You are a curious, proactive, and customer-oriented strategic Brand development specialist preferable with event and visual creation experience who will be working closely with the Marketing Communications team in the Marine Division.
The role is global, meaning that your work will be used for all Marine segments worldwide, ensuring that our brand looks beautiful, relatable, and coherent. The role can vary from a strategic approach with sophisticated tasks to more tactical and ad-hoc tasks.

The role is operational with focus on brand, visuals, and events. The tasks include visual creation, brand guidelines implementation to follow the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.

The job will be focused on brand implementation through various digital formats such as web, blogs, customer stories, video etc. to boost high-quality traffic and engagement that drives leads and micro-conversions.
Support in designing and developing our brand touchpoints like SoMe, websites, customer journey, app and events.
Expanding the brand asset library with brand films, videos, images, and graphic elements.
Hands-on designing and adapting digital and physical marketing materials for online and offline channels incl sales presentations.
Implementing templates and guidelines for the organization that makes it inevitable to stay on brand.
Utilizing production tools such as Adobe Express, Microsoft Clipchamp, Storykit to develop and optimize various marketing assets.
Leading design projects in collaboration with the marketing team, other departments, and agencies.

You will work closely with our Digital Marketing colleagues to ensure consistent messages across different digital touchpoints.
What you know
Ideally you have at around 2-3 years of relevant experience from brand/ marketing in a larger international company, from an agency, or the consultancy side. You are confident in your digital marketing competence and ability to contribute to the development of content that positions Alfa Laval on the marine market. We don't anticipate you to be an expert in all fields, but acquiring proficiency in a few areas and possessing knowledge of the following is encouraged:
You can handle a strong portfolio containing still graphic design and motion design.
You have hands-on experience in visual identity work, including logo, typography, color, web layout, and digital and print production.
You work unhindered in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and preferably more of the programs within Adobe.
UX/UI design and experience from building interactive customer experiences.
You have knowledge of SEO tools, content management systems and publishing platforms.



You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing and you know how to transform complex information into relevant content that create impact and increase the follower base.

About the job
The job will be focused on evaporation system sales to customers within food and water, so an understanding of evaporation is desirable, and experience from the industry is an advantage. A big part of the work will involve interfacing and dealing with international colleagues and customers from different countries and cultures. Responsibilities:
