Som UX-designer hos Axis blir du en del av ett engagerat team på åtta personer som arbetar med sälj- och marknadsföringsverktyg – både interna och externa. Teamet arbetar med digitala plattformar som partnerportal, intranät, webb, säljsystem och supportsystem, med fokus på att skapa en smidig och värdeskapande användarupplevelse.

Du kommer att designa lösningar genom hela UX-processen, från research och behovsanalys till prototypframtagning, testning och implementering. Du arbetar nära intressenter, utvecklingsteam och andra UX-designers för att ta fram webbaserade lösningar som driver affären framåt och förenklar användarnas vardag.

Som en viktig del av teamet bidrar du också till att utveckla arbetssätt och metoder inom UX – genom att leda workshops, brainstorming-sessioner och andra samskapande designaktiviteter som omsätter strategi till konkret upplevelse.

Dina arbetsuppgifter:
• Driva och delta i designprocesser – från behovsanalys till färdig lösning
• Leda och delta i workshops, brainstorming och co-creative designaktiviteter
• Arbeta i Figma och andra relevanta designverktyg
• Skapa wireframes, flöden och prototyper
• Samverka med utvecklare, projektledare och affärsrepresentanter
• Bidra till att utveckla användarupplevelsen i verktyg och system som används av Axis interna team, partners och kunder

DETTA SÖKER VI

• Har ca 3–4 års erfarenhet som UX-designer
• Är bekväm med hela UX-processen och trivs med att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt
• Har erfarenhet av digitala plattformar, webb eller sälj- och marknadsverktyg
• Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
• Har goda kunskaper i Figma (SharePoint-erfarenhet är meriterande)
• Är prestigelös, samarbetsinriktad och initiativtagande

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta i en internationell miljö eller med systemstöd för sälj och marknad.

Who is your future team?
EVP METS Analytics is a new department within AXIS working with Explosion protected cameras, Thermal Cameras, Specialty Cameras and Analytics for multichannel products.

Your tasks would include:
As an Analytics Engineer at AXIS you will play an essential part in the development of our new products as we invest heavily in future solutions based on technologies like Deep Learning / Machine Learning. The products in our department has different use cases than the rest of AXIS portfolio and therefore we need to adapt our Analytics features to our products and to build strong use cases for our customers in cooperation with our other teams working with analytics.

Who are we looking for?

We'd love to hear that you have:

* An engineering bachelor or master's degree in computer science, physics, mathematics engineering or equivalent
* Experience of Python, C and/or C++ programming and Linux with an interest of algorithm development and Deep Learning / Machine Learning.

Bonus points for:

* Experience from working with Analytics and Deep Learning / Machine Learning
* Agile teamwork, cloud, Linux system programming, user space, kernel space and device drivers, Continuous integration, version control using Git, build tools

As a test engineer within Central Execution Environment, you will work as part of an agile team, building solutions which are safe and reliable. You will create automated test routines enabling our solutions to be compliant with the highest safety grades in the car industry.
Who are you?

You and your skills
We think you have a broad background within software, both coding and testing.
For this position the following skills are needed:
Great skills in automated tests with good experience in embedded systems.
Good knowledge of working in a Linux environment
Good knowledge in Python
Good knowledge in Robot Framework
Knowledge in C/C++ (must have C++)

To be successful in this job we believe that you are a structured team player with great communications skills, both written and verbal.

Scope:
Support both component-level and system-level testing
Define and implement test anchors and lifecycle stages.
Integrate scheduling and automated execution tools.
Produce onboarding and usage materials.
Verify compatibility across fixtures, libraries, and shared components.


Requirements:
Strong Python skills for test automation.
Familiarity with test lifecycle management and scheduling systems


Good to have:
Pytest
Experience building scalable test frameworks.
CI/CD pipeline integration using Python-based tooling.
Experience with Docker and containerized test environments.

We are currently looking for an ASIC designer. You will be involved in new and existing ASIC projects working in teams.
We are looking for two different roles:
- 1 ASIC designer
- 1 ASIC designer working also with integration (around 50% on each area)
Knowledge and experience:
• You have a solid background with more than 5+ years of experience in ASIC development
• Used to work with complex ASIC and/or large FPGA design
• Multi-clock domains
• System Verilog
• Good English skills, in both speech and writing
For the integration role a good experience and interest in Spyglass and Synthesis is needed.
Meritorious if you have:
• Experience of systemization and architecture design
• Backend work with timing constraints, timing optimization and formal verification
• UVM verification
• Scripting skills
• Telecom
