We are searching for an Order Administrator for an international company in Lund. Start ASAP, 1 year contract with possibility of extension after that.

In this assignment you will support the Order Project Leader team that is responsible for leading engineering orders. As an Order Administrator, you will work closely together with Order Project Leaders, and support in a pro-active way.

We need you to see this as a long term assignment and that you look at this opportunity as a positive step in your career. To fit for this role we believe you are a structural and analytical teamplayer, with an eye for details.

The work will include:
Support with cost follow up of project orders
Issue and follow up purchase orders
Support Order Project Leaders with preparation for budget and cost follow up
Issue shipping instructions
Other administrative tasks


Required skills:
SAP or equivalent business system. (SAP preferred)
MS Office, with focus on Outlook and Excel
Flexible and service minded


You need to have good skills in cost analysis and control. You are fluent both in written and spoken English and a talented MS Outlook and MS Excel user. SAP skills are preferred. Further you have a systematic approach as well as the ability to take initiatives, drive your own activities and are service minded.


Remote work: 1-2 days possible (100% on-site during the beginning of the assignment)


This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Lund. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 1 year to begin with, extension possible after that.

Arbetsuppgifter:

- Administration och ägande av undertecknande av kommersiella avtal

- Administration och ägande av kontraktshanteringssystemet inklusive granskning, kategorisering, undertecknande och arkivering av affärsavtal.

- Mötesadministration såsom inbjudan, presentationsmaterial och protokoll

- Engagemang i Expansionsprocessen med uppsägning och nya hyresavtal

- Säkerställa efterlevnad och utveckling av interna processer och bästa praxis

- Utföra olika administrativa uppgifter inom Expansion och Juridikavdelningen

We are now looking for an experienced project manager on the behalf of our client Tetra Pak in Lund.

You will execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle, 10-30 weeks.

Tasks that may be included:

- Lead the project organization based on project deliverables, and define roles, responsibilities and objectives

- Develop, communicate and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on pre-defined stakeholders’ requirements;

- Define, execute, manage and communicate a deliverable project plan;

- Define, communicate and manage the project budget;

- Define, plan and manage quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools;

- Develop and implement a risk management plan.

- Monitor and approve all budget project changes

- Evaluate the outcome of the implementation phase and suggest rot cause actions.

- Follow up quarterly: quality, time and cost (budget) and provide the information to cluster and Project Leader Manager.

- Act as an interface between the business unit and the market company worldwide.



To be successful in this position you should have a good technical understanding and a background within mechanical or equivalent. You need to be able to handle many different orders at the same time but in different stages. And you need to have good skills in cost analysis and control. You are fluent both in written and spoken English and a talented MS Outlook and MS Excel user. SAP skills are preferred. Further you have a systematic approach as well as the ability to take initiatives, drive your own activities and are service minded.

Job Summary
The European Sales Administration Centre, a department within Tetra Pak Technical Service, handles spare part order administration for all Tetra Pak customers in Europe. The department is based in Lund and supports approximately 3900 customer sites in Europe, Turkey, Maghreb, Caucasus and Central Asia in fifteen different languages. We are now looking for a talented Finnish-speaking Sales Administration Officer to join our Nordics & Baltics Team.
As Sales Administration Officer you’ll play a vital role in our dynamic team that is successfully handling all the administrative tasks within the order process for spare parts – from initial contact with the customer to co-ordination and follow-up of transportation to the customer’s destination.
You’ll report to one of the Sales Administration Managers at the European Sales Administration Centre in Lund. This position is temporary for 12 months but with very good possibilities to be transformed into a permanent employment afterwards.
The position is located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
Act as our main contact for customers & market companies for parts orders and inquiries.
Respond to incoming orders and aid queries by phone and e-mail.
Execute order administration tasks in SAP’s ECC and CRM and other internal tools & systems.
Follow-up on orders, service level agreements and other key measurements.
Assure that transport to each customer is done at the right time, and at the lowest cost.
Work in close cooperation with the European market companies & other internal departments.
Continuously build and use your network of Tetra Pak colleagues & external partners for support.
