About the job

Securing the pricing logic is a strategic focus area and a key factor to enable profitable growth in our service business. As pricing manager for BU GPHE Service you are responsible for the development and implementation of our pricing logic. You will work closely with a network of pricing colleagues both in central Business Unit and in the sales companies.

You will be the expert in the pricing logic for the service ranges of products, and work closely with other pricing roles within the Alfa Laval organization.

Key Tasks:
* Own the development of the pricing logic for GPHE Service
* Secure implementation of pricing logic and discounts in sales tools used by sales companies
* Communicate and align on pricing performance and identify improvement opportunities together with sales companies
* Be the natural counterpart for stakeholders in Sales Companies and Business Units regarding pricing of GPHE service

Who You Are

Regarding your educational background we see you have University degree, or equivalent, in Engineering or Finance.

Previous experience in pricing from a global industrial company is considered a strong merit.

What you will do
You will focus on:
Support the translation of the Tetra Pak strategy to Processing Solutions
Overall leadership of Processing Solutions strategic business development including market analysis and objective setting
Development of global business plans that will secure ambitions are achieved
Ensure execution, follow-up and adjustments or mitigation of plans are made when necessary

Plans are anticipated to include all elements required to reach set ambitions including portfolio, market coverage, competitiveness and other capabilities. You will report to the Portfolio and Category Development Director and your work location is preferably in Lund. The position will require travelling, approximately 10% of your time.
We believe you have
To be successful in this role, you have a food production/packaging, engineering or marketing background and at least 10 years of proven experience working with structured business- and/or strategy development and implementation. You have proven analytical skills and the ability
to conclude and prioritise complex subjects into tangible actions.
You are self-motivated and have acquired a comprehensive understanding of the Tetra Pak business, products and competition and you can work both strategically and operationally.
Leading a remote team without formal authority requires a good, inspiring and patient people leader and your solid internal network will be an important asset.
Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential as well as presentation skills. Finally, an ability to deal with ambiguities, make sound judgements, and collaborate with colleagues are prerequisites for this role.

What you´ll do here as a Business Planning Analyst?
As a Business Planning Analyst, you will have a central role in Axis digitalization journey. The team is transforming data into insightful and actionable business information by collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, understanding their problem and need, and together with them come to a solution for resolving the problem - utilizing our planning and reporting tool Anaplan. You will lead these activities from request to implementation.

Further on, you will

* Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Anaplan that are used across different departments and business processes

About the job
The Trade Finance department consists of 3 people in Alfa Laval HQ in Lund. Trade Finance takes active part in all trade finance activities within the group (guarantees, letters of credit, credit insurance, export credits etc.) and promotes and executes financing solutions towards customers and suppliers in cooperation with our sales/procurement organization.

About the job

This role will be critical to accelerate the newly founded People Analytics function at Alfal Laval and work close with the Head of People Analytics and the rest of the organization to build our People Analytics function and HR capabilities in the Analytics area. You will also partner practically with senior stakeholders in HR and other functions to provide analysis as basis for more fact based decision making

Key tasks

* Perform analysis of our HR data to identify risks, opportunities and trends and where possible provide diagnosis and facilitate interventions
* Collaborate to define and realize our People Analytics Service Offering
* Co-develop data strategy and framework to enable we capture information needed to provide insights on prioritized topics
* Consult & support the organization on design and status of KPI´s and metrics and highlight progress and challenges
* Partner closely with Value stream (IT) and Business Owners to ensure the data perspective of digital HR solutions in order to drive value and trust in analytics
* Train and inspire the HR community about analytics and fact based decisions as well as actual people analytics solutions
* Align with Data privacy representatives to ensure continuous compliance


You are a strong collaborator who easily connects with stakeholders across different functions and levels, and you can make the complex simple and accessible.  You are very curious and are at all times ready to challenge your own assumptions and biases. You have an eye for details without losing the view of the whole, you are skilled and visualizing and presenting HR-data in a compelling and easy to understand way that leads to action focused dialogues over discussing data details. In addition, you have a good understanding of HR processes and ways of working. Applied a global mindset on all you do is critical, and you likely already have had jobs with global reach.

An absolute minimum of 5 years of work experience within data & analytics, preferably within the HR domain.

You will be part of the central Business Unit Welded Heat Exchangers, working with our sales companies to generate demand for AL solutions of Compact Welded Heat Exchanger. What you know

Lund Assembly består av olika funktioner, där montage av värmeväxlare, licenssvetsning och industrimålning av stativkomponenter utgör basen av vår verksamhet. Våra växlare har stor komplexitet och sträcker sig över ett brett spann av funktioner.
Om jobbet
Som produktionstekniker är du ansvarig för att utveckla och implementera konkurrenskraftiga produktionsmetoder och produktionsutrustning. I din roll bidrar du till att stärka vår förmåga att leverera enligt överenskomna kundkrav och till korta ledtider.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattas av:
Delta i eller driva definierade projekt som teammedlem eller projektledare
Säkra kontakten och flödet mellan R&D, OD och fabrik under produktutveckling
Standardisera och förbättra arbetsmetoder genom Avix
Implementera produkt- och processändringar i produktion
Supportera den dagliga produktionen och avhjälpa problem i denna

Vem är du
Vi tror du har lätt att skapa relationer, är utåtriktad och lyhörd med stark drivkraft i att leda och supportera i förändringsarbete. Genom din innovativa förmåga har du lätt för att identifiera gap och jobbar ständigt för att effektivisera verksamheten. Som person är du både nyfiken och kreativ. Du besitter goda kunskaper inom automation har även praktisk erfarenhet av detta sedan tidigare.
Du kommer ingå i ett team med totalt fem produktionstekniker, med nära samarbete med första linjens chefer.
Vad du kan
Du har ett stort tekniskt intresse och är praktiskt orienterad. Du drivs av utveckling och har förmågan att på ett strukturerat sätt omsätta idéer och utvecklingsmöjligheter i konkreta förbättringar. Vi ser gärna att du har dokumenterad examen inom produktionsteknik eller motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet och utgår från att du har goda kunskaper inom LEAN production. Du har också goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, och kan uttrycka dig både i tal och skrift.
