About the Role and day-to-day
As one of the first people in our Ad Experience team, your weeks are versatile. Whiteboard sessions, workshops, and tech discoveries to figure out what it is we should be focusing on and you'll be working on e.g. on architecture, writing code, and setting up pipelines to bring the team's ideas to life. You and the team will have to focus on developing and delivering the best experiences for our users. We do not strive to push out features as fast as possible but balance delivery with beta testing and user expectations.

And when the time comes when you need a break why don't you go and play games in our relaxation area like some pool, or ping pong or why not challenge our Åre office in Call of Duty on our PlayStation 5? ????

So, who are you?
You have a genuine interest in tech, you like to try new ways and share your skills and knowledge with your team. We also believe you are a real doer and humble team player.

- Strong knowledge of Java ??

- Basic knowledge of AWS, e.g. setting up S3 buckets ??

- A couple of years of professional experience in backend application development

Om arbetet

Vad innebär QA då? med andra ord så innebär rollen att man testar och säkrar produkternas kvalité innan de lanseras till kunderna. Din uppgift blir att tillsammans med utvecklare säkerställa kvalitén på vad som levereras. Produkterna är nyutvecklade och kan befinna sig i olika stadier av utvecklingen, där du är med i hela utvecklingsprocessen. Som testare får du vara med och anpassa produkterna efter kundens behov genom att vara med och utveckla och driva testlösningar.

Rollen som testare innebär att man arbetar mycket med problemlösning så du kommer trivas i rollen om du gillar utmaningar och ser lösningar istället för problem. En erfaren QA-testare sa "Om du gillar att koda, då ska du bli testare och inte programmerare". Därför är det viktigt att du i rollen som testare tycker att det är roligt att sitta och koda mycket. Du kommer jobba i team med testare och utvecklare där ni har ett nära samarbete för att utveckla produkten.

Om tekniken

Du kommer arbeta på systemnivå och testa både manuellt och automatisk med både scriptade och utforskade metoder. Arbetet sker i så väl Windows- som Linuxmiljö. Du har grundläggande kunskaper inom nätverksteknik och du känner dig bekant med TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, DNS, Proxy & DHCP. Vi kräver inte att du har arbetat med testning innan men det är grymt om du har någon kunskap om det.

Vi söker dig som är nyexaminerad från universitet eller högskola där du avslutat som en kandidatexamen eller högre. Exakt vilken utbildning du studerat är inte det viktigaste, men det bör vara relaterad till data & programmering till stor del.

We are now looking for a Demand Planner to join our Demand Planning team at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden.

Who is your future team?
The Demand Planning team has a global responsibility for forecasting and planning the future demand for the products in Axis portfolio. Each of the seven team members has the responsibility to forecast certain product categories within our sales regions. The team also make sure we get the needed demand input from our geographical sales regions monthly. The team works in close cooperation with Material Supply, Sales, Product Management, Enterprise Sales Projects, Industrial Lead and Finance. Demand Planning is part of Axis Global Supply Chain.

What you'll do here as Demand Planner?
As a Demand Planner you will work across organizational borders to produce the best forecasting data possible for our products. Your job starts with information about historical sales, demand trends, new product introductions, upcoming sales projects, end of life plans and market knowledge for the products within your area of responsibility. You will validate and analyze this information as it is pieces of the puzzle for the demand planning process. You will cooperate with your colleagues and stakeholders to create the product forecast on a regular basis.

You will work together with your colleagues in the Demand Planning team, but also with various functions in Axis Global Supply Chain, Industrialization, Product Management, Finance, and our Head Sales regions. The positions many interfaces will provide an excellent opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the Axis business, something that is important to function well in the position as Demand Planner. Working at the Headquarters with the Global Supply Chain also makes a great opportunity to impact the work and processes.
