Job Summary
The Center of Expertise Separation team at Tetra Pak is now recruiting an Application Specialist. As an Application Specialist you will support our sales organization in the discussions with customers, participate in projects, as well as develop our application knowledge. You will work both in teams and individually. You will be part of a team with very high competence, where our know-how in centrifugal separation is at the core of our business.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global environment and traveling is to be expected.
What you will do
As an Application Specialist in the separator team, you will be part of a team of application and technical experts. In this role you will:
Maintain, improve and develop separator application knowledge
Drive performance evaluations at customer sites
Support separator sales with application expertise
Participate in customer meetings
Develop new application guidelines
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
Have an expert role in development projects
Deliver training and share know-how

We believe you have
University degree in food-, bio- or chemical engineering
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
A background within centrifugal separation, food industry, microbiology, processing technologies, packaging or similar
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
An interest in training others and sharing knowledge

This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden and report to the Customer Experience Manager. Travelling for this role amounts to approximatively 20%.
What you will do
As our Senior Food Scientist & A-Lab Driver, you will be the leader for the Accelerator Lab’s operation and maintenance.


Main responsibilities:
Concept development and prototyping: Lead the materialization of early-stage concepts through prototypes, ensuring they are in alignment with market trends and consumer needs
Product development: Lead the product development lifecycle from conceptualization, through testing phases, to product formulation ready to move into pilot trials
A-Lab management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accelerator Lab, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Line manager responsibility: You will be responsible for one food scientist at the A-Lab
Customer engagement: Present and validate formulated prototypes with customers to garner feedback and enhance formulations before industrial pilot trials
Cross functional collaboration: Engage with ingredient houses and external partners to utilize external knowledge and resources in prototype development

We believe you have
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
Experience & Technical Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in food product development with a rich portfolio of transforming concepts to market-ready products. Deep knowledge of food formulations, ingredient functionality, and product development. Food processing & Sensory Analysis experience is a great plus, especially in regard to liquid foods & beverage solutions.
Project Management Experience: You have 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership: A desire to drive a team to deliver on quality and productivity. A previous experience on managing teams is considered a plus.
Not mandatory but valued: Previous experience operating UHT systems & high-pressure homogenisers in a laboratory or pilot setting. Previous experience within Dairy technology, JNSD, ‘’functional’’ food products/FSN, plant-based products and/or UHT products is meritorious.



The professional skills needed in this role, besides to be customer centric, is strategic thinking and ability to explain / translate food science language into consumer / marketing language. You can navigate uncertainty and rapid changes in a grounded manner keeping always the big picture in focus. You have a good sense of prioritisation and can handle projects with a fast tempo. You are a technical person with a good communication skills and strong business acumen.


We believe you are a person that gets energized of meeting new challenges and have a positive attitude focusing on finding solutions. You have excellent communication, coordination and collaboration skills and you are curious about creativity within the food sphere. Furthermore, you are pro-active, flexible, accurate and enjoy taking responsibility.

Job Summary
Finance & Supplier Management (FSM) is an organisation responsible for all procurement within Tetra Pak. Within FSM, Supplier Management (SuM) is responsible for procuring all materials, including packaging material, straws, closures and equipment parts. Amongst the SuM procurement assortment there are materials, articles and parts used in either direct or indirect contact with food used. All food contact materials/parts are procured under strict control to meet regulatory Food Safety laws.

FSM Supplier Quality & Food Safety is looking for a person who will be responsible for the collection and management of Declaration of Compliance (DoC) for a portion of the assortment. This person should preferably have knowledge in food contact regulations.

The position is permanent and located in Lund, Sweden. The position reports to Food Safety Manager and you will be part of a team with other Food Safety experts.
What you will do
As a Food Safety Compliance Specialist, you will develop Tetra Pak’s way of working with compliance documentation for materials and parts in food contact. A substantial part of your job will also be to request, collect and review the declaration documents from our suppliers.

You will focus on:
Work with suppliers as well as other external and internal stakeholders to secure food safety compliance documentation (certificates etc.).
Certificate collection, evaluation and identification of potential gaps towards EU, US and CN food contact legislations
Work in internal certificate handling tool
Supporting the Supplier Managers in their effort to procure and strategize around the procurement of materials and parts having food contact
Drive food safety continual improvement through Base Material ISO 22000 management system
Build and share knowledge within food safety globally within Tetra Pak

We believe you have
To be successful in this position, you need to be self-motivated with a high level of personal drive. Furthermore, you are well organised with exceptional collaborative skills. You are a strong communicator in different hierarchical settings and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. You have the ability to explain and articulate complex topics in a way that everybody understands.



You hold a University Degree (BSc or MSc) in Chemistry, materials science or similar. Alternatively, you have acquired such competence through work experience. We believe you have at least 3 years of working experience within food safety regulatory area. Experience in GMP, material risk assessment, GFSI standards, ISO 22 000 and audits is considered a merit. You are excellent in both spoken and written English.

The Prepared Food and Plant Based business stream within Liquid Food Solutions at Tetra Pak is seeking a Food Technology Specialist. This role is essential for linking product behaviour and quality to the value proposition of our line solutions.

What you will do
As our new Production Planner you will be responsible for daily and mid?term planning activities, ensuring that production orders, materials, and capacity are aligned to meet customer needs and operational requirements. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

You will focus on:
· Co-ordinate order flow from order receipt and planning to shipping and invoicing.
· Perform operational planning of production orders, ensuring an optimal and efficient production sequence.
· Order base materials and supporting materials from suppliers.
· Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding production plans, changes, material status, and special requests.
· Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates to ensure alignment across functions.
· Maintain planning related master data in P2, P2 Planning, and SAP.
· Identify and implement improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce process losses.
· Identify and manage potential supply or capacity issues, ensuring timely mitigation.

· Experience in production planning, supply chain, or processing/manufacturing
· Good understanding of production processes and material flow.
· Strong skills in Excel and experience working in SAP; advanced knowledge is considered an advantage.
· Structured, self-driven, and effective in a fast moving environment.
· Strong communicator who enjoys cross functional teamwork.
· Fluent in Swedish and English, written as well as spoken, is a must.

Job summary
Pilot Plant is where development in the packaging material and converting areas meet reality during the development phases. We prepare and perform test production for new packages, packaging materials or converting solutions and when required also limited commercial production. Pilot Plant is based in Lund with approx. 35 employees.

To strengthen our converting operations, we’re looking for a Process Engineer who brings strong technical expertise and a quality?driven approach to improving process performance and supporting our quality systems.

This is a permanent position and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do
As our new Process Engineer you will be responsible for securing process performance, driving improvements, and ensuring that equipment runs efficiently and in line with defined process parameters to support both daily operations and development?related test activities.

You will focus on:
· Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and machine performance
· Participate in claims and complaints investigations, contributing to root?cause analysis and corrective actions
· Act as super?user of our quality systems, ensuring accurate data and effective use in daily operations
· Align activities across the full converting process
· Implement best practices and solutions from global technical networks
· Support WCM activities and pillar development


We believe you have
You are a structured, analytical, and hands?on engineer with a strong drive for operational excellence. You work effectively in a production environment, enjoy being close to equipment and processes, and take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

We believe you have:
· 5–6+ years experience in production, technical operations, or process engineering (preferably in lamination)
· Strong skills in WCM, Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
· Good knowledge of equipment performance, process losses, and improvement methods.
· Analytical, structured, and comfortable working close to equipment in a dynamic environment.
· Fluent in Swedish and English, written as well as spoken, is a must.

We believe you have

Customer-centric ,strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems) and presentation software.
Strategic thinking, adaptability, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Job Summary
Plant Automation & Centre of Expertise, Integrated Solutions within PS&E Automation & Solutions, support and deliver advanced integrated plant automation, MES and digital solutions to our customers globally. Team works in cooperation with our local Regions as well as managing internal solution development projects.
We are looking for a Senior Digital Solution Specialist to develop, implement and deliver software solutions with focus on packaging area for our customers.
This is a permanent position, preferably based in Modena, Italy, other locations in Europe could be discussed for the right candidate. Some travelling to customers is expected.
What you will do
In this role, you will take a key position in delivering advanced automation and digital projects—both customer facing and internal development initiatives. You will help create scalable, reusable digital solutions that our local organisations can easily deploy, with a strong focus on the packaging domain. You will design, implement, configure, and test complete automation and digital solutions tailored to customer’s requirements.
The role involves extensive problem solving, adapting technical solutions to real operational needs, and implementing and supporting systems throughout their entire lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with internal teams while also playing an active role in delivering high quality solutions to our customers.
Main responsibilities:
• Lead, design and implement E2E digital full-stack solutions from ERP to shopfloor, including MES/MIS, Batch, data logging, quality systems, performance reporting and dashboards with focus on packaging and intralogistics.
• Integrate processing, packaging, ERP, WMS, LIMS, intralogistics and related systems to build a seamless and connected plant ecosystem.
• Develop global reusable digital components and solutions that extend and enhance the Tetra Pak digital platform.
• Support Factory OS product deployment and ramp up, ensuring successful and effective implementations to our customers.
We believe you have
University degree / diploma in Automation, Electrical, Computer science or related field
A minimum of ten years’ experience working with automation, MES, digital solutions.
Experience with Tetra Pak solutions such as PI, PLMS, line controllers, filling line integration and packaging equipment.
Knowledge of automation systems as Rockwell, Beckhoff and network infrastructure is beneficial as well as standards as S88, S95.
Skills in several of following technologies or tools: C#, MS, Postgre, Docker.
You have knowledge and understanding of Tetra Pak®?Factory OS™ and/or Tetra Pak PlantMaster™ and how its deployed in an integrated plant.
You are fluent both in written and spoken English
You are, at heart, curious and technology driven.
