Job Summary
We are looking for a new Development Engineer who wants to develop and improve our Prepress & Printing technology and equipment.
You will join a diverse team consisting of different engineers. The Printing team within D&T Industrial Base Engineering at Tetra Pak has the responsibility to develop, maintain and improve global specifications within PrePress & Printing. We are the global owner of various equipment and process specifications and drive optimization and standardization of our end-to-end graphics operations.
Work includes problem-solving, support within technology know-how, setting requirements, implementing solutions and supporting installations in production. You will be leading or participating in development activities and collaborating both internally and with external partners.
What you will do
As a Development Engineer, you will:
Define, develop, and deploy innovative prepress and/or printing technology solutions.
Translate market needs, cost, and technical requirements into technical specifications.
Improve existing and develop new solutions through value-driven innovation.
Test and validate solutions with analytical analysis methodology and document results.
Advise organization on specific technical subjects, current solutions, and project timelines.
Support D&T org, our programmes and implementation projects with know-how.
Build, drive and maintain continuous internal and external competence development.


This is a permanent position and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
Some travel is expected, a maximum of up to 25 % of your time.
We believe you have

We believe you have:
Experience in developing and improving the Platemaking Process (including plate optimization) & related technologies
Experience with Operations and Maintenance of Prepress equipment
Ability to analyse and optimize the efficiency of related operations and processes
Good knowledge about Flexographic Printing
Relevant engineering degree and a graphical Prepress/Plate making education
3-5 years of work experience within Platemaking area
Knowledge in TPM, WCM, Six Sigma (GB) and Agile methods are meritorious
Fluent in English, written as well as spoken

Our preferred location is Tetra Pak Danmark A/S in Aarhus, Denmark — but for the right candidate, we're open to other Tetra Pak Processing Market Company sites across Europe. This role involves 25–50% travel.
What you will do
As Business Development Manager – High Shear Mixers, you will be responsible for developing the High Shear Mixer business and providing Mixer expertise across Europe. Your role is to contribute with application knowledge and sales support to drive growth. You will be a part of a team dedicated to growing the key component business in Europe.
Regional Portfolio Strategy: Define and implement a regional portfolio strategy aligned with global directives and tailored to local market needs. Ensure scalability of regional and local measures to maximize return on investment across diverse country-specific contexts.
Action Plan Execution: Break down strategic initiatives into actionable plans with:
Measurable targets and milestones
Assigned owners and responsible markets
Regular progress updates
Cross-functional support (e.g., Commercial Product Managers)
Product Lifecycle Management: Develop business cases and deployment plans for product introductions, upgrades, or discontinuations based on market demand and profitability analysis.
Commercial Excellence and Deal Management
Deal Oversight: Manage commercial deals and opportunities, ensuring compliance with pricing, margin, and risk assessment practices.
Opportunity Management: Oversee lead and opportunity pipelines to:
Maximize win rates
Maintain and analyze lost opportunity logs
Establish mitigation plans for underperforming markets
Customer & Channel Business Development
Customer Needs & Competitive Analysis: Actively evaluate customer needs and competitor strongholds to identify new business development opportunities. Develop targeted win-back strategies and deployment plans in collaboration with Market Operations (MO) and KC business units.
Channel Collaboration: Partner with Regional Channel Managers to support channel development initiatives and tactical business development projects.
Innovation & Product Development: Drive identification of:
New products and services for channel sales
Product development needs
Key market trends and emerging technologies
Performance Tracking & Sales Enablement
Sales Support: Lead customer and channel business development activities, including sales support efforts (travel requirement: 25–50%).
Pipeline Progression: Provide regular updates on:
Project wins/losses (W/L)
Strike ratios
Key market challenges
Proposal Follow-Up: Coordinate follow-ups on open proposals with Market Operations and channel partners to ensure pipeline progression for key components.



We believe you have
A deep technical understanding, and preferably an engineering degree combined with deep knowledge in mixing technologies in (liquid) food applications. Also, you have a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably from working with high shear mixers but experience from other food applications is also appropriate.
A solid business awareness and a good customer understanding is valuable, as well as a passion to develop our business. Fluency in English, both written and oral is a must.
We believe you are a person with a strong energy level and high motivation with great networking skills, able to drive things on your own while finding it easy to collaborate across borders. You also have experience from, and an ability to navigate the customer environment. Vi på Talangbron söker nu en Package Development Engineer till ett spännande konsultuppdrag i Lund. Uppdraget är en nyckelroll i utvecklingen av innovativa och hållbara förpackningar, där du blir en del av ett tvärfunktionellt scrumteam.


Ditt uppdrag:
I rollen kommer du att ansvara för att översätta krav till subsystemkrav inom förpackningsområdet. Du definierar och utför verifierings- och valideringsstrategier, tar fram test-specifikationer, genomför tester och analyserar resultat. Resultaten dokumenteras och rapporteras till relevanta intressenter. Du samordnar aktiviteter enligt etablerade standarder och metoder, driver rotorsaksanalyser och riskbedömningar kopplade till förpackning samt utvecklar och implementerar nya test- och valideringsmetoder.


Vi söker dig som:
Har en masterexamen i kemiteknik eller motsvarande.
Har erfarenhet från förpackningsindustrin och kunskap i statistik.
Är analytisk, strukturerad och processinriktad.
Har erfarenhet av kravhantering och riskbedömningar.
Är självgående men också en lagspelare med goda samarbetsförmågor.
Har erfarenhet av Scrum/agila arbetssätt och är självsäker i fysisk testning.

Vad du kommer att göra

I rollen som montör jobbar du i ett flexibelt team som ansvarar för montage och demontering av process- och fyllningsmaskiner samt förberedelse för packning och där alla i teamet är viktiga lagspelare för att nå de uppsatta målen. I arbetet ingår även att vara en del i det förbättringsarbete som ständigt pågår i verksamheten.

Arbetet omfattar:
Montage och förberedande av maskiner inför funktionstester.
Demontering av utrustningarna efter funktionstester och förberedelse för packning inför leverans till kund.
Arbete med ständiga förbättringar till arbetsinstruktioner och arbetsprocess. med högt fokus på säkerhet och kvalitet.



Vem du är
Du bör ha en god grundutbildning såsom verkstadsskola eller annan teknisk utbildning, och/eller erfarenhet av avancerat mekaniskt montagearbete. Att du hanterar ritningsläsning ser vi som en självklarhet. Erfarenhet från tillverkning inom livsmedelsindustrin och förståelse för kravställning inom livsmedelsproduktion är meriterande, liksom kunskap om flödesteknik och flödesschema.
Du behöver vara en van datoranvändare samt ha goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska.


För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara engagerad, initiativrik och ha lätt för att samarbeta. Du är kreativ och har god förmåga att lösa problem och att tänka i nya banor. Vidare är du noggrann, systematiskt och har högt kvalitetsfokus.

Job Summary
Processing Liquid Food Solutions is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions and branded processing units for the processing of liquid foods within dairy, beverage, prepared food, and plant based. Job Summary
Processing Liquid Food Solutions is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions and branded processing units for the processing of liquid foods within dairy, beverage, prepared food, and plant based. We work closely with our market operations and customers to understand their true needs. To secure that, we create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Processing Liquid Food Solutions has approx. 460 employees in five main sites: Sweden, China, USA, India, Singapore.

We are looking for a Technical Specialist -Mechanical Design to join our Equipment Engineering and Automation team.

We are now searching for a curious and structured Mechanical Engineer with focus on product development within the area of Mechanical Design as part of our agile product development team. Are you ready to take on a key role in our Technical Product development team and work in a team with skilled colleagues in a global organization? This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund and the job will include some travelling.
What you will do
As Technical Specialist -Mechanical Design, you will:
Maintain, improve and develop mechanical template solutions for the product portfolio in accordance with our platforms and standards
Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.
Ensure that feedback from all phases in the order implementation including commissioning and warranty period leads to improvements of the product templates
Take lead and provide expert support in mechanical design area to other areas like sales, Issue resolution, PLC and PC.
Act as a mentor and train others within and outside Tetra Pak.

We believe you have
University or other degree in relevant area for the position.
>10 years (Full time) as Senior Engineer or similar.
Expert knowledge and be leading of developing necessary standards, guidelines, tools and methods for mechanical design.
Expert knowledge in CAD tools
Demonstrate excellent knowledge in installation needs and customer operations at site.
Demonstrate very good knowledge in hygienic design, equipment safety and design for manufacturing
Excellent understanding of food processing products.
A very good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience in Working with Scrum and Agile methodology is a plus

Vi tillhandahåller, genom våra produktionscentra, högkvalitativa produkter snabbt och effektivt till våra kunder. Till avdelningen Fabrication Weld söker vi nu en ytbehandlare för tillsvidareanställning i Lund.

Vad kommer du att göra?
Din huvudsakliga uppgift är att putsa och slipa svetsskarvar på rör till olika typer av processanläggningar för livsmedelsindustrin, detta för att uppnå de högt ställda kraven på utrustningen.
Slip och putsarbete för att uppnå hygienkrav för processutrustning som tex. mindre tankar och kärl.
Reparationsarbete i form av ytkrav på defekt material.
Ansvara för den kortsiktiga planeringen av arbete som skall utföras.
Framtida möjlighet att flexa mot andra arbetsuppgifter.


Huvudsaklig dimension på rör som vi putsar och slipar är 10 mm till 104 mm. Tjocklek 1,0 mm till 3.0 mm.


Du kommer att jobba i ett erfaret och självgående team där alla bidrar med sina styrkor för att nå de uppsatta målen och förbättra den redan höga nivån på levererat arbete. I rollen som ytbehandlare ingår att förutom det dagliga orderarbetet ta ansvar för att vi efterlever uppsatta regler och standarder inom ansvarsområdet.


Vem är du?
Du bör ha tidigare erfarenhet av bearbetning av rostfritt material (rör och plåt). Då tänker vi i första hand på slipning och putsning för att uppnå ytkrav på material.

Meriterande om du har grundkompetens inom TIG-svetsning samt gått verkstadsskola eller har liknande utbildning.
Du behöver vara en van datoranvändare samt ha goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av WCM, Lean och 5S.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du även vara noggrann och systematisk, då du tillsammans med teamet ansvarar för kvalitén på det arbete som utförs. Vidare är du kreativ och har en god förmåga att lösa problem och att tänka i nya banor, vilket syns i din vilja att jobba med ständiga förbättringar. Du är engagerad, initiativrik och har lätt för att samarbeta. Vi värdesätter flexibilitet och nyfikenhet inför att lära och arbeta med olika arbetsuppgifter inom avdelningen.

Job Summary
Processing Solutions & Equipment ensures that we are able to deliver on the Equipment Supply Chain objectives on best-in-class customer experience, shortened delivery times, secure project margins and obtain cost savings. To further improve our delivery and thereby meet our customers’ evolving needs and ensuring that we have the right and efficient ways of working, we are driving a number of transformation projects.
Now we are searching for an experienced business transformation project manager within the “Value Stream PSE Projects and Tools”.

As a Project Manager in our team, you will be playing the key role in contributing to Tetra Pak’s strategic ambitions of the projects and equipment business. You will take on a traditional Project Manager role to plan, staff, execute, implement, control, and evaluate the projects you are managing. The work environment will operate cross processes, cross functions, cross organisations and with a substantial portion of change management. The end result often target changes for people, processes, tools and organisations, and you will work with a worldwide network.

The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden and may include international travelling (10-20%).

What you will do
As a Project Manager you will lead the delivery of complex cross-functional projects and have the overall responsibility for your project/-s with scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet the objectives. You will also prepare, align with key stakeholders and present the project for review and decision in the project governance forum and evaluate the outcomes of the projects.
Your focus areas will be:

Execute the project in an efficient way in line with the applicable process

We believe you have
To be successful in this role, it is important that you have a solid project management experience from complex projects. We believe you have been responsible for larger projects in a previous role and have proven project management skills. You have some experience from Equipment Supply Chain Management, Order Fulfilment Capital Equipment and change management. It is a merit if you have a good understanding for Tetra Pak’s or similar companies supply chain and its dynamic. You understand and manage interdependencies between supply chain, operations and business needs. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential, since we operate on a global basis.

As a person you have a good drive to get a project to progress in an effective way in collaboration with others. You are an excellent teambuilder and it comes naturally to you to foster a trusting and inclusive work environment. You are a great communicator and can handle stakeholders at different levels and deal with challenging situations. You pay attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. You are comfortable in running projects both in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, or in a mix/hybrid.

Project Management certification is a must, preferably by PMI. Proven work experience in project management is a must and experience in change management and successful deployment of processes, tools, and systems is a strong asset.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Leader to join our team in CED Europe Project Center.
As the Project Leader, you will maintain a high-level overview of the technical scope and ensure seamless coordination among process engineering, automation, mechanical and electrical utilities, business streams, and external suppliers throughout both the sales and implementation phases. You also lead technical discussions directly with the end customer.
This position can be based anywhere in Europe, where Tetra Pak has an affiliate. Relocation is not considered. The position will require 40% international travel (Europe), depending on location and phase of the projects.
What you will do
As a Technical Project Leader you will work in CED Europe Project Center, which is an organization delivering Cheese, Evaporator and Dryers projects around Europe. You will work in a dynamic project environment delivering large (>20MEur) and complex commercial projects to customers with cross-functional engineering teams.
Be responsible for ensuring that the technical scope of a project is delivered according to the contract with regards to the technical content, quality, and time.
Drive and follow up on coordination of engineering activities between various engineering teams within the project.
Act as technical contact person towards customer and main suppliers.
Ensure that equipment and installation design is according to relevant local rules and regulations, such as quality, safety-related and hygienic requirements.
Lead the preparation work of the Technical File.
Coordinate exchange of technical information between customer and Tetra Pak.
Coordinate commissioning, ensuring communication with customers and managing budget and resources.
Support in pre-project activities.



We believe you have
Technical engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Process or Food Engineering areas.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the food industry.
Working experience in a managerial and/or customer-facing role.
Good knowledge of Tetra Pak Food Processing Equipment.
A structured, proactive, and well-organized approach to project tasks.
Experience in cheese and dryer projects is a plus.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
PMP certification or similar is a plus.
Located already in Europe.

You are, at heart, a technical project leader that feels excited about coordinating large customer projects in a cross-functional setting. You have a positive and strong leadership and an organized way of working and delivering under time and pressure. You possess excellent collaboration and communications skills and are able to drive activities and successfully collaborate with others to reach targets.
