As our new Portfolio Manager - Heat Exchanger, you will be part of a global leading company where our vision is to make food safe and available everywhere. Within Tetra Pak Channel Management & Key Components Hub Europe, we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated person to take the position Portfolio Manager (Heat Exchanger). You will join a small but great team, that are working closely with our colleagues in the markets and business streams.
This is a permanent position and can be based in any Tetra Pak entity in Europe and requires some travelling.
What you will do
As Portfolio Manager – Heat Exchanger, you will be responsible for developing the heat exchanger business and providing technical expertise across the Europe market. Your role is to contribute with application knowledge and sales support to drive growth. You will be a part of a team dedicated to growing the key component business in Europe.
You will focus on:
Supporting market sales efforts by conducting presentations to gain technical and commercial acceptance by customers.
Providing technical expertise across the Europe market.
Drive the Europe heat transfer network.
Assisting markets in preparing quotations and support with heat exchanger' calculations.
Acting as a subject matter expert for Europe market, both internally and externally.
Providing training to all sales channels to improve competence related to heat exchangers.
Providing recommendations for product development and improvements and drive deployments of new products.
Contributing to strategy development and marketing plan to drive sales and market share.

We believe you have
A deep technical understanding, and you probably have an engineering degree combined with deep knowledge in heat transfer in (liquid) food applications. Also, you have a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably from working with heat exchangers but experience from other food applications is appropriate. It is very valuable that you have solid business awareness and a good customer understanding, as well as a passion to develop our business. Excellent English skills, both written and oral is a must, another major European language is an advantage.
We believe you are a person with a strong energy level and a drive with great networking skills, able to drive things on your own while finding it easy to collaborate across borders. You also have experience from and an ability to navigate in a customer environment. In this position you will manage various stakeholders, internally, externally and on different levels, therefore it is key that your communications as well as presentations skills are excellent, you are capable of conveying the message to a diverse audience.

Suturion AB is a medical device startup company based in Lund, Medicon Village. The company develops devices for the wound closure market. Today, the abdominal cavity is closed by the surgeon working manually with a needle and thread. This could be relatively time consuming and unnecessary complications if the surgeon makes mistakes or does not follow general guidelines. Complications that may occur are incisional hernias, about 20% risk, and infections.

With the device developed by Suturion, the company strives to standardize this step in the surgical process to save time and money for both patients and healthcare professionals. Another positive outcome could be a reduction in the number of complications, which in many cases lead to a new operation. This standardization will primarily benefit the patient, but also the healthcare system with shorter operating times and lower total costs.

Currently there are two products; a Suturion tool and needle and suture to use with it. There are more products within the surgical area in the pre study phase.

The company is in an expansive phase where the product is finalized, with only small design improvements and pre-market activities have been initiated.

You will work with product development, improving and maintaining our technical scope of supply. You will be a part of a dynamic organisation where you will have close contact between development, application support, production, supply chain, marketing and technical support. You will work independently as well as a part of different project teams.
As our new colleague, you will work with and be responsible for:
Maintain, improve and develop the product in accordance with the product activity plan
Work with the technical product architecture and system integration
Support product portfolio improvement activities
Technical support in the order process
Technical analysis and trouble shooting
Drive system engineering in development projects
Plan and perform verification & validation tests including field tests
Drive and lead internal projects and improvement activities
Technical support and training to colleagues and Market companies
Develop, improve and validate processes, templates and tools for Separators

We believe you have
Engineering degree Bachelor or Master or equivalent combined with minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
Experience from mechanical equipment and/or processing technologies is a requirement.
A background within centrifugal separation, food industry, processing technologies, centrifugal separation, packaging or similar will be seen as a merit.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
An interest in training others and sharing knowledge would be well suited.

Job Summary
Tetra Pak PSE Production Centre (Packaging Solutions & Equipment) bygger och testar nyckelkomponenter och moduler för livsmedelsindustrin. Vi prioriterar säkerheten först och jobbar hela tiden med ständiga förbättringar inom hela verksamheten i enlighet med WCM – World Class Management.
Till avdelningen Prefabrication söker vi nu en Maskinoperatör för en utbildningsplats. Utbildningsplats innebär att du får chans att lära dig olika delar och arbetsmoment inom Prefabrication, PSE Production, och att du bygger upp din kompetens inom ett område.
Rollen placerad i Lund och är en visstidsanställning med start i januari 2024, till och med 20 december 2024.
Vad du kommer att arbeta med
Du kommer i huvudsak att arbeta med:
Rörbockning
Maskinbearbetning
Mätning och verifiering av eget arbete

Du kommer även att vara involverad i det förbättringsarbete som hela tiden pågår i verksamheten.
Teamet är ett självgående och sammansvetsat team, där alla bidrar med sina styrkor för att nå de uppsatta målen och förbättra den redan höga nivån på levererat arbete. Vissa delmoment i arbetsuppgifterna kan vara fysiskt krävande.
Vem du är
Förmodligen har du gymnasieutbildning eller yrkesutbildning med inriktning mot det verkstadstekniska området och/eller erfarenhet av liknande arbete. Du behöver vara en van datoranvändare samt ha goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska.
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara noggrann och systematisk, då du tillsammans med teamet ansvarar för kvalitén på det arbete som utförs. Vidare är du kreativ och har god förmåga att lösa problem och att tänka i nya banor, vilkets syns i din vilja att jobba med ständiga förbättringar. Du är även engagerad, initiativrik och har lätt för att samarbeta. Vi värdesätter flexibilitet och nyfikenhet inför att arbeta med olika arbetsuppgifter inom och utanför avdelningen.

Tetra Pak is developing and delivering End to End connected solutions in the Food & Beverage industry. We are now scaling up and looking for an experienced full stack software developer with ambitions to become a network specialist. You will join our Automation & Digital (A&D) Data management and connectivity development team specializing in industrial connectivity and infrastructure solutions.
The team is responsible for developing, maintaining, and securing customer performance, quality and stability by monitoring and gathering data.
As System/Software Infrastructure Developer, you will be a member of the Connectivity & Gateways team, which is one of our 3 Scrum teams working closely together, developing and maintaining the system infrastructure product portfolio. All the teams are continuously improving collaboration and ways of working internally as well as with our customers, surrounded by a supportive and encouraging management. We value supporting each other and do not let team boundaries get in the way of reaching our goals.
This is a permanent position and you will be based in Lund, Sweden but work in a global arena. We offer a hybrid work model and value work-life balance.
What you will do
As System/Software Infrastructure Developer, you will make an impact by:
Developing modern industrial grade connectivity and system infrastructure solutions
Working in a scrum and agile setup
Acting in a CI/CD environment where automatic testing is a natural part of the development cycle

We believe you have
Experience in acting in a modern development environment
Work experience in working as a software developer
Experience in: .NET (C#), Azure Cloud solutions, containerized applications (Docker), Azure DevOps, React & TypeScript, database design, Linux, Microservice Architecture and WEB development.
Most likely experiences in large scale industrial connectivity/networks and system infrastructure solutions
You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
