Scope:
Identify, track and fix vulnerabilities/risks in both systems and processes. Moreover, you will be helping the teams to identify and evaluate new security tools and services. You will be a key individual in the IT Security team and you will promote secure ways of working across all areas of the organization.
Supporting our engineering teams to ensure our project and service deliveries meet our defined cybersecurity levels.
Introducing new cybersecurity-related policies, standards, and practices.
Working on certifications and re-certifications with implementation of new standards in our deliveries.
Support in Cybersecurity Assessments at Customer sites.
Representing the customer in customer discussions related to IOT environment and cybersecurity.

Region Skåne genomför för närvarande ett omfattande omställningsarbete - Framtidens hälsosystem, och en viktig möjliggörare för framtidens hälsosystem är digitalisering.

Förvaltningen Digitalisering IT och MT ger stöd och service till den skånska hälso- och sjukvården. Förvaltningens uppdrag är att införa en modern och sammanhållen digital vårdmiljö parallellt med drift och effektiv konsolidering av dagens befintliga IT-miljö. I uppdraget ingår förvaltning och support av befintliga och kommande system. Vi är cirka 350 medarbetare i förvaltningen och finns vid samtliga sjukhusområden i Skåne med huvudsäte i Lund.

Verksamhetsområde Infrastruktur och säkerhet innehåller 4 enheter med cirka 50 medarbetare. Enheterna inom verksamhetsområdet är: Datacenter, Datakommunikation och Telefoni, Digital arbetsplats, och IT-säkerhet. På enheterna arbetar enhetschefer, systemansvariga, plattformsansvariga, säkerhetsansvariga, systemspecialister, arkitekter, leveransansvariga och processledare med flera som ansvarar för leverans av processer, daglig drift och utveckling av befintliga tjänster samt implementering av nya.

Enheten IT-säkerhet befinner sig i ett spännande skede där det sker ett mycket viktigt arbete att bygga en robust och motståndskraftig IT-miljö. Enheten har idag ett 15-tal medarbetare bestående av IT-säkerhetsspecialister, informationssäkerhets- och dataskyddssamordnare, MT-arkitekt, riskanalysledare och specialist på säkerhetstjänster, både anställda och konsulter.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Då vår nuvarande befattningshavare går vidare i sin utveckling och byter tjänst inom enheten, söker vi nu hans ersättare. Som operativ informationssäkerhets- och dataskyddssamordnare för Digitalisering IT och MT arbetar du med operativa frågor som informationsklassning, riskanalyser och konsekvensbedömningar. Du kommer även stödja förvaltningens strategiska samordnare i dennes arbete. Arbetet utgår från regionala riktlinjer med en tydlig vision för hur man vill uppnå en hållbar informationssäkerhets- och dataskyddskultur inom hela Region Skåne.

Utöver detta ska du arbeta med rådgivning och utbildning i frågor inom området i förvaltningen. Du kommer att samverka med olika verksamhetsområden samt delta i Region Skånes informationssäkerhetsråd och dataskyddsnätverk där samtliga förvaltningars representanter ingår.

I arbetet ingår även att rapportera status på informationssäkerhets- och dataskyddsarbetet inom förvaltningen tillsammans med förvaltningens strategiska samordnare.

KVALIFIKATIONER
För att vara aktuell för tjänsten som Operativ informationssäkerhets- och dataskyddssamordnare hos oss vill vi att du har:
• relevant utbildning med inriktning mot informationssäkerhet och dataskydd eller dokumenterad erfarenhet som vi bedömer som likvärdig
• arbetat med informationssäkerhet och dataskydd och är väl bekant med exempelvis ISO 27000-serien
• erfarenhet av att skriva instruktioner för PUB-avtal
• erfarenhet av att göra personuppgiftsincidentutredningar
• god förståelse för riskanalys och -hantering ur ett informations- och IT-säkerhetsperspektiv
• kunskap om relevant lagstiftning såsom dataskyddsförordningen (GDPR) och NIS-direktivet.

Meriterande är:
• kunskaper i övrig nationell lagstiftning som påverkar behandlingen av personuppgifter (exempelvis OSL och Patientdatalagen)
• specialistkunskap i aktuell lagstiftning, ISO-standard etc
• kunskap och erfarenhet av arbete med teknik och informationsteknologi
• erfarenhet av att leda projekt, processer och/eller förbättringsarbeten
• erfarenhet av informationssäkerhetsarbete i offentlig miljö.

För att trivas och lyckas bra i rollen är det viktigt att du, förutom att du besitter relevanta kunskaper, även har ett gott omdöme och förmågan att göra korrekta bedömningar och prioriteringar vid analys av olika problembilder. Därtill behöver du vara lösnings- och samarbetsorienterad och tillsammans med andra experter bidra till att hitta alternativa tillvägagångssätt. Vidare har du god förmåga att bevaka och förmedla vidare händelser i omvärlden inom ditt område till kollegor. Givetvis arbetar du efter Region Skånes värderingar. 1-2 years working experience of Secure software development (DevSec), Security products and Infrastructure Technologies e.g., Network, Server, Client and Cloud
Basic understanding or high interest of learning to understand a Factory production critical environment and Operational Technology
University Degree in Cyber/Information security.



But it also possible that the successful candidate has a University Degree in Automation Engineering and working experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) / Operational Technology (OT) Security and IEC 62443 standard.

We are looking for motivated Automation Engineers with broad knowledge in PLC programming.
Requirements:
PLC and HMI SW development
Extensive experience in developing, integrating, and commissioning industrial automation system.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to have:
Rockwell Motion
Rockwell Studio 5000 Logix designer
Siemens TIA portal
Matlab, Python, Jira, GIT
EPICS
Hardware design for PLC based control systems
Experience with facility automation with ABB systems
Experience of working with radioactive waste management and/or nuclear power plants
