About the Role As an experienced UI/UX designer, you will turn insights into engaging designs and user flows, always looking at the big picture, while also paying attention to the details. You’ll join a team of curious and ambitious Designers and UX writers who love to bounce ideas off one another and are all dedicated to creating solutions that meet both business goals and user needs.
Each designer is also a member of at least one cross-functional squad that includes developers, testers, and product managers. In that squad you take ownership of the design process, covering user research, prototyping, and final designs. We strongly believe in the power of collaboration, and therefore engage in design feedback sessions several times a week to enhance our collaborative methods and knowledge sharing.

Your role will involve Product Design & User Experience
Lead and contribute to discovery activities that help the squad uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities
Translate insights and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Design new features and improvements that support our mission to make digital auctioning the first, best, and most trusted option to buy and sell used business goods
Apply and contribute to our shared Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across our products and brands
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and data insights

Cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product manager and business stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and product priorities
Work with Engineers, QA testers, and Product managers to ensure design solutions are clearly understood and implemented
Take part in backlog refinement, planning sessions, and reviews to provide design input throughout the product development process
Help ensure quality during implementation by reviewing what’s built and making sure it matches the intended design and user experience
Promote and share best practices for design methods cross-functionally, and emphasise the importance of design from discovery to delivery

Design practice & Culture
Participate in and lead regular design feedback sessions and squad ceremonies
Share tools, techniques, and approaches that help improve the way we work as a design team
Contribute to documentation and communication of design decisions and rationale
Support a collaborative, open, and curious design culture within the team and organisation

About You You have several years of experience in similar work and, of course, a strong belief in the importance of design and user insights for the final product. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you, and you know how to balance professional work behaviour with having fun.
To thrive in this role you should be skilled in Figma, have strong user research skills, and if you have previous experience from eCommerce or digital auctioning it will be a plus.
You get excited about being involved in the full design process—from early discovery and prototyping to final interface design.
You enjoy continuous improvements and an iterative design methodology.
You have expertise in creating strong, cohesive designs using Design Systems
You have experience using experiments and data to validate and improve usability and user engagement
You are unpretentious, curious, and well-organized, with excellent communication and visual presentation skills.

The ideal candidate:
Have a university-level education in the areas of Interaction Design, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a designer working on innovative digital solutions
Experienced in working with Design Systems
Fluent in English (bonus points if you also know German or Dutch!)

Företaget grundades i Sverige och har skapat sig ett rykte om att vara en pålitlig och effektiv marknadsplats för både köpare och säljare.
Klaravik är sedan en tid tillbaka en del av TBAuctions, en koncern som omfattar flera auktionsvarumärken under sitt paraply. Klaravik, tillsammans med de andra varumärkena drar nytta av ett snabbväxande nätverk av säljare samt en bred kundbas. TBAuctions hanterar 2,9 miljoner objekt per år, har 30 miljoner besök på webbplatsen per månad, kan nå 10 bud per sekund och sysselsätter över 1 000 personer.
I Lund finns ett av TBAs techkontor där ca 35 anställda arbetar på 548 fina kvadratmeter. Vad ditt jobb blir
Som Office & Community coordinator kommer ditt huvudfokus vara att se till att vår fina lokal håller högsta möjliga trivsel och är representativ för kollegor och besök. Du ansvar för att allt från inköp/beställning av frukt och lunch blir gjort i tid, att vi har kanelbullar till eftermiddagsfika på kanelbullensdag, vår månatliga gemensamma frukost, till att se till att möblering och inredning skapar en inspirerande kontorsmiljö för våra anställda. I rollen ingår även att du även arbetar proaktivt och tänker utanför boxen, kanske planera en spel- eller filmkväll för de anställda, smoothie-tisdag eller musikquiz? Helt enkelt, det där lilla extra – i alla lägen!
Du ansvarar för kontakten med externa aktörer såsom lokalvård, fastighetsägare, bageriet, livsmedelsbutiken och möbelleverantörer. Du kommer också ha ansvaret för diverse olika bokningar av resor och hotell för de anställda samt besökare från resten av TBA Tech. Du kommer även tillsammans med Klaraviks HR ansvara för genomförandet av events och konferenser för vår Tech-avdelning.

As the first UX writer joining our Design & User Experience team, you'll have the unique opportunity of shaping the role and applying your expertise across different departments. The team consists of curious and ambitious Designers who love to bounce ideas off one another and are all dedicated to creating solutions that meet both business goals and user needs.

Your ability to work in a collaborative environment that means jumping into an existing product process is just as important as your UX writing skills. You'll team up with designers, developers, testers, and product owners, assuming responsibility for crafting and implementing our copy strategy.

The company operates at a high pace, and new things are happening all the time! Hence, it's important that you are driven and can adapt to changing conditions but are also ready to argue your case. We want to build a team that works well together, so personal chemistry and the desire to develop something really great is highly valued.

Your role will involve:

- Being a part of developing the Auction platform of the future?

- Crafting and implementing our copy strategy

- Writing intuitive and converting copy for internal and external digital products

- Iterate copy based on insights and user needs

- Creating necessary documentation for the creation of copy as a design system

- Collaborating with Designers, Developers and Product Owners to share knowledge and craft amazing user experiences

About You
You have several years of experience in similar work and, of course, a strong belief in the importance of the written word for the final product. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you, and you know how to balance professional work behavior with having fun at the office. ?

- You’re a native English speaker

- You have at least a couple of years of experience as a UX writer

- You always strive to create world-class user experiences

- You have knowledge of software development cycles and agile working

- You have a good understanding for modularization of copy

- You understand wireframes and have basic Figma skills
