We are now looking for a Manager, Technical Services (TSM) who will be responsible for leading the team of Technical Services Engineers working with Southern European customers and partners. To be considered for this position, you need to have a professional proficiency in the French language. This position is located in the city of Lund in the southern part of Sweden, in close proximity of Malmö and Copenhagen.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Technical Services EMEA is an organization of around 50 people, based mainly in Lund, Sweden. Our main task is to support every customers who is in possession of an Axis solution and might have questions about configurations, errors or whatever challenge that might occur technically. Here we face different types of questions and act professionally to troubleshoot, find and resolve an issue. We work in close collaboration with the sales regions and other key functions at HQ. We collaborate in a friendly and open atmosphere within the organization.
Technical Services is divided into four different teams, where the distinction is made around which languages we're supporting. Your closest future team members are all supporting the Southern European countries where French, Italian and Spanish is the focus.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A TSM?
As a Manager, Technical Services your primary tasks are to nurture an open team spirit and create conditions for the team to deliver great support. You do so by being present and available in the day-to-day work of your employees. For example specific support cases that needs advice on processes or communication. Recruitment, staffing and development of our Technical Services Engineers are all a part of your tasks and makes sure that the service level is maintained. You help your team members grow as individuals and challenge them to optimize their performance, along with the development of the total function.
You will also act as a main contact towards other managers and key people within sales offices and engage in the development of the total experience of Axis Communications. You create and maintain relations to other stakeholders in technical services, in HQ, as well as in other regions without any hesitation to network and openly speak to people.
Tasks and responsibilities further exemplified:
* Maintain work and vacation schedules for your team so that the function is sufficiently covered at all times
* Not only facilitate but also engage in the day-to-day work for the Technical Services Engineers (TSEs) in your team so that work possibilities are good and that service level goals are being met
* Take responsibility also outside the own department with an ability to see the big picture and based on that participate in driving improvements
* Facilitate "best practices" to align work methods between all groups in the team, and if feasible propose updates of the guidelines.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
In this recruitment we will focus a lot on your personality, as well as your managerial experience. We believe you are a service- and openminded person that naturally can socialize and show empathy. You are structured and can easily handle a complex environment in the field of technology, and you have a clear interest in the different product categories offered by Axis Communications. You connect well with people and build mutual trust and respect through genuine interest and care. With an ability to analyze and to see the big picture, you generally make long term decisions. Besides this, you have good organizational skills and an ability to coordinate complex issues with several different parties involved. You need to possess an ability to drive and adapt rapid changes, and make decisions related to quick development of the Axis portfolio. Other key characteristics are adaptable communication styles, relationship-building and an ability to both manage and lead.
Furthermore, we'd like to see that you have/are:
* Proven track record of leading a team
* Fluent skills in French & English, both written and verbal
* Working experience in a service organization, preferably in IT technology
* A good technical foundation and interest to stand on
* Great leadership skills with an adaptable coaching mentality

* Proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian, written and verbal
* Experience from Axis products and solutions
* Experience in the security & safety industry
