Om tjänsten
I rollen som elmontör ingår du i ett team med andra elmontörer.
Ni arbetar tillsammans med att installera el i maskiner som styr- och kraftkablage, vilket genomförs parallellt med mekaniskt montage. Du kommer även att bygga elskåp, stora som små. I denna roll kommer du att arbeta i en verkstadsmiljö där du får möjligheten att få insyn i hela produktionskedjan.

Vi söker dig som
Har en teknisk förståelse, förmåga att kunna läsa ritningar och el-scheman samt använda handverktyg, såsom
skruvdragare, skjutmått och momentnyckel. Vidare är du noggrann och tycker om problemlösning.

Vi önskar att du har utbildning och arbetslivserfarenheter inom el, elektronik och mekanik.
Det är viktigt att du behärskar det svenska språket i tal och skrift och att du delar Monticos värdegrund, vilken består i respektfullt bemötande samt att alltid leverera minst vad kunden efterfrågar.

Arbetsuppgifter
Utifrån elunderlag utföra montage av komponenter och ledningsdragning i kontrollpaneler av olika slag. Arbetet ställer höga krav på noggrannhet, leveransprecision och ordning och reda. Jobbet innehåller arbetsmoment som till exempel mekanisk montering av komponenter, ledningsdragning o.s.v. i kontrollpaneler. Du kommer erbjudas en gedigen introduktion för att få bäst möjliga start på din nya resa! 

Arbetstiden är 07.00-15.50

Kvalifikationer och egenskaper
Vi söker dig som har någon form av praktisk utbildning med inriktning el. Utöver detta har du gärna några års erfarenhet som montör inom el och/eller elektronik. Du är van att arbeta självständigt och värdesätter struktur samt noggrannhet och kvalitet. Som person är du flexibel, ansvarsfull och bidrar till en bra stämning på arbetsplatsen. Vi ser slutligen att du behärskar svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. 

Om kund
HP Tronic konstruerar och producerar på uppdrag, av flera olika kunder, industriella elsystem och testsystem. HP Tronic är en kompetenspartner som med geografisk följsamhet utvecklas och växer tillsammans med sina kunder och leverantörer.

The Order & Planning team within Processing Solutions and Equipment (PSE) leads a sustainable supply chain, by sourcing, producing, and delivering competitive and industry-leading processing solutions and equipment to the food & beverage industry.
The position is permanent, and you will be located in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Production Planner, you will focus on:
Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning process for the production center and convert supply plan into capacity for the factories. Set capacity requirements and follow the capacity adaptation.
Support and drive data quality, as well as creating and maintaining reports in Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production specifications and align production plans with overall business objectives.
Proactively identify and address capacity constraints, recommending solutions to optimize production efficiency.

We believe you have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field
Basic knowledge in Power BI and data visualisation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
You are fluent in English, Swedish is a merit

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager, who will be part of a team within Business Stream Key Components, responsible for supporting global homogenizer sales in close collaboration with Tetra Pak Markets. You will be in the driving seat having great opportunities to influence the role yourself according to specific expertise and experience. In this role you will have ample possibilities to grow your network and great career development opportunities.
The position is permanent and you will report to the Manager of the homogenizer team. You will be based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena. This role requires travelling about 10% of the time.
What you will do
As Business Development Manager – Homogenizers, you will:
Be responsible for supporting global homogenizer sales in close collaboration with Tetra Pak Markets
Follow up on opportunity management and sales performance
Be the liaison between the central Business Stream and regional/local counter parts offering support with configuration optimization, order clarification and product knowledge as well as training and marketing
Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and capturing customer needs and requirements
Be responsible for developing our sales tools improving sales opportunity management, forecasting and pricing tools

We believe you have
A University degree in engineering, marketing or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in a Sales, Sales Support or Business Development role
A commercial profile with a strong technical understanding
While not mandatory, experience in dairy or liquid food processing and/or Homogenizers are considered advantageous
Digital transformation skills are considered valuable
A very good command of English, both written and spoken
Other language skills are considered as a merit

You possess strong communication skills combined with an open and positive attitude, making it easy for you to collaborate with people at different levels and with different background. We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations. You will belong to the Planning and Logistics organisation within our Production Center Lund.
The position is temporary with end date 30.09.2025, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
In the role as Purchasing Expert you will execute and oversees procurement operations, ensuring timely orders, managing supplier relationships, and driving process automation. Their role involves resolving issues such as blocked invoices and delivery delays to streamline operations and support organizational goals.
Your responsibilities will be:
Place daily purchase orders and register order confirmations, ensuring seamless procurement processes.
Monitor daily delivery schedules and address any delays or missing order confirmations promptly to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
Execute additional indirect purchases in Ariba/SAP as well as manage daily blocked invoices resolving issues swiftly to facilitate timely payments and supplier relations.
Act as a coordinator for claims related to suppliers, collaborating closely with Supplier Quality for effective resolution.
Take ownership of KPIs, conducting monthly follow-ups and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with Supplier Management.
Maintain master data and contingency stock levels to support uninterrupted production processes.
Participate actively in meetings with suppliers, fostering collaborative relationships and addressing any issues proactively.

We believe you have
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous, but not a strict requirement for this role
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in procurement software systems such as Ariba and SAP
Familiarity with KPI tracking and supplier management principles
Fluent in English, Swedish is a merit
