events to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and professional networking.
Provide oversight for day-to-day operations, ensuring effective implementation of board decisions and reporting progress regularly.
Identify and address challenges in scaling infrastructure, resource efficiency, and consumer product development in biotechnology.

Main responsibilities:
Support the Managing Director in overseeing the daily activities of the Operational Team, ensuring an effective organisational structure is maintained.
Prepare and assist in submitting annual Operational Activity and Financial Plans to the Board of Biotech Heights by December 1st.
Contribute to annual strategic reviews, identifying areas for improvement and proposing updates to the Program Plan for Biotech Heights.
Manage financial resources alongside the Managing Director, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Play a key role in approving new memberships and managing decisions related to memberships.

We believe you have
Master's degree or higher in food technology, biotechnology, process engineering, business administration, or related fields.
8-10 years Proven leadership experience in food processing, sustainability, or related industries.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholder landscapes, teams and complex projects.
Proven track record of collaboration between academia and industry – reflecting different types of research projects, agreements and innovation IPR management.
Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans and managing organisational budgets.
Strong knowledge of bioprocess technologies, scaling challenges, and sustainable food systems and understanding the ecosystem of stakeholders across industry, academia and public institutions required for the transformation
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to biotech for food, including novel foods and GMOs.
Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Swedish) are a plus.

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Regional Customs Manager, who will lead the workforce management and development, be an expert in optimizating customs operations by the usage of Free Trade Agreements, special regimes like IPR and any other available benefits. Knowledge on PBE operations, trade flows and tolling are differentials highly appreciated.
Additionally the professional should be able to monitor regional risks and regulatory developments, drive customs brokers performance management. Regional Customs Manager will be the escalation point and support on problem solving for Customs Operations for Imports, Exports and the above mentioned Special Regimes and Benefits.
In this role you will be managing Eastern Europe region and possibly supporting other markets on spot basis.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden. You may be required to travel 25% of your time regionally / globally.
What you will do
Drive regional customs team and manage people development.
Guarantee trade-flows optimization and the accurate application of special regimes, FTAs, IPRs and other opportunities to improve the duty under management.
Manage regulatory developments and all risks for customs operations – import and export.
Resilience, ability to handle ambiguity & dynamic environments.
Collaboration & conflict management (internally and externally with logistics providers/ customs brokers)
Build and keep communication with local and regional key stakeholders.
Manage and support problem solving in the customs operation, and also support business needs.
Ensure compliance of Free Trade Agreements, IPR, Drawback and all benefits Tetra Pak can apply for, as well as guarantee full compliance with local regulations.
Lead the implementation of cross functional procedures with customs brokers and Logistics to standardize and align data declared in customs declarations.
Perform the origin qualification of all goods exported to countries that have signed Trade Agreements with European countries.
Be responsible for customs tariff classification and approval.
Responsible to close open gaps related to the Internal and external Audits.

We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs regulations, special regimes and intercompany trade flows operations as well as other relevant regulations with the countries Tetra Pak has customs operations with
Fluent English language knowledge is a must - Swedish language knowledge is an advantage
Significant experience in handling audits conducted by government and customs authorities is essential

You have strong leadership skills and have the interest and ability to develop and motivate others. You enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment with people from various cultures. The Center of Expertise Separation team at Tetra Pak is now recruiting an Application Specialist. As an Application Specialist you will support our sales organization in the discussions with customers, participate in projects, as well as develop our application knowledge.
