In this role you will work closely with system users on a global level, your focus will be to support and strengthen the organization’s basic knowledge and understanding of the benefits of marketing automation. You will coach, train, and work closely with system users in both corporate and regional teams. You will be hands-on in developing training material and running training sessions, both for smaller and larger implementations, in good time-alignment with the overall roadmap. You are passionate about sharing best practices and continuous communication on how you can make best use of Pardot and marketing automation, in close collaboration with the digital transformation team.

What you´ll do here as a Marketing Automation Specialist:
Your main focus is to be super-user of the features available in the system, create guidelines, run trainings, and support users
You will review the system and make sure it´s being utilized correctly and that the created guidelines are followed
Be responsible for reviewing email and landing page templates, making sure they are modern and user-friendly
Create and update trainings, set up 1st line helpdesk and offer global support for users
You will support corporate colleagues with setting up campaigns, creating assets and reporting - adviser and executer
Send internal eNews and support with corporate email sends
Align our three head regions and support them in continuous development

Have hands-on experience working with targeted activities/CRM and A/B-testing
Created training material and guidelines

Job Description
We are now looking for a Content Strategist on the behalf of our client in Lund.
In this role, you will deliver an outstanding coherent user experience on their developer portal.

You will be responsible for setting the dev-portal direction and UX to achieve the desired business outcomes, including securing the website complies with our client’s brand policies and legal requirements. Arbetet kommer behöva utföras under rusningstrafik, morgon och eftermiddag där respektive arbetspass är på minst 2 timmar per gång. Du är naturligtvis avtalsförsäkrad under den tid som du utför uppdragen.

Till vår kund i Lund söker vi nu en rekryteringskoordinator. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag via Wise Professionals på heltid med start i december fram till april 2024. Tjänsten är placerad på kontoret i Lund.

Din roll

Som rekryteringskoordinator kommer du att inneha en central roll i företagets rekryteringsarbete. Ditt ansvarsområde kommer att inkludera att driva och samordna rekryteringsprocesser. Du kommer även att fungera som rådgivare gentemot affärsområdet och företagets chefer när det kommer till rekrytering. Du kommer att bli en del av ett professionellt och engagerat team.

Dina ansvarsområden

Driva rekryteringsprocesser inklusive annonsskrivande, search och intervjuer
Administrera i rekryteringssystemet
Vara kontaktperson för både chefer och kandidater.
Fungera som bollplank och stöd för chefer och resten av teamet


Din bakgrund

Vi söker dig som har något års erfarenhet av rekrytering som vill fortsätta din resa med inhouserekrytering på ett stort och expansivt bolag. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av att hålla i kompetensbaserade intervjuer. Vidare är du en van användare av digitala kanaler såsom LinkedIn och har även erfarenhet av search. Som person så tar för dig och är mycket driven i allt du företar dig. Du är en trygg och relationsbyggande person som gör det enkelt för andra att känna förtroende för dig. Du är även en person som lätt tar till sig ny information och är öppen för att lära dig nya saker.

The assignment:

This is a consultant assignment trough KiMM/Wise Professionals. The assignment will initially go on for six months with a possibility to prolong the contract. The assignment starts as soon as possible.

The Role:

As a Project Lead with Content Editing Expertise within the Technology Promotion Department, you will be a key driver in facilitating the growth of our client's business units through APIs and hardware development kits. In addition, you will contribute to envisioning and bringing future technologies to life. We are seeking individuals with strong technical acumen, self-driven leadership skills, and an external perspective on problem-solving. This role demands strategic thinking, flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements, and a profound focus on external customers, market dynamics, and business trends.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects for our client, guiding teams of engineers, writers, and marketing professionals.
Collaborate with internal teams from project conception to execution, including requirement gathering, planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
Provide strategic direction, conducting analyses to align project activities with our client's tech and business goals.
Manage web-portal operations, ensuring compliance with brand and legal requirements, conducting audits, and liaising with the software team.
Demonstrate strong individual and team performance, effective problem-solving, and reporting to the Technology Promotion Department director.


Qualifications:

Ditt uppdrag

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på Axis Communications AB via oss på Wise Professionals på heltid (alternativt ca 80%) med start omgående som initialt kommer pågå under tre månader. I din roll på Axis kommer du jobba inom tre områden, HR, löneadministration och kostnadsadministration. Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med HR-teamet med att supportera de anställda angående lön och HR frågor. Arbetet innefattar framförallt frågor gällande lön samt utlägg men även ärenden gällande kollektivavtal, försäkringskassan och pensioner. På Axis är löneprocessen outsourcad, detta betyder att ditt ansvarsområde kring lön handlar om att tillse att deras löneleverantör får rätt data i tid. Du kommer att göra löneavstämningar samt tillse att processen mellan Finans och HR flyter smidigt och effektiv i samband med att lön körs.

Exempel på andra arbetsuppgifter är:

·        Ansvarig för utlägg och reseräkningar

·        Anställningsavtal och grundläggande HR dokumentation/administration

·        Administrera pensioner, fakturor och försäkringsärende

Vem är du?

Du kommer att agera som en funktion mellan outsourcingpartnern och personalen på Axis. Du kommer inte att köra lön men det är viktigt att du förstår hela löneprocessen från ax till limpa och gärna har erfarenhet av Axis lönesystem SD Worx (f.d. Aditro). Därför tror vi att du arbetat med hela löneprocessen tidigare då den bakomliggande kunskapen är ytterst viktigt för att lyckas i denna tjänst. Meriterande för rollen är om du har en utbildning inom lön eller ekonomi samt jobbat i deras HR-system Workday tidigare. För att du ska känna dig bekväm i din roll behöver du ha god bokföringsförståelse och vara bra på siffror då detaljerna är viktiga i denna rollen. Du har goda kunskaper i Excel och behärskar svenska och engelska obehindrat i såväl tal som skrift eftersom många anställda är engelsktalande i organisationen.

För att lyckas i rollen är du social, prestigelös, serviceinriktad, analytisk, självgående och har integritet. Du trivs i en föränderlig miljö där du får arbeta lösningsorienterat och ta egna initiativ.
