Axis söker operatörer till vår utskeppsavdelning på vårt CLC (Configuration and Logistics Center) i Lund. På CLC1 ansvarar vi för lagerhantering, produktion och distribution av produkter till våra dotterbolag och kunder över hela världen. Vill du vara med och påverka vår utvecklingsresa?

Ditt framtida team
Vi ger service till övriga delar av Axis. Vi är kundorderstyrda och har en kort ledtid vilket innebär att vi är flexibla och hjälpsamma för att göra våra kunder nöjda. Vi arbetar med det senaste inom teknik och genomför kontinuerligt förbättringar av våra arbetsmetoder.

Rollen:
Vi behöver öka upp vårt team med drivna, flexibla och engagerade produktionsmedarbetare till Axis distribution/lager. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att inkludera att plocka ordrar, distribution och lagerarbete. I arbetet ingår även arbete i övriga grupper på CLC 1 tex produktion.

Som del av vår utskeppsavdelning arbetar du i ett litet team med orderplock, distribution och lagerarbete enligt våra instruktioner. I rollen kommer du att ansvara för att ta, plocka och packa kundorder.

I dina uppgifter ingår även:

* Kommunicera internt angående kundorder
* Rapportera och registrera i affärssystem (IFS)
* Genomföra inventering
* Förflytta material
* I arbetet ingår även arbete i övriga grupper på CLC 1 tex produktion.

Vem är du?
Kvalitet är något som är mycket viktigt för oss på Axis och det är därför viktigt att du har ett högt kvalitetstänkande. Vi tror att du som person är ordningsam och strukturerad och kan arbeta efter instruktioner. Du är noggrann och ser detaljer. Vidare arbetar du både självständigt och i grupp, tar initiativ för att lösa problem och kan fatta beslut inom dina ansvarsområden. Du trivs med att arbeta fysiskt. Du kan arbeta i Windows Office och hanterar Outlook, Word och Excel. Du behöver ha körkort för bil och truckkort med behörigheter A2, B1 och B2. Denna tjänst innebär placering i säkerhetsklass 3 vilket bland annat innebär fullständig registerkontroll.

Som tillägg till ovan ser vi gärna att du:

* Arbetat med lagerarbete
* Har erfarenhet av arbete i affärssystem gärna IFS

What you'll do here as Commodity Manager
As Commodity Manager you will have overall sourcing responsibility for a few selected material/component types within mechanics used in Axis's products. You will continuously work to decrease purchase prices and improve other purchasing terms and conditions, by conducting negotiations with suppliers. Together with your cross functional Commodity Team you will develop and execute strategy within the area of responsibility.

In this role you will also:

* Be involved early in our mechanical platforms and product development to influence component and supplier selections.
* Take care of commercial discussions with suppliers during development phase to ensure best possible cost and other commercial conditions such as payment-, delivery- and flexibility terms from start, will also be an important task.
* Play an important role in proactive risk management process and have responsibility for driving activities together with your colleagues to ensure that our product design and component choices give us best prerequisites for a resilient and responsible supply chain.

Furthermore, you will
By analyzing and understanding component/product life cycles, component and supplier risks, cost drivers and technology trends, that affect Axis product development to ensure best design from a producibility perspective with quality, availability and cost in mind. Be responsible for conducting and executing 2nd source and 2nd design strategy on mechanical components. Be an escalation point for Axis purchasing department and contract manufacturers in case of challenges with supplier´s performance. Stay on top of market trends concerning availability, cost development, macro-economic factors etc. in order to be able to take important business decisions. Identify and address process improvements within area of responsibility. Initiate and finalize purchase agreements with suppliers.

The position requires approximately 20-25 days of travelling a year.

We are now looking for a Demand Planner to join our Demand Planning team at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden.

Who is your future team?
The Demand Planning team has a global responsibility for forecasting and planning the future demand for the products in Axis portfolio. Each of the seven team members has the responsibility to forecast certain product categories within our sales regions. The team also make sure we get the needed demand input from our geographical sales regions monthly. The team works in close cooperation with Material Supply, Sales, Product Management, Enterprise Sales Projects, Industrial Lead and Finance. Demand Planning is part of Axis Global Supply Chain.

What you'll do here as Demand Planner?
As a Demand Planner you will work across organizational borders to produce the best forecasting data possible for our products. Your job starts with information about historical sales, demand trends, new product introductions, upcoming sales projects, end of life plans and market knowledge for the products within your area of responsibility. You will validate and analyze this information as it is pieces of the puzzle for the demand planning process. You will cooperate with your colleagues and stakeholders to create the product forecast on a regular basis.

You will work together with your colleagues in the Demand Planning team, but also with various functions in Axis Global Supply Chain, Industrialization, Product Management, Finance, and our Head Sales regions. The positions many interfaces will provide an excellent opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the Axis business, something that is important to function well in the position as Demand Planner. Working at the Headquarters with the Global Supply Chain also makes a great opportunity to impact the work and processes.
